開示されたハンガー装置の例を示すもので、20はハンガ
ー、21は昇降可能な門形アーム、22は門形アーム21の各
アームの下端に設けられたU字状のハンガー支持部であ
る。ハンガー支持部22の内部には山形部23が設けられて
おり、ハンガー20の逆V字状の受け部24を安定に支持で
きるようになっている。またハンガー20の中央部には補
助極25が突設されており、門形アーム21の中央部に垂下
する補助極アーム26の下端の補助極接触部27の上面に接
触する構造となっている。 【0004】この図3の構造のハンガー装置において
は、ハンガー支持部22を通じてハンガー20に主給電を行
なうとともに、補助極接触部27を通じて補助極25に補助

めになされた本発明は、昇降可能な門形アームの各アー
ムの下端に、ハンガーの受け部を落とし込むU字状のハ
ンガー支持部を形成するとともに、各アームにはハンガ
ー支持部に落とし込まれたハンガーと接触する押さえバ
ネを設け、また門形アームの内側にハンガーから側方に
突出させた補助電極を両側から挟み込む補助電極接触用

り、図2のようにU字状のハンガー支持部3の上方から
ハンガー5を落とし込んだとき、ハンガー5と接触して

10が突設されている。この補助電極10は平板状のもので
あり、図2のようにハンガー支持部3の上方からハンガ
ー5を落とし込んだとき、門形アーム2の内側に垂下さ

が両側から挟み込まれるようになっている。なお、補助
電極接触用バネ11、11は全体がV字状となるように水平
アーム1の先端に設けられたもので、その下端はバネ力
により相互に密着されており、補助電極10を確実に挟み

置は、従来と同様にワークを保持させた吊り掛け治具6
をハンガー5に掛け、このハンガー5を図2のようにハ
ンガー支持部3に落とし込むように支持させて使用され
るものである。このとき、ハンガー5は押さえバネ8に
よって強くハンガー支持部3の先端面9に押圧され、安
定した主給電が可能となるとともに、ハンガー5の補助
電極10も補助電極接触用バネ11、11にバネ力により両側
から挟み込まれ、安定した補助給電が可能となる。な
