Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a correction backrest plate used for a backrest portion of a seat, and is mainly incorporated in a backrest portion of a car seat. It was developed for the purpose of mounting from outside. 2. Description of the Related Art Hitherto, there has been a remarkable progress in the performance, safety, style and the like of a car. However, improvement of a seat, especially a backrest portion of a driver's seat, which should be improved, is hardly made. Had not been done. The cause of this is, first, that the shape from the back to the waist of the user varies widely, and second,
Individuals with back disease, lower back disease, etc. are required individually. Thirdly, the structure and shape of the backrest plate in the seat are focused on the S-shaped curve observed from the side. It is conceivable that only the improvement was carried out. [0003] Considering the conventional car seat, the car seat is basically based on the fact that the back of the person sinks into the cushion on the backrest surface to support the body with the cushion, and this is expanded to the left and right. In order to prevent the swaying of the vehicle, a bucket seat system that wraps around the entire back and a system called a lumbar support system that presses the lumbar vertebrae in the lateral direction are added. [0004] However, if the entire back continues to be submerged on average, the muscles and muscles surrounding the spine are slackened, the spine is more likely to be out of balance, causing back pain, stiff shoulders, and visceral diseases. There was anxiety, and the posture became bad like a stoop, and it was not suitable for driving or was unpleasant for the body. [0005] Accordingly, the present invention provides a method for mounting a muscle or a muscle such as a back or a waist even in a seated state by attaching it to an existing car seat from the outside or incorporating the seat inside. It has been developed for the purpose of enabling the activation of the spine, maintaining the spine in a state close to the standing state, and allowing the posture to be naturally correct. [0006] In order to solve the problems] The present invention, in order to solve the above problems, consists of a cushion material of the material with the elasticity of the firm is almost no sink by body weight, the size of the same level and back In the vertical orthopedic backrest plate having, in the central longitudinal direction the vertebra does not directly hit the orthodontic backrest plate <br/> a central longitudinal groove is formed, and the thickness gradually increases toward the central longitudinal groove in cross section. The backrest for correction, characterized by forming a gentle slope with a high center on the front side and a low slope on both sides, and a gentle slope with a maximum thickness at a predetermined position slightly lower than the center in the longitudinal section. No board will be provided. An embodiment will now be described with reference to the drawings. FIG.
FIG. 2 is a front view of the orthodontic backrest plate according to the present invention, and FIG.
FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along a line BB in FIG. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a correction backrest plate 1 according to the present invention. The correction backrest plate 1 is made of a hard and elastic material that hardly sinks due to weight. As shown in FIG. 6, the hardness of the material of the cushioning material is such that even when the weight is applied to the orthodontic backrest plate 1 in a normal posture, the orthodontic backrest plate 1
It is necessary that the side edge of the body does not touch the body. As a cushion material used in the embodiments, Mira Block 26S (trademark) manufactured by JSP Co., Ltd. is used. The Mirablock 26S is a molded product in a foamed polyethylene mold originally developed by the company. Unlike the foamed polystyrene, the Mirablock 26S has toughness to withstand repeated impact use. If the general properties of Mira Block 26S used as a cushion material are transcribed from the company's technical data,
It has a closed cell structure, bulk density of 0.036 grams cubic centimeter, tensile strength of 3.2 kilosquare centimeter, elongation of 54.0 percent, and compression hardness of 0.66.
It is assumed that the cushioning material has a rebound resilience of 50.0 kilograms square centimeters. The orthodontic backrest plate 1 is of a vertically long shape having a width approximately equal to the size of the back, and in the embodiment, is a plate state of 54 cm in length and 31 cm in width. As shown in FIG. 1, a central longitudinal groove 3 is formed in the central back direction of the backrest plate 1 for correction. In the embodiment, the groove is less than 3 cm wide and 1 cm deep. The surface of the backrest plate 1 for correction is a cross section (FIG. 3).
(See the sectional view taken along the line BB) A gentle inclined surface 2 having a gradually increasing thickness toward the center longitudinal groove 3 and having a higher center on the front side and a lower side.
Are formed. The boundary between the inclined surface 2 and the central longitudinal groove 3 serves as a pressing portion 4 for pressing muscles on both sides of the spine. The inclined surface 2 on the front side of the backrest plate 1 for correction is
A predetermined position slightly lower than the center in a longitudinal section (see the sectional view along the line A-A in FIG. 2) is formed with a gentle inclination as a maximum thickness portion 5. 7 and 8 show a state in which the backrest portion 10 of the car seat 11 is used, and FIG. 8 shows a state in which the backrest plate 1 for correction is used even if the backrest is inverted. In the normal use method, as shown in FIG. 2, 6 is the upper end and 7 is the lower end. Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects are exhibited. In the present invention, since the orthodontic backrest plate 1 is made of a hard and elastic material cushioning material which hardly sinks due to weight, a correct posture is secured without sinking into a seat, and adverse effects on health due to sitting down are ensured. Can be excluded. According to the present invention, since the correcting backrest plate 1 is formed with a gently inclined surface 2 which gradually becomes thicker in cross section toward the central longitudinal groove 3, it leans against the backrest plate 1. In this case, the thick portion pushes the center of the back, and a force is applied to open the chest as shown by arrows in FIGS. 5 and 6.
At the same time, the posture becomes better, and the posture becomes favorable for the internal organs. According to the present invention, since the maximum thickness portion 5 is provided at a predetermined position slightly lower than the center in the vertical cross section of the backrest plate 1 for correction, the waist portion is stretched as shown in FIG. Not only is it effective for the waist,
The posture can be improved in combination with the effect of opening the chest. According to the present invention, since the central longitudinal groove 3 is formed in the central longitudinal direction of the backrest plate 1 for correction, that is, at the position of the spine, even if the material is firm, the spine can be directly corrected. It does not hit the backrest plate 1, does not hurt, and can maintain the spine in a straight state close to a standing state. According to the present invention, since the both sides of the central longitudinal groove 3 become the pressing portions 4 capable of pressing the muscles on both sides of the spine,
The pressing portion 4 can exert a finger pressure effect. In the present invention, the positional relationship shown in FIG. 7 from FIG. 1 is a normal use method. However, as shown in FIG. 8, by using upside down as shown in FIG. But also in the vertical direction.
