Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] 1. Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to an inner wall panel having a window opening excellent in heat insulation. Conventionally, an inner wall panel has an inner wall frame formed by connecting an uppermost horizontal rail, a lowermost horizontal rail, and a plurality of horizontal rails having the same width as the vertical rail between a pair of left and right vertical rails. The inner wall frame is formed to have the same width as the inner wall frame, and is filled in each space formed by a pair of adjacent horizontal rails (including the uppermost horizontal rail and the lowermost horizontal rail) and a pair of vertical rails in the inner wall frame. A wall is formed by arranging the inner wall panel on the indoor side of the wall assembly and the outer wall panel on the outdoor side of the wall assembly, respectively. However, a wall using such an inner wall panel has a structure in which a heat insulating material having the same width as the width of the inner wall frame constituting the inner wall panel is used to secure heat insulation. In addition, when the heat insulating material is divided by the uppermost horizontal rail, the lowermost horizontal rail, and the plurality of horizontal rails in the vertical direction, and there is a portion where the heat insulating material does not intervene, a case where higher heat insulation is required. For example, when it is used for a wall of a house in a cold district, sufficient heat insulation cannot be secured. Further, when a window is provided in such a wall, a window opening for fitting a window frame is required in the inner wall frame. This window opening is formed by a pair of short or small auxiliary members. By connecting one end of the horizontal rail to the left and right vertical rails, and connecting the auxiliary vertical rail to the other end of the auxiliary horizontal rail and the horizontal rails located above and below the auxiliary horizontal rail, the auxiliary vertical rail and the auxiliary horizontal rail are connected. It is formed by horizontal rails located above and below the rail. In order to prevent heat loss generated through the window frame, glass wool is provided between the inner surface of the auxiliary vertical rail forming the window opening and the inner surface of the horizontal rail located above and below the auxiliary horizontal rail and the outer surface of the window frame. There is a problem that the heat insulating material must be separately provided, and the work becomes complicated. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to ensure higher heat insulation and to prevent heat loss generated through a window frame without providing a new heat insulating material. To provide an interior wall panel having a window opening that can be used. [0006] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides an uppermost horizontal beam, a lowermost horizontal beam, a plurality of horizontal beams connected between a pair of right and left vertical beams, One or more pairs of auxiliary horizontal rails, one end of which is connected to the left and right vertical rails, and a pair of left and right auxiliary vertical rails connected to the other end of the auxiliary horizontal rail and the horizontal rails located above and below the auxiliary horizontal rail. An inner wall frame in which a window opening is formed by horizontal rails positioned above and below the auxiliary vertical rail and the auxiliary horizontal rail, a heat insulating material filled inside the inner wall frame and covered with a synthetic resin film, The uppermost horizontal rail, the lowermost horizontal rail,
The width of the horizontal rail, the auxiliary horizontal rail, and the auxiliary vertical rail are set to be smaller than the width of the vertical rail, and one side surface thereof is connected to the indoor side surface of the vertical rail, and the heat insulating material is The inner wall frame is formed so as to bulge outward beyond the exterior side surface of the inner wall frame and to conform to the inner surface shape of the inner wall frame excluding the window opening. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an inner wall panel (hereinafter referred to as an inner wall panel) 1 having a window opening according to the present invention, together with a window frame W. The inner wall panel 1 includes an inner wall frame 2 and an inner wall frame 2.
A heat insulating material 3 filled in the inner wall frame 2;
Is formed from a moisture-proof sheet 4 attached to the indoor side surface of the vehicle. The inner wall frame 2 includes a pair of left and right vertical rails 21, an uppermost horizontal rail 22 and a lowermost horizontal rail 23 connected to the upper and lower ends between the pair of vertical frames 21, and the uppermost horizontal rail 22 and the uppermost horizontal rail 22. A plurality of horizontal rails 24 connected between a pair of vertical rails 21 at intervals between the lower horizontal rails 23, and one end is connected to each of the left and right vertical rails, so that a cutout space is formed at a substantially intermediate portion. A pair of short auxiliary rails 25 and an auxiliary vertical rail 26 connected to the other end of the auxiliary horizontal rail 25 and a horizontal rail 24 located above and below the auxiliary horizontal rail 25 are provided. A window opening S is formed by the located horizontal bar 24 and the auxiliary vertical bar 26, and a window frame W is fitted into the window opening S. The width of the uppermost horizontal rail 22, the lowermost horizontal rail 23, the horizontal rail 24, and the auxiliary horizontal rail 25 is set to be smaller than the width of the vertical rail 21. They are connected so as to be continuous. Also,
The width of the auxiliary vertical rail 26 is also set smaller than the width of the vertical rail 21, and one side surface is connected to be flush with the indoor side surface of the vertical rail 21. The heat insulating material 3 is formed by covering a glass wool 31 or the like with a film 32 made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene or vinyl chloride. The width of the heat insulating material 3 can reach the inside of the wall shaft set 11 described later. Thus, in addition to being bulged outward beyond the outdoor side surface of the inner wall frame 2, its outer shape is formed so as to follow the inner surface shape of the inner wall frame 2 excluding the window opening S. That is, the heat insulating material 3 has a horizontal dimension corresponding to the distance between the inner surface of the auxiliary vertical rail 26 and the inner surface of the vertical rail 21;
Insulating members 3A, 3B cut to a vertical dimension corresponding to the distance between the horizontal rails 24 located above and below the auxiliary horizontal rail 25
And a horizontal dimension corresponding to the distance between the inner surfaces of the vertical rails 21, and a horizontal rail 24 located above the uppermost horizontal rail 22 and the auxiliary horizontal rail 25.
The heat insulating member 3C cut in accordance with the vertical dimension corresponding to the distance between them, the horizontal dimension corresponding to the distance between the inner surfaces of the vertical rails 21, and the lower horizontal rail 23 and the auxiliary horizontal rail 25 are located below. When the window frame W is fitted into the window opening S, the end face of each of the heat insulating members 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D is formed of a heat insulating member 3D cut in accordance with a vertical dimension corresponding to the distance between the horizontal rails 24. Is the inner surface of the vertical bar 21 in the inner wall frame 2,
The window frame W is in contact with the outer surface of the horizontal frame portion W1 or the outer surface of the vertical frame portion W2. Further, the moisture-proof sheet 4 is formed of a synthetic resin such as polypropylene, and is adhered to the inner wall frame 2 via an adhesive applied to a peripheral edge on one surface side. A joint airtight material 5 made of a rubber or resin material is bonded to the outer surface of one of the vertical bars 21 of the inner wall frame 2 and the outer surface of the lowermost horizontal bar 23. The inner wall panel 1 having such a configuration is as follows.
Insulation material 3 inside the inner wall frame 2 from the outside, that is,
The heat insulating members 3A, 3B, 3C, and 3D are filled, and the heat insulating members 3A, 3B, 3C, and 3D are separately stapled on the uppermost horizontal rail 22, the lowermost horizontal rail 23, the horizontal rail 24, and the auxiliary horizontal rail 25, respectively. After being fixed through the inside, a moisture-proof sheet 4 is attached to the indoor side surface of the inner wall frame 2 to be formed. In the inner wall panel 1 thus formed, the heat insulating material 3 has its outer surface bulging outward beyond the outdoor side surface of the inner wall frame 2, and its inner surface has the uppermost horizontal rail 22, Lower horizontal rail 23, horizontal rail 24, auxiliary horizontal rail 25 and auxiliary vertical rail 26
Is in contact with the moisture-proof sheet 4 in a crushed state. As a result, the width of the heat insulating material 3 becomes larger than that of the conventional inner wall panel, and the width of the uppermost horizontal rail 22, the lowermost horizontal rail 23, the horizontal rail 24, the auxiliary horizontal rail 25 and the auxiliary vertical rail 26 is increased. Since the entire inner space is filled along the inner surface shape of the inner wall frame 2 excluding the window opening S without being divided,
High heat insulation performance can be secured. Moreover, the heat insulating members 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D constituting the heat insulating material 3 have an outer surface of a horizontal frame portion W1 and a vertical frame portion W2, each of which is an outer peripheral surface of a window frame W whose inner end surface is fitted into the window opening S. , The heat loss generated through the window frame W can be prevented without disposing a new heat insulating material on the outer surfaces of the horizontal frame portion W1 and the vertical frame portion W2. A wall 10 using such an inner wall panel 1
Is a concrete foundation K as shown in FIGS.
The inner wall panel 1 is disposed on the indoor side surface of the wall frame set 11 erected on the side, while the outer wall panel 1 is disposed on the outdoor side surface of the wall frame set 11.
2 is formed. At this time, the inner wall panel 1 may be disposed on the particle board 14 after fixing the joist 13 on the concrete foundation K and fixing the particle board 14 as a floor material to the joist 13. In addition to the gypsum board 15 attached to the indoor side of the inner wall panel 1, the window frame W
An aluminum sash 17 having a sliding door 16 (see FIG. 5) is attached. Although not shown in detail, the wall shaft set 11 is a frame body formed by combining a pair of right and left vertical columns and upper and lower chord members formed of a grooved steel. In addition to the center pillar provided in the portion, a conventionally known one in which a brace is stretched in an X-shape. Therefore, when the inner wall panel 1 is disposed on the indoor side surface of the wall frame set 11,
The heat insulating material 3 bulging outward beyond the outdoor side surface of the inner wall frame 2 enters the inside of the wall frame 11 and is crushed by contact with the center pillar and the blaze. For this reason, since the heat insulating material 3 of the inner wall panel 1 enters the inside of the wall frame 11 of the wall body 10, high heat insulating performance can be secured without increasing the overall thickness. In the above-described embodiment, the case where the window opening S is formed substantially at the center of the inner wall frame 2 and one end of one auxiliary horizontal rail 25 is connected to the inner surface of the vertical frame 21 is illustrated. However, when forming a vertically long window,
A plurality of pairs of auxiliary horizontal rails 25 may be connected. As described above, according to the present invention, an uppermost horizontal rail, a lowermost horizontal rail, a plurality of horizontal rails connected between a pair of left and right vertical rails, and one end of the left and right vertical rails are connected to the left and right vertical rails. It is composed of one or more pairs of auxiliary horizontal rails and a pair of left and right auxiliary vertical rails connected to the other ends of the auxiliary horizontal rails and horizontal rails located above and below the auxiliary horizontal rails. An inner wall frame with window openings formed by horizontal rails located above and below the crossbar, a heat insulating material filled inside the inner wall frame and covered with a synthetic resin film, and adhered to the indoor side surface of the inner wall frame Composed of moisture-proof sheet,
The width of the uppermost horizontal rail, the lowermost horizontal rail, the horizontal rail, the auxiliary horizontal rail, and the auxiliary vertical rail is set smaller than the width of the vertical rail, and one side surface is flush with the indoor side surface of the vertical rail. Connected to
In addition, the heat insulating material is bulged outward beyond the outdoor side surface of the inner wall frame, and is formed so as to conform to the inner surface shape of the inner wall frame excluding the window opening. In addition to being able to be formed larger than the inner wall panel, it can be filled along the inner surface shape of the inner wall frame excluding the window opening without dividing the heat insulating material, ensuring higher heat insulating performance Can be. In addition, the heat insulating material has its inner end surface in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the window frame fitted into the window opening, so that heat loss generated through the window frame can be reliably prevented without disposing the heat insulating material separately. Work can be reduced.
