に基づく、工期が長期化してしまう課題に鑑み、石膏ボ
ード上に断熱ボードを貼り合わせ、その周囲に防水テー
プを周設すると共に、該防水テープにおける断熱ボード
側の側部を折曲して断熱ボードの上面に接着させた内装
下地材を床スラブの型枠上に敷き詰めると共に、該内装
下地材間の継ぎ目及び壁面と内装下地材間の隙間及び内
装下地材が敷かれていない箇所を囲む内装下地材の露出
端面と型枠板間の隙間を遮水テープで目張りし、かかる
内装下地材上に配筋した後、コンクリートを打設し、養
生、脱型後、上記継ぎ目及び上記隙間にパテ処理を施す
様にしたことによって、下地面における内装下地材の部
分とそれ以外の部分間に段差の無い平滑な下地面を現出
させる様にして、上記課題を解決する。 【0005】 【発明の実施の形態】以下本発明の一実施例を図面に基
づいて説明する。図1は、本発明に係る内装下地材の斜
視図であり、図2は図1の断面の一部を省略した要部拡
大図であり、図3は、内装下地材の打込工法を説明する

工程を説明する段階図である。コンクリート建築物の内
装下地材1にあっては、図1、2に示す様に、石膏ボー

周面を殆ど全て隠すと共に、断熱ボード3側の側部を折
曲して、断熱ボード3の上面側に接着している。尚、石
膏ボード2にあっては、石膏板の表裏両面に紙シートが
貼着されたものである。 【0006】次に、本発明に係る内装下地材打込工法に
ついて説明する。 (a)床スラブの枠板B、Ba…上に複数枚の内装下地材

おける枠板の内側に石膏ボードをそのまま配列してしま
うと、コンクリート打設時に、隣接する石膏ボード間か
ら侵入して来た水分により石膏ボードが軟化してしまう
が、石膏ボート2の上面に断熱ボード3を貼り合わせ、
その周囲に防水テープ4を周設、接着すると共に、該防
水テープ4における断熱ボード3側の側部を折曲して断
熱ボード3の上面に接着させたので、石膏ボート2の周
端面が水分に接触せず、石膏ボート2の強度維持を図る
ことが出来る。 【0010】又、型枠における枠板B、Ba…に請求項1
記載の内装下地材1を敷き詰めると共に、該内装下地材
1間の継ぎ目J、Ja…及び壁面と内装下地材1間の隙間
を遮水テープ10で目張りし、かかる内装下地材1上に配
筋した後、コンクリートを打設し、養生、脱型後、上記
継ぎ目J、Ja…及び上記隙間にパテ処理を施す様にした
ので、コンクリート打設時における隣接する内装下地材
1間からの水分の侵入を阻止することが出来るため、内
装下地材1における外部露出する石膏ボート2面が平滑
な良好な内装下地を構築することが出来、よってかかる
内装下地面への仕上げ作業を円滑に行うことが出来る。
而も、内装仕上材の直下の石膏ボート2の水分による軟
化に伴う石膏板からの紙シートの剥離等の脆弱化を防止
出来るため、完成した内装の剥落等の経時劣化の進行を
抑止することが出来る。又、配筋前に内装下地材1の敷
詰め作業及び目張り作業が必要になるが、脱型後の作業
はパテ処理だけであるため、総合的に作業時間を短縮化
出来る。 【0011】又、内装下地材1が敷かれていない箇所を
囲む内装下地材1の露出端面と枠板B、Ba…間の隙間を
遮水テープ10で目張りし、養生、脱型後に遮水テープ10
における枠板B、Ba…への接着部位を切離して、パテ処
理を施す様にしたので、下地面における内装下地材1の
部分とそれ以外の部分間に段差を無くすことが出来るた
め、下地面に石膏ボート2面とコンクリート面が混在し
ていても全体として平滑化することが出来る等その実用
的効果甚だ大である。
