着されていない開封操作部とし、表側シートの幅方向中央部に形成した開封操作部からの
引裂により、表側シートの幅方向中央部に袋体の開口部
を形成し、表側シートの開口部の両側に揮発材保持部を
残存させて形成し、開封された袋体内の揮発材をこの揮
