とを知見し、本発明を完成するに至った。すなわち、本
発明は、ガセット袋天部の、片側の折り込み側シール位
置より下部に、折り込み側袋体幅より短い切れ目を形成
すると共に、該切れ目を含んで一定幅の接着剤層を設け
てなることを特徴とするガセット袋を要旨とするもので
ある。又、前記接着剤層を設ける代わりに、前記切れ目
上に容易に剥離可能なラベルを貼り付けたことを特徴と
するガセット袋を要旨とするものである。更に少なくと
も折り込み側袋体内側のシール部分にシール強度低下機
能を付与したことを特徴とするガセット袋を要旨とする

【発明の具体的開示】本発明の構成と作用を図面により
具体的に説明するが、これによって本発明が限定される
ものではない。本発明は、図１に示すように、ガセット
袋天部１の、片側の折り込み側シール位置２より下部
に、折り込み側袋体幅より短い切れ目３を形成すると共
に、該切れ目を含んで一定幅の接着剤層４を設けてなる
ことを特徴としている。上記のガセット袋に、例えば粉
せっけんを収納したのちに、天部近くの側面側を内側へ
折り込み、熱シール２をして密封するが、前記切れ目３
部分の表面側には一定幅に接着剤層４が設けられている
ため、該切れ目３も同時に密封される。その結果、収納
物は袋内に完全に密封され、運搬や、長期間の保存に十
分耐えることが出来る。前記密封されたガセット袋に収
納された内容物の取出しに当っては、まず、側面側の切
れ目部接着部分を剥離して切れ目３を開口させ、内容物
を必要量ずつ取り出して使用する。使用した後は切れ目
のある側面側を内側へ折り込み、クリップ又は粘着テー
プ等により仮の封をして保管をすればよい。又、図２に
示すようにガセット袋天部の、片側の折り込み側シール
位置より下部に形成した、折り込み側袋体幅より短い切
れ目３を、接着剤により封着する代わりに、容易に剥離
可能なラベル５を貼り付けて切れ目３を塞いでもよい。
この場合は、ラベル５を剥がして内容物を取り出し、使
用した後は切れ目３上にラベル５を貼り、その切れ目の
ある側面側を内側へ折り込むことにより残った収納物を
保管できるので、より簡単である。上記図１および図２
のガセット袋は、強度向上のため２重の袋体とすること
もあるが、この際切れ目の下側縁（底面側）は、内外袋
を貼り合わせておくことにより、内容物が内外袋間に入
り込むことが防がれる。また、２重袋体としたときは、
シール部分が内外袋一緒にシールされる構造とすること
が有利である。さらに、図３に示すように、少なくとも
ガセット袋天部１の、片側の折り込み側シール位置の熱
接着性層２にシール強度低下機能を与えること、例え
ば、他の部分よりも接着力の小さくされた熱接着性層を
設け、品物を収納したのち熱シールを行なって密封す
る。接着力を低下させる具体的な手段としては、例えば
剥離剤を含有させて熱接着力を小さくした材料のコート
層を設けることで目的が達成される。上記のようにして
密封された収納物を取り出す場合は、シール強度を低下
させた側の折り込み部分を引っ張りだし、シールを剥が
して内容物を必要なだけ取り出すことが出来る。なお、
収納物が一体物の場合は、熱シールされる部分全体の接
着力を低下させておけば、ガセット袋を破損する事無く
容易に開封することが出来る。前記したガセット袋は強
度向上のため２重の袋構造とすることもあるが、この際
図１または図２の切れ目の下縁（底面側）の内外袋体を
貼り合わせておけば、開封しても内容物が、内外袋間に
入り込むことがない、また、２重袋構造としたときは、
シール部分において内外袋体が一緒にシールされるよう
にシールされる部分の袋の接触面に接着層を形成してお
くことが必要である。本発明ガセット袋に使用できる材
料は、紙、アルミニウム箔、ポリエステル、ナイロン等
の非熱接着性合成樹脂などであり、袋体の内面とする側
には耐湿・防水性の熱接着性層を設けたものである。前
記のような素材を所定寸法に裁断し、角筒状の袋体を作
り、前述したように熱封シール部分或いはその下部に、
簡易開封のための加工を施したのち折り畳んで使用時ま
