2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when articles such as vegetables and fruits are stored in a tray and packed in a pack, the workers are brought into a factory in a predetermined returnable box such as a cardboard box or a container, and then one worker at a time. There has been adopted a method in which it is taken out or transferred into a tray through a transfer means such as a belt conveyor and then conveyed to a packaging machine in the next step. Therefore, when packing a large amount, many workers and a long time are required. In addition, when transferring an article, there is a drawback that the article is damaged due to direct contact with a hand or a conveyor, and the quality is remarkably deteriorated due to hygiene and decay. Therefore, there has been a demand for an aligning device that can maintain a high quality in freshness and the like and can perform a large amount of aligning processing according to social needs.

As described in the section of the prior art, when the vegetables and fruits are put in a tray and packed in a pack, the work of transferring from the returnable box to the tray is performed by an operator. Since it was common to do it manually or to use a belt conveyor, the workability was poor, and when packing a large quantity, it took a lot of personnel and time, and it was in transit. There was a problem that the product could be damaged by coming into contact with human hands or conveyors. In addition, in this connection, problems such as the progress of decay and the unsanitary deterioration of the quality of articles such as vegetables and fruits are left unsolved. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is intended to provide a water stream type aligning device for maintaining the quality and automatically aligning the conventional problems.

In the present invention, when articles such as eggplant, cucumber and other vegetables, fruits, etc. are put into the water tank all at once, the difference in the flow speed of the flowing water and the function of the separator make the water flow in the advancing direction and the lateral direction. Can be stably aligned. Also, by changing and correcting the direction of the articles that enter the separator part by jetting water from the nozzle installed along the waterway, especially by using cold water, ion water, ozone water, etc., sterilization of bacteria and molds It can also have a cleaning effect. Further, the present apparatus is characterized in that there is no risk of damaging the articles due to the water flow type alignment. As a result, they can be aligned automatically and without deterioration of product quality in appearance and freshness. In addition, by providing a sterilizing effect with this device, it is possible to prevent deterioration of quality such as decay due to propagation of bacteria, germs, mold and the like in the distribution of goods.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below with reference to the embodiments of the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 5 show the embodiments of the present invention. 1 in the figure
Is a water tank, 2 is a water channel, 3 is a separator, 4 is a nozzle, 5 is a water circulating device, and these constitute a water flow type aligning device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The aquarium 1 is shown in FIGS.
As shown in (1), it has a sufficient capacity so that a certain amount of articles can be thrown all at once, and is located at the most upstream part of the apparatus. Further, the water channel 2 connected to the downstream side is provided with articles 7 such as vegetables and fruits through the water 6 flowing out from the aquarium 1.
Is introduced (transferred), the bottom plate 8 is inclined along the direction of flowing water to gradually reduce the water depth, whereby the flowing water velocity v is gradually increased (v 1 <v 2 ).

Next, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the separator part is provided with a plurality of separators (separator plates) 3 arranged side by side in the lateral width direction of the water channel 2. The separator 3 group is eccentric at two positions at the front and rear ends. It is supported via the shaft 9 (9a, 9b). The eccentric shafts 9a and 9b are synchronously rotated by the drive of the motor 10 provided on the side portion, and the separator 3 groups attached to the shaft are simultaneously moved up, forward (moved to the downstream side), lowered, moved backward (moved to the upstream side) at a predetermined timing. ) Is activated repeatedly. Further, reference numeral 4 shown in FIG.
It is located just above the entrance and has a certain angle (θ)
Therefore, it is possible to intermittently or continuously inject cold water, ion water, ozone water 6 or the like toward the downstream side. The water 6 flowing out through the water channel 2 is collected in the downstream container 12 and then fed back to the original water tank 1 through the water circulation device 5 including the filter 13, the pump 14 and the like so that it can be used again and again. It has become.

The operation of the embodiment constructed as described above will now be described. This apparatus uses various kinds of articles 7 that can transfer vegetables such as eggplant, cucumber and other vegetables and peaches and other fruits using water 6. It can be applied universally to, and can be automatically aligned simply by throwing a large amount of articles 7 into the water tank 1 all at once. That is, first, the articles 7 put into the water tank 1 are the net plates 1 forming the side wall on the downstream side of the water tank 1.
The articles regulated by No. 1 and floated by the water flow are sequentially sent in small amounts to the downstream water channel 2. Next, the articles 7 sent out to the water channel 2 are subjected to the gradually increasing speed of the running water, so that the clearance S (S 1, S 1, S 2) before and after the traveling direction shown in FIG.
2, S 3 ) will be expanded and transferred. After that, the article 7 approaching the separator 3 is modified by changing the longitudinal direction to the flow direction by water jet from the nozzle 4 arranged at the upper part, and after reaching the separator 3 part, the water channel 2 of the water passage 2 is operated by the operation of the group of separators 3 provided side by side. It is separated and sorted into a plurality of rows in the width direction, and is transferred to the further downstream end in an aligned state.

Thereafter, trays (not shown) are sequentially provided from the downstream end,
It is delivered to a bucket or the like and subjected to various processing such as wrap packaging. As described above, this device not only can automatically align the articles 7 such as vegetables and fruits after they are put into them, but also can damage the articles 7 by the transfer method using running water as in the conventional method. Or, there is no problem of spoilage, and cold water, ionized water, ozone water, etc. are used as the water 6, improving sanitary and quality aspects such as germicidal action and cleaning effect of bacteria and molds. You can plan.
Since the present invention is configured and functions as described above, it is possible to greatly reduce the processing time (improve productivity) and save labor by automation. The water channel may be formed in a spiral shape other than the illustrated linear shape, and may be taken out to the outside or inside (center side) after alignment.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained in aligning articles such as vegetables and fruits. That is, since articles such as vegetables and fruits are thrown into the water tank arranged on the upstream side all at once, the articles are transferred through running water and aligned, so that there is no problem of damaging the articles. Moreover, since the velocity of the flowing water is gradually increased in the downstream direction, the gap between the articles is gradually expanded, and stable alignment can be achieved. Separator installed further downstream
With this function, it becomes possible to perform sorting by sorting into two or more rows in the lateral width direction. Also, by using cold water,
Especially in summer, it is possible to prevent deterioration of quality of articles such as vegetables and fruits due to rotting. On the other hand, by spraying cold water, ionized water, or ozone water from the nozzle provided immediately before the separator (separation plate), the orientation of the article can be corrected, and the effect of this solution is to sterilize bacteria and molds. And the cleaning effect is obtained. As described above, according to the present invention, the worker can automatically align the articles such as vegetables and fruits into the upstream water tank, and the labor can be greatly saved. Since running water is transferred as a means, various excellent effects such as deterioration of article quality can be obtained.
