Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an insulating mat laid on the floor of a building to insulate heat and sound. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, in an office or the like, laying of wiring and change of wiring layout are simplified to facilitate installation and relocation of OA equipment and a telephone to a desired position. 2. Description of the Related Art For the purpose of maintaining a predetermined temperature environment, a floor panel is laid on a floor at a predetermined height to form a double structure. [0003] When the hot and cold air for temperature control is blown into the space formed between the original floor surface and the floor panel in the double-structured floor, the heat of the hot and cold air is reduced to the original floor. You will escape to the lower floor along the surface. Therefore, it is advantageous in terms of thermal efficiency to keep the floor in an insulated state to prevent heat from being transmitted to the lower floors, and also to prevent sound in the room from being transmitted to the lower floors. When the floor surface is in an insulated state, the sound insulating effect is high and it is economically advantageous as compared with the case of using. For this purpose it is conceivable to lay insulation Ma Tsu preparative having an insulating function to the floor. However, in general, a floor having a double structure is, for example, as shown in FIG. It has a configuration in which a floor having a double structure is formed by being supported by a large number of support legs 3 and, for example, a tile carpet 4 or the like is laid on the surface thereof. [0005] Therefore, when laying on the floor 2 using a strip-shaped insulating mat generally used for heat insulation and sound insulation in a building, the support legs 3 become an obstacle,
The laying work must be performed while avoiding these problems, and the laying work is troublesome, requiring a great deal of labor and time. There are problems such as worry. [0006] An object to be solved by the present invention is to form a double-structured floor surface by arranging a large number of support legs in a front-rear, left-right direction in a grid pattern. The point is that it is extremely difficult to lay a strip-shaped insulating mat conventionally used for buildings without any gaps on the original floor surface. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0007] The present invention provides a dual structure floor.
Architectural shields laid between rows of support legs on the installation surface
In the cutting mat, a width portion having a width and a length longer than the distance between the support legs, having an adhesive layer on the back surface, and at least one side edge having a width portion longer than the distance between the support legs.
An architectural shielding mat made of a flexible material in which a deeper cut groove is formed at the same distance from each support leg in the longitudinal direction.
Then, insert the cut groove into the support leg and lay it in the length direction.
When installing, the side edge protruding outside the support leg and
Overlap with the side edge of the adjacent blocking mat to be continuous in the width direction
It can be laid very easily and without gaps on the original floor surface forming the double structure ,
The object of the present invention is to provide an architectural insulating mat capable of exhibiting a high insulating effect with respect to heat and sound insulation . [0008] The cutting grooves formed on the side edges in the longitudinal direction at intervals corresponding to the arrangement intervals of the support legs in advance are laid on the floor surface while being sequentially inserted into the support legs and formed on the back surface. Hold the fixed adhesive layer and fix it. Further, the side end portion having the cut groove protruding from the support leg is overlapped on the side end portion of the adjacently laid insulating mat and continuously laid in the width direction without a gap. Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The same components as those of the conventional example are denoted by the same reference numerals and described. FIGS. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of the present invention and a state of use thereof. An insulating mat 5 is provided on a surface of a floor 2 to support a floor panel 1 at a predetermined height. Each of the support legs 3a, 3b, 3c arranged in a protruding manner in a split manner.
· Made of a flexible material formed in an appropriately long band shape having a width L2 slightly wider than the interval L1 of
For example, it has a structure in which various well-known heat insulating and sound insulating materials such as glass wool, aluminum foil, and further, plastic foam and rubber foam are appropriately laminated. On the back surface, there is provided an adhesive layer 6 made of, for example, a latex-based or acrylic copolymer-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, and a release paper 7 is further laminated on the surface thereof, and is usually stored and transported in a wound state. You. Further, the insulating mat 5 has a substantially V-shaped cut groove 9 having a predetermined depth formed at one side edge 8 at a predetermined interval in the length direction. This interval is equal to each projecting interval L1 between the support legs 3a, 3b, 3c,... Disposed on the surface of the floor surface 2. In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the support legs 3a, 3b, 3 are placed at predetermined positions on the floor surface 2 in advance.
In the state where c,... are arranged, for example, the insulating mat 5 is first laid between the row of the support legs 3 a and one wall surface 10. At this time, the insulating mat 5 is laid so as to completely fill the portion of the floor surface 2 partitioned by the wall surface 10 and the row of the support legs 3a protruding closest to the wall surface 10 without any gap. Is wider than the distance L1 between the wall surface 10 and the row of the support legs 3a, so that the extra side end portion 5a is bent along the wall surface 10 as shown in FIG.
Alternatively, if necessary, cut the side end portion 5a (not shown),
Alternatively, another insulating mat having a width equal to the distance between the wall 10 and the row formed by the support legs 3a is laid. Then, an insulating mat 5 is laid between the row of the support legs 3a on the floor 2 and the next row of the support legs 3b. At this time, the insulating mat 5 has the other side edge 5b abutted on each support leg 3b, and the cutout groove 9 formed on the other side edge 8 is sequentially formed on each support leg 3a. It is laid on the floor surface 2 while being inserted, and is fixed using the adhesive layer 6 formed on the back surface. Further, the wall surface 10 side edge portion 5a of the insulating mat 5 protruding between the wall 10 by inserting the cut-out groove 9 in order to each support leg 3a and columns of the support legs 3a
A close contact state can be obtained by overlapping and fixing the insulating mat 5 protruding between the row of the support legs 3a and the side end portion 5a on the support leg 3a side. Similarly, insulating mats 5 are sequentially laid on the floor 2 and laid on the entire surface of the floor 2, and the floor panel 1 is supported by using the supporting legs 3a, 3b, 3c,. 2 to form a double floor. According to the present embodiment constructed as described above, in order to form a double structure, it is very easily and easily provided on a floor surface provided with a large number of support legs for supporting the panel floor in the front, rear, left and right directions. It can be laid without gaps. FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 show different embodiments of the present invention and the state of use thereof. The overall structure and operation / effect are almost the same as those of the above-mentioned embodiment. in that the cut-out groove 9 formed respectively different. [0021] Thus, conventional cutting grooves 9 as shown in FIG. 5
Insulating mats 12 having no are used every other row, which is economically advantageous. When only the present embodiment is used (not shown), the overlapping portion is doubled, so that the overlapping portion can be laid without any gap. [0022] Figure 6 from the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 and shows a different further embodiment the shape of the cut-out groove 9, thus cutting grooves 9 mat width than the distance between each support leg Is a long part
Any shape is acceptable as long as it has a depth that allows the support leg to be inserted a predetermined distance deeper than a minute . Therefore, it may be appropriately formed according to the shape and size of the support leg used. In each of the above embodiments, the present invention is applied to a double-structured floor surface. However, for example, a lightweight ceiling plate is suspended by a large number of inserts arranged at appropriate intervals. Needless to say, the present invention can be applied to other parts of a building such as a double-structured ceiling surface. The architectural insulating mat according to the present invention having the above-described structure has a large number of supporting legs for supporting a panel floor forming a double structure in the front, rear, left and right directions. Adjacent side edges on the floor without the need to avoid supporting legs
Very easily and continuously without gaps the width direction while overlapping
To be able to lay, highly relates thermal insulation, sound insulation etc.
Is shall be able to exhibit the Do insulation effect. In particular, since the adhesive layer is formed on the back surface, the fixing operation is simple and reliable. Further, the structure is not so complicated, mass production is possible, and it is convenient for storage and transportation.
