【発明の属する分野】本発明は寝たきりの要介護者を介
護するときに使用する、持ち運びの出来る簡易型の介護
用リフトに関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来の寝たきり要介護者を介護する為の
介護用リフトは、屋内工事等を伴うもの、或いはキャス
ター等を取り付けた狭い場所では使用しにくく複雑な構
造のもので重量もあり、取り扱い持ち運びも簡便では無
く、作業の都度、要介護者の体を横転又は持ち上げて吊
り具を差し込むものが多かった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】寝たきりの要介護者を
介護することは、健康な人の体と異なり非常に扱い難
く、非力な介護者では困難である。従って構造及び操作
も簡単で軽量化することにより、前述の欠点を解消しよ
うとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明はウォームギヤ、
ウォームホイルを使用することにより、クランク式ハン
ドルを軽く手動回転することにより、３本の吊り紐に接
続された揚体敷布及び大腿部吊りベルトによって、巻き
上げ巻き戻しすることにより、要介護者の体を容易に介
護することが出来る。脚部が折り畳み式で軽量であり、
収納、取り扱いが極めて容易であることにより、問題を
解決している。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施の形態につい
て説明する。
（イ）脚部（２０）に支えられた角パイプ（２）内にウ
オームギヤ（３）とウオームホイル（４）を設け、ウオ
ームホイル（４）に紐巻きボビン（５）を接続し、ハン
ドルシャフト（６）にハンドル（１４）を設ける。
（ロ）角パイプ（２）内に設けた紐巻きボビン（５）の
内側にテンションＡ（７）を設け、角パイプ（２）に設
けたテールブラケット（１３）の内側にテンションＢ
（８）及びテンションＣ（９）と中央部にテンション
Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ（７）（８）（９）に対して９０度傾斜させ
たセンターテンション（１５）を設ける。
（ハ）角パイプ（２）の中央部、側面にセンターテンシ
ョン（１５）と平行にセンターアーム（１６）を設け、
その先端部にトップテンション（１８）を設ける。
（ニ）角パイプ（２）内に設けた紐巻きボビン（５）よ
りテンションＡ、Ｂ、Ｃ（７）（８）（９）を介して、
各々の先端にフック（２３）を装着した吊り紐（２０）
を接続する。
（ホ）［第６図］に示す本発明の揚体敷布（２６）の中
央部に一定間隔を保たせた吊り棒差込み帯（２７）をハ
の字形に縫着する。
（ヘ）［第８図］及び［第９図］に示す本発明の大腿部
吊りベルト（２８）の中央部に感覚板（３０）及びベル
ト金具（２９）を装着し、大腿部吊りベルト（２８）の
両端に吊り棒差込部（３１）を逢着する。

【実施例】本発明は以上のような構造であり、これを使
用するときは、
（イ）布団上に従来の敷布の上に更に揚体敷布（２６）
を敷設して置く。
（ロ）［第９図］に示す大腿部吊りベルト（２８）を装
着した吊り棒（２４）を揚体敷布（２６）の両脇の吊り
棒差し込み帯（２７）に差込み、両方の吊り棒金具（２
５）とベルト金具（２９）を、各々の紐の先に装着した
フック（２３）に接続する。
（ハ）クランクハンドル（１４）を時計方向に回して要
介護者の体を持ち上げてオムツ交換等の作業をする。
（ニ）作業が終了したら、クランクハンドル（１４）を
逆回転して元の位置に戻す。
（ホ）収納する時は脚部（２０）を内側に折り畳んで収
納する。

【発明の効果】本発明にあっては次に列挙する効果が得
られる。
（イ）室内工事等も不要であり、重量のあるキャスター
付きのリフト等と異なり折り畳んで収納出来るため、狭
い部屋でも容易に使用することが出来る。
（ロ）軽量で操作も簡単であるため、高齢の介護者でも
容易に使用する事が出来る。
