荷役車両等の移載機器に適用されて布製シートを移載す
る際に用いられる布製シート保持装置に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来、製鉄所に於ては、図に示す如
く、製造した線材コイルAを俵積みしてストックしてい
る。この時、線材コイルAどうしが接触して傷が付かな
い様にこれらの間には、布製シートBが介在されてい
る。つまり、布製シートBは、図に示す如く、パレッ
トCの上に何枚も重ねて置かれていると共に、俵積みす
る前の線材コイルAは、置台Dの上に置かれてこの近傍
に位置され、作業者EがパレットC上の布製シートBを
一枚づつ取り上げて線材コイルAの上に掛けていた。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところが、この様な作
業は、人手に依るものであったので、能率が非常に悪い
という難点があった。この為、例えばロボット等の移載
機器を用いてこの作業を機械化する事が考えられるが、
ロボット等の移載機器に通常装着される真空吸着器で
は、布製シートを吸着して保持する事ができない。何故
ならば、布製シートは、可撓性及び通気性があって表面
が滑らかでないからである。従って、ロボット等の移載
機器に装着できて布製シートを確実に保持できる布製シ
ート保持装置の出現が望まれていた。本発明は、叙上の
問題点に鑑み、これを解消する為に創案されたもので、
その課題とする処は、布製シートを確実に保持できる布
製シート保持装置を提供するにある。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の布製シート保持
装置は、基本的には、基体と、布製シートに突き刺さし
得る左右の針体と、基体に対して各針体を布製シートに
突き刺して保持する保持位置から布製シートを落下させ
て開放する開放位置まで移動させる移動手段と、から構

位置に移動したならば、移動手段に依り各針体が開放位
置にされる。そうすると、布製シートは、弛緩されて各
針体から抜ける事に依り落下されて開放される。 【0006】移動手段は、基体に対して左右方向に移動
可能な左右の移動体と、各移動体に前後方向軸廻りに揺
動可能に設けられて針体が下向きに取付けられた揺動体
と、各移動体に設けられて揺動体の揺動を規制する規制
体と、各移動体に対して各揺動体を揺動させると共に基
体に対して各移動体を移動させる移動駆動機とで構成す
る事ができる。この様にすれば、布製シートに対して針
体を垂直状態で抜き差しできるので、針体の布製シート
への挿脱が容易に行なえる。又、移動体の移動と揺動体
の揺動を一つの移動駆動機に依り行なえて所謂兼用でき
るので、極めて合理的である。 【0007】 【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施の形態を、図
面に基づいて説明する。図1は、本発明の布製シート保
持装置の開放位置を示す正面図。図2は、開放位置と保
持位置の途中の位置を示す図1と同様図。図3は、保持
位置を示す図1と同様図。図4は、布製シート保持装置
を適用した移載機器を示す概略正面図である。 【0008】布製シート保持装置1は、基体2、針体
3、移動手段4とからその主要部が構成されている。 【0009】基体2は、布製シート保持装置1の基本部
分を為すもので、この例では、左右(図1に於て左右)
方向に長尺な柱状を呈し、図4に示す如く、その中程が
移載機器(ロボット)30に装着されている。 【0010】移載機器30は、地面に据付られた本体3
1と、これの上部に旋回及び俯仰可能に設けられたアー
ム32とを備え、アーム32の先端には、ブラケット3
3を介して布製シート保持装置1の基体2が揺動可能に
取付けられて居り、パレットCに積層された多数の布製
シートBを上から一枚づつ取り上げて置台Dに置かれた
線材コイルAの上に掛ける事ができる様になっている。
布製シートBは、所定の厚さt(約2〜3mm)と大き
さを備えた平面矩形状を呈し、丁度柔道着の様な布に依
り作製されている。勿論、この様なものに限定されず、
これに類するものを含む事は、言うまでもない。 【0011】針体3は、布製シートBに突き刺し得る左
右のもので、この例では、一枚の布製シートBを突き刺
し得る長さにしてある。 【0012】移動手段4は、基体2に対して各針体3を
布製シートBに突き刺して保持する保持位置から布製シ
ートBを落下させて開放する開放位置まで移動させるも
ので、この例では、基体2に対して左右方向に移動可能
な左右の移動体5と、各移動体5に前後方向軸廻りに揺
動可能に設けられて針体3が下向きに取付けられた揺動
体6と、各移動体5に設けられて揺動体6の揺動を規制
する規制体7と、各移動体5に対して各揺動体6を揺動
させると共に基体2に対して各移動体5を移動させる移
動駆動機8とで構成されている。揺動体6は、移動体5
の上部にその上部が前後方向軸廻りに揺動可能に枢着さ
れている。針体3は、揺動体6の下部に下向きに設けら
れていると共に、布製シートBの前後方向の長さに呼応
して前後方向に所定間隔を置いて複数設けられている。
規制体7は、揺動体6が垂直位置から外下斜め方向位置
まで所定角度θ(45°)だけ揺動できる様に各極限位
置に一対設けられている。移動駆動機8は、基体2の中
程下部と揺動体6の中程との間に介設されて居り、流体
圧シリンダにしてある。 【0013】次に、この様な構成に基づいてその作用を
述解する。布製シート保持装置1は、図1に示す如く、
移動手段4の移動駆動機8に依り左右の揺動体6及び針
体3が垂直状態にされて開放位置にされる。この様にさ
れた布製シート保持装置1は、パレットCに多数重ねら
れた布製シートBの最上のものの上に降ろされる。そう
すると、最上の布製シートBに左右の針体3が突き刺さ
る。針体3をき刺したならば、移動手段4の移動駆動
機8を作動させる。そうすると、図2に示す如く、移動
体5に対して揺動体6が所定角度θだけ揺動されて外下
斜め状態になり、規制体7に依りそれ以上の揺動が規制
される。この時、各針体3は、外下斜め状態になるの
で、布製シートBが若干緊張されて係合状態になる。更
に、移動駆動機8が作動されると、揺動体6及び針体3
がそのままの状態で図3に示す如く、基体2に対して移
動体5以降のものが外側に移動され、左右の針体3が保
持位置にされる。そうすると、布製シートBが真直に緊
張されて各針体3から脱落しない状態になる。従って、
この様な状態で布製シート保持装置1を移載機器30に
依り上昇させると、布製シートBが一枚だけ持ち上げら
れる。そして、移載機器30に依り所定位置に移動した
ならば、前述した逆の要領で移動手段4に依り各針体3
が開放位置にされる。そうすると、布製シートBは、各
針体3から落下されて開放され、置台Dの上に置かれた
線材コイルAの上に掛けられる。 【0014】尚、移動駆動機8は、先の例では、流体圧
シリンダであったが、これに限らず、例えばソレノイド
やモータ等を用いたものでも良い。移載機器30は、先
の例では、ロボットであったが、これに限らず、例えば
フォークリフト等の荷役車両でも良い。所定角度θは、

と共に、基体に対して各針体を布製シートに突き刺して
保持する保持位置から布製シートを落下させて開放する
開放位置まで移動させる移動手段を設けるだけであるの
で、構造が比較的簡単でコストが余り掛からず、直ちに
実施できる。
