後、成形ドラムに供給する帯状材料の供給方法におい
て、前記成形ドラム幅に対応した長さに切断した帯状材
料を、引取りコンベヤ上へ送り出し、この引取りコンベ
ヤ上の帯状材料を移載ロールに巻取った後、前記引取り
コンベヤと直交する向きに設置された貼合せコンベヤ上
へ移送し、予め貼合せコンベヤ上に位置決め移載されて
いる他の帯状材料上に、前記移載ロールを回転させなが
ら移動させることにより巻取られている帯状材料を、そ
の一端側から順次重ね合わせて積層させ、帯状材料の積
層工程が終了した後、該重合された帯状材料を成形ドラ
ムに供給することを特徴とする帯状材料の供給方法。

せながら移動させると共に、圧縮空気を吹き出して巻取
られている帯状材料を剥離させて、順次重ね合わせて積
層させ、帯状材料の積層工程が終了した後、該重合され
た帯状材料を成形ドラムに供給することを特徴とする帯
状材料の供給方法。

昇降可能な移載ロールを備え、予め貼合せコンベヤ上に
位置決め移載されている他の帯状材料上において、前記
移載ロールに巻付けられている帯状材料を移載ロールを
回転、及び移動させながら順次重ね合わせて積層させる
ように構成したことを特徴とする帯状材料の供給装置。
