Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for disposing of incinerated ash. 2. Description of the Related Art Ash generated after incineration of municipal solid waste and the like is sometimes used as a building material by melting a small part of the ash, but most of the ash is disposed of at a proper disposal site as waste. Have been. [0003] However, a large amount of incinerated ash is generated, and there is a shortage of disposal sites. Incinerated ash also contains harmful substances, and rainwater that has fallen to the disposal site must be treated before being discharged to the outside, which increases costs. In addition, it is necessary to take care not to disperse the incinerated ash by the wind. [0004] Furthermore, incinerated ash is difficult to handle, it takes time to spread and compact, and when it rains, it becomes muddy and impairs the workability of heavy machinery and the like. The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and its object is to efficiently dispose of a large amount of incinerated ash in a compact manner, prevent elution of harmful substances, and reduce the cost of water treatment. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for disposing of incinerated ash that can quickly and effectively use the site of a disposal site. [0005] In order to achieve the above object, according to the method for disposing of incinerated ash according to the present invention, air bubbles are mixed in a mixture obtained by adding water and a small amount of cement to incinerated ash. The air milk thus obtained is gradually stacked in a layered manner at the disposal site so that a kiln site for collecting rainfall in the site always remains in a part of the disposal site. According to the present invention, as described above, air milk is produced by mixing air bubbles into the incinerated ash to which a small amount of water and cement are added without directly sending the incinerated ash to the disposal site. Then, the air milk is layered on the disposal site. The air milk is rich in fluidity and can be pumped to the disposal site by pumping, thereby facilitating disposal of the incinerated ash. At this time, the harmful substances contained in the incineration ash are fixed by the cement, and the pollution of the surrounding environment due to the outflow of the harmful substances is prevented. Further, the air milk is gradually piled up from the lower part to the upper part in the disposal site so that the kiln for collecting rainfall in the site always remains in a part of the same. Since it is used as mixing water during the production of air milk, rainwater does not flow out. In addition, since the air milk has a small specific gravity, the land subsidence is small, and the air milk has a sufficient strength, so that the site of the disposal site can be quickly used. The present invention will be described below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. To produce air milk that can be pumped and pumped by mixing air bubbles with a mixture of incinerated ash and a small amount of cement. Next, a formulation example of the air milk will be described. (B) Used amount of cement 10 to 20% of incinerated ash (weight ratio) (b) Used amount of water 90 to 100% of total weight of incinerated ash and cement (weight ratio) (c) Mixed amount of air bubbles 10 20% (volume ratio) When the air milk having the above composition is subjected to accelerated curing at 40 ° C. and between 20, an compressive strength of 10 to 15 kg / cm 2 is obtained. The specific gravity was 1.03 to 1.04.
Thus, the air milk 1 is poured into the disposal site 2 in a layered manner from above to below. At this time, a pot plant 3 is formed in a part of the disposal site 2 to collect rainwater in the plant 3. [0010] If the water accumulated in the kamaba 3 is used as kneading water during the production of air milk, there is no need to discharge water to the outside. Thus, construction is performed while one layer of air milk is gradually stacked upward, but care is taken so that the kiln yard 3 always remains in a part of the disposal site 2. In the illustrated embodiment, the air milk 1 is stacked upward so that the pot field always remains on the upper end surface. According to the present invention, as described above, a small amount of cement is added to the incinerated ash without directly discarding the incinerated ash at the disposal site. Air milk that is easy to handle that can be pumped is manufactured, and incineration ash is disposed of by gradually stacking the air milk at the disposal site in a layered manner. Therefore, the construction is easy and the disposal cost is reduced without being scattered or being muddy in rainy weather. Further, since the harmful substances contained in the incinerated ash are fixed by the cement in the air milk, adverse effects on the surrounding environment due to elution of the harmful substances are prevented. In addition, since the air milk has a small specific gravity, the land subsidence is small, and the air milk has a sufficient strength. Still further according to the invention,
When the air milk is poured into the disposal site in a layered manner, the kiln is always left in a part of the site. Accordingly, there is no need to discharge water to the outside, so that the cost of water treatment is not required and the disposal cost can be reduced.
