Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an airtight device for a side pressure contact member which protrudes laterally so as not to leave a gap between a wall and a wall. 2. Description of the Related Art A movable wall is attached to a top end of a movable vehicle so that the movable wall can be suspended from a ceiling rail, and can be moved. A pressure contact member is provided so that no gap remains between them. Some of the moving walls are in contact with the wall surface, and the moving wall is provided with a side pressing member in addition to the vertical pressing member to eliminate a gap between the moving wall and the wall surface. Further, a joint rubber is provided on a side end of the moving wall so that no gap is generated between the arranged moving walls. [0003] By the way, the vertical pressing member and the side pressing member protrude upward and downward by respective pressing devices.
It can also project to the side. Although the present invention is directed to the side pressure welding device, FIG. 3 shows a conventional general side pressure welding member (a). The side pressure contact member (a) is accommodated in a concave space (b) formed at the side end of the moving wall, and can be protruded from the concave space to the side of the moving wall by a protruding rod operated by a pressing device. The convex portion (c) at the end of the side pressure contact member (a) fits into the concave portion of the wall rail (d) attached to the wall surface so as to leave no gap between the side wall pressing member (a) and the wall surface. Also, the side pressure contact member (a)
Is provided with a seal (f) so as to slide in the concave space (b) so that no gap is formed between the concave surface and the inner surface (e). Of course,
The seal (f) is made of rubber or resin, and the inner surface of the recess (e)
The seal (f) and the inner surface of the recess (e) with the tip protrusion (c) of the side pressure contact member (b) fitted in the recess of the wall rail (d). There may be a gap between them. That is, since the amount of deformation of the seal (f) is small, a gap is generated when the moving wall is fixed to be offset. As a result, there is a problem that air leaks, and that noise next to the partitioned space can be heard. [0005] As described above, the side pressure contact member of the moving wall has the above-mentioned problem. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem. To provide an airtight device for a side pressure contact member in which no gap is left between them. [0006] The hermetic device of the side pressure contact member of the present invention is characterized in that the conventional hermetic device shown in FIG. 3 is provided with another seal and has a double seal structure. is there. The side pressure contact member is housed in a concave space formed at the end on the moving wall side and can be extended, and has a pressure contact device for extending the side pressure contact member. The specific structure of the pressure welding device is not particularly limited in the present invention. The side pressure contact member is provided with a first seal for eliminating a gap with the inner surface of the concave portion, and a partition portion for dividing the concave space into two is provided on a neutral surface of the concave space. Therefore, the partition portion is provided over the region from the upper end to the lower end of the moving wall. Therefore, the side pressure contact member is accommodated in the concave space, and has a U-shaped cross section so as not to be an obstacle when the side pressure contact member is accommodated, and the partition portion is accommodated in the internal space of the side pressure contact member. You. A rear end of the side pressure contact member has a second seal, which contacts the surface of the partition. The second seal can be formed in a plate shape having a reduced thickness so as to be able to undergo large bending deformation. Even when the side pressure contact member is slightly displaced and pressed against the surface of the partition, the second seal may be in contact with the surface of the partition portion. Are bent so as not to cause a gap, and are in contact with each other. Therefore, if the second seal is formed in a plate shape without the conventional first seal, it is possible to obtain the airtightness of the side pressure contact member only with the second seal. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an embodiment showing an airtight device in a side wall pressure contact member of a moving wall according to the present invention. FIG. 1 shows a state in which the side pressing member 1 projects from the moving wall 2. Here, the specific structure of the moving wall 2 and the configuration of the side pressing device that projects the side pressing member 1 are particularly described. Not limited. Generally, as shown in FIG.
, The upper and lower shaft screws 4, 4 are tuned and rotated, and the press-connecting rods 5, 5 can be extended outward using a link mechanism. FIG. 2 shows a specific example in which a vertical frame and a side pressure frame are provided on a frame serving as a frame of a moving wall. In the case of the vertical frame, the upper and lower pressure rods can be extended by operating a handle. It has a structure. The side pressure contact members 1 are attached to the tips of the pressure contact rods 5, 5, and upper pressure contact members and lower pressure contact members are attached to one of the pressure contact rods 6, 6,. Of course, since it is a moving wall, a suspension car running on the ceiling rail is attached to the upper end. By the way, the side pressure contact members 1 are
When it retreats, it is accommodated in a concave space 7 provided at the end on the moving wall side. The recessed space 7 is formed by a side frame 8 fixed to a side end of the frame. The side frame 8 has a substantially U-shaped cross section, and becomes a recessed space 7 in which a side pressure contact member can be accommodated. ing. A partition 9 is attached to the bottom of the side frame 8 to divide the concave space 7 into two. The side pressure contact member 1 is attached to the tip of the pressure contact rod 5 and has a substantially U-shaped cross section. At the rear end of the side pressure contact member 1, first seals 10, 10 are attached to the outside, and second seals 11, 11 are attached to the inside. The first seal 10 has a substantially semicircular cross section having a cavity therein, and is in contact with the inner surface 12 of the recess space 7 in a slightly compressed state. One second seal 11
Is formed in a thin plate shape, and the front end portion is provided on the surface 13 of the partition portion 9 in a state of being largely bent and deformed. The material of these two seals 10, 11 is arbitrary, but is generally made of rubber or resin. The concave space 7 is provided at a side end from the upper end to the lower end of the moving wall 2, and the side pressure contact member 1 also has a height from the upper end to the lower end of the moving wall 2. Therefore, the first seal 10 and the second seal 11 are also the side pressure contact members 1.
The first seal 10 and the second seal 11 allow the side pressure contact member 1 to protrude and come into contact with the wall rail 14 so that the space is formed via the moving wall 1. It is completely partitioned, there is no air flow, and there is no noise. Another seal 1 is provided at the tip of the side pressure contact member 1.
5 and 15 are installed along the wall, and abut against the wall rail 14 and deform,
As a result, no gap is generated between the side pressure contact member 1 and the wall rail 14. By the way, when air or sound tries to intrude from one of the completely partitioned spaces by extending the side pressure contact member 1 along the arrow shown in FIG.
Cut off by Suppose the first seal 10 and the inner surface 1 of the recess
When a small gap is left between the second space 11 and the second space 11a, the second space 11 blocks the space. In order for air or sound to enter the opposite side of the moving wall as shown by the arrow, the air or sound passes through the second seal 11 and enters the internal space of the side pressure contact member 1, and further the other second seal 1
1 to the partition space 16b and then through the first seal 10 on the opposite side. The first seal 10 has a substantially semicircular shape and does not contact the inner surface 12 of the concave portion with great deformation, but the other second seal 11 contacts the partition surface 13 in a largely bent state. Therefore, no air or sound enters from the second seal 11. If a gap is formed between the first seal 10 and the inner surface 12 of the recess, the side pressure contact member 1 is shifted laterally with respect to the moving wall 2. The lateral displacement in the direction away from the second seal 1
1 is laterally displaced in a direction approaching the partition surface 13, so that it is impossible that both seals 10, 11 form a gap. As described above, in the hermetic seal device of the present invention, the first seal and the second seal are provided along the rear end of the side pressure contact member, the first seal is on the inner surface of the concave portion, and the second seal is in the concave space. Is brought into contact with the surface of the partition part for partitioning, and the following effects can be obtained. According to the airtight device of the present invention, the side pressure contact member is provided with the first
Since the seal and the second seal are provided alongside, no air or sound leaks through both seals. That is,
The concave space is divided into two by the partition, and the first seal is in contact with the inner surface of the concave and the second seal is in contact with the surface of the partition. In this case, it is impossible that both seals form a gap at the same time because the other seal is further compressed.
In particular, since the second seal is in the form of a thin plate, the second seal is in contact with it in a state of being largely deformed and deformed in advance, and air or sound does not leak from the second seal due to lateral displacement of the side pressure contact member. Instead, the airtightness of the side pressure contact member can be obtained only by the second seal.
