発明によって、PVC系樹脂100重量部に対し、可塑
剤を20重量部以上添加し、Ba−Zn系又はCa−Z
n系安定剤を配合した透明軟質PVC系樹脂製フィルム
又はシートについても、エポキシ樹脂とアクリル系加工
助剤を併用して添加した樹脂組成物を用いることによっ
て、常温水に24時間浸漬した後のヘイズ値が、常温水
に浸漬する前のヘイズ値と比べてあまり増大しておら
ず、透明性を保っていることがわかる。よって、本発明
により、メルカプト錫を安定剤として使用した場合と同
程度に吸水白化を抑え、なおかつ耐候性に優れたフィル
ム又はシートを得ることができる。
