The present invention relates to a vinyl chloride resin composition, and in particular, a vinyl chloride resin composition that has effective weather resistance, blocking resistance, and stain resistance when used in agricultural covering materials that require weather resistance. Pertaining to things. Vinyl chloride resin film is currently the mainstream agricultural covering material because it has excellent heat retention, transparency, strength, and workability, and is relatively inexpensive. However, when PVC resin film is used outdoors, it deteriorates due to various factors such as oxidation and sunlight irradiation, causing the film to harden, reduce its elongation, cause discoloration, and reduce its durability. I had a problem with my sexuality. In addition, substances floating in the air may adhere to the film, contaminating the film and reducing the light transmittance, and blocking may occur in the areas where the films overlap each other in the ventilation section of the vinyl house. There was a problem that it became difficult to wind the film. Conventionally, in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, chemicals such as stabilizers, epoxy compounds, phosphate ester plasticizers, antioxidants, ultraviolet absorbers, and lubricants are used in combination with vinyl chloride resin to create vinyl chloride resin films. Attempts have been made to minimize the above-mentioned problems. However, even when these chemicals are used in combination, a vinyl chloride resin film that satisfies weather resistance, stain resistance, and blocking resistance has not yet been obtained. On the other hand, in recent years, from the viewpoint of resource and labor saving, there has been a strong demand for improved durability of PVC resin films in terms of weather resistance and stain resistance, as well as improved blocking resistance to facilitate house ventilation work. Therefore, the development of a new vinyl chloride resin film has been desired. In view of this situation, the inventors of the present invention have conducted intensive research and found that vinyl chloride resin (R 1 and R 2 are alkyl groups or allyl groups having 14 to 22 carbon atoms, and R 3 is an alkyl group having 14 to 22 carbon atoms.) Vinyl chloride resin obtained by adding a compound having the structure The film obtained from the composition has excellent weather resistance and retains its weather resistance for a long period of time, and is less prone to stains due to dirt, dust, etc.
The present invention was completed by discovering that the film exhibits extremely low stickiness between films. That is, the vinyl chloride resin composition of the present invention has a polyvinyl chloride resin composition. (R 1 and R 2 are an alkyl group or an allyl group having 14 to 22 carbon atoms, and R 3 is an alkyl group having 14 to 22 carbon atoms). The vinyl chloride resin of the present invention includes vinyl chloride resin, copolymer resins of vinyl chloride and other monomers such as vinyl acetate, ethylene, propylene, alkyl vinyl ethers, acrylic esters, methacrylic esters, and acrylonitrile; Blends of resins, blends of these resins with other resins, etc. can be used. Also, (R 1 and R 2 are an alkyl group or an allyl group having 14 to 22 carbon atoms, and R 3 is an alkyl group having 14 to 22 carbon atoms.) Examples of the compound include trimyristyl phosphate, Trialkyl phosphates such as tricetyl phosphate (TSEP), tristearyl phosphate (TSTP), trioleyl phosphate (TOLP), trieicosyl phosphate, distearylmonophenyl phosphate, di- Dialkyl monoallyl phosphates such as stearyl monocresyl phosphate (DSTMCP) and distearyl monocresyl phosphate, monocetyl diphenyl phosphate, monocetyl dicresyl phosphate, and monocetyl dicresyl phosphate. ate, monoalkyl diallyl phosphate such as monostearyl dixylyl phosphate (MSTDXP), and the like can be used. The number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group is 14
In the following cases, none of the effects of weather resistance, stain resistance, and blocking resistance can be achieved, and the number of carbon atoms is too low.
Even if it exceeds 22, the effect will not be improved and it will be expensive, so it is not preferable. Particularly preferred are tristearylphosphate and triolylphosphate, which have excellent weather resistance, stain resistance, and blocking resistance. These compounds may be added alone or
Any plurality of types may be added in combination. The amount added is preferably 10 parts by weight or less per 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin. Addition of a large amount is not preferable since these compounds will bleed out violently on the surface of the molded product when it is made into a molded product. From these points of view, a more preferable addition amount range is from 0.1 parts by weight to 5 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin. The vinyl chloride resin composition of the present invention may contain additives necessary for processing and other additives for imparting desired performance. These additives include plasticizers, stabilizers, epoxy compounds, drip-proofing agents, lubricants, antioxidants, ultraviolet absorbers, antistatic agents, anti-bacterial agents, colorants, fillers, and the like. As the plasticizer, all plasticizers commonly used for vinyl chloride resins can be used in the present invention. For example, phthalate ester plasticizers such as dihexyl phthalate, dioctyl phthalate, dinonyl phthalate, diisodecyl phthalate, butylbenzyl phthalate, and phosphate ester plasticizers such as tricresyl phosphate and tricylenyl phosphate. A single or arbitrary plurality of adipate ester plasticizers such as dioctyl adibate, sebacate ester plasticizers such as dioctyl sebacate, trimellitic acid ester plasticizers such as trioctyl trimellitic acid, and polyester plasticizers. Can be used together. The amount of these plasticizers added is not particularly limited, and may be determined depending on the flexibility of the molded product to be obtained. Also used as stabilizers are Cd, Ba, and
It is possible to use metal salts such as Mg, Ca, Zn, Sn, Pb alone or in combination, or in combination with other stabilizing aids. As the epoxy compound, resin type epoxy compounds such as epoxidized soybean oil, epoxidized linseed oil, epoxidized fatty acid monoester, and a polymer of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A can be used. The vinyl chloride resin composition of the present invention is (R 1 and R 2 are alkyl groups or allyl groups with 14 to 22 carbon atoms, and R 3 is an alkyl group with 14 to 22 carbon atoms.) Because the compound shown in the formula is added, weather resistance is improved. It is a resin composition suitable for use as an agricultural film.It has excellent weather resistance and stain resistance, has excellent blocking resistance, almost no stickiness between filters, and has good thermal stability during molding. It is. Examples are listed below, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. Examples 1 to 7 0.1 mm films were produced using the formulations of Examples 1 to 7 shown in the table. The results of the film's stickiness (feel in hand), weather resistance and staining after one year of outdoor exposure are shown in the table. Comparative Examples 1 to 3 Regarding the formulations of Comparative Examples 1 to 3 shown in the table, 0.1 mm films were prepared in the same manner as in Examples 1 to 7, and the same tests as in Example 1 were conducted. The results are shown in the table.
