いるごみ供給機の移動方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】ごみを人手を借りずに完全に焼却するに
は、炉内へのごみの供給、移送、攪拌を機械的に行う必
要がある。大型装置では、これらの操作はほぼ完全に行
われているが、小型になると、ごみの供給と移送は機械
的に行われているが、ごみの機械的攪拌の方は省略され
ている。より小型になると、供給のみを機械的に行って
いる状態である。これはコスト上の問題と技術上の限界

の供給のみを機械的に行っても十分な焼却は行われない

【発明が解決しようとする課題】小型焼却炉になると、
ごみの供給、攪拌は全て人手に頼ることになるが、ごみ
の投入口の開口面積は、ごみの投入を円滑に行うため、
大きくとられている。そのため、ごみの投入を人手によ
って行うとき、投入口に接近するため、炉内からの放射
熱を受けたり、燃焼ガスの逆流による影響を受けること
から避けられなくなる。ごみには、引火性の高いものも
あり、焼却炉への直接投入は危険な作業となる。ごみを
安全に炉内へ投入するには、機械的に投入する以外には
ないが、ごみを機械的に投入するだけでは、ごみを十分
に燃焼することはできない。小型焼却炉になると、全て
人手に頼る方法で焼却が行われている。ごみの投入操作
における危険を避けるため、移動可能なごみ供給機を用
い、ごみ投入口扉のついた投入口に、ごみの供給作業を
行う方法が考えられる。この方法では、ごみに遊離水が
あると、供給機にごみを装入して待機している時、ごみ
供給機の排出口から、汚水が流れでる問題が起きる。

却炉に接近する時には、ごみ供給機の排出口は下向きと
なり、ごみの装入と排出作業を行う時に、ごみ供給機が
前後左右に動揺しないように固定できれば、遊離水を含
むごみを焼却炉に投入しても、汚水を漏らさずに円滑に
行うことができる。本発明は台車の誘導面を山なりと
し、台車の移動止めのあるレール間を台車にのせたごみ
供給機を移動させることにより問題の解決をはかるもの
である。

位置にあるごみ供給機1を、ごみ投入口2aを開口後、
ごみ排出口1aがごみ投入口2aに挿入されている点線
