【従来の技術】
従来から使用されている廃棄物焼却炉は、焼却物を投入する際に耐火扉を開いて作業を行う為、どうしてもその間に炉内温度が低下し、ダイオキシン等の有毒ガスが発生し、外部に漏れて公害問題にも成っている。

又、近年ではそうしたダイオキシン等、生活環境に悪影響を及ぼす有害物質が社会問題にも成ってきており、焼却炉の構造や取り扱いに対する安全基準の見直しが行われる中、各関連企業もその対応に追われている。

又、ダイオキシン等の有害物質を減少させる為の方法として、最近では焼却温度の高温化の為の、さまざまな具体的方策が各地で展開されつつある。
【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、この発明は、ゴミ等の焼却物を焼却室に投入する際、外気との密閉状態を保ちながら自動投入を可能にして、炉内温度を高温に保ち、ダイオキシン等の有害物質を発生させない焼却室自動投入口を開発・提供する事にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この課題を解決する為の手段として、この発明は、燃焼室投入口の密閉状態を保ちながら焼却物の投入を可能にする為に、上下に連結した密閉式耐火扉と上下に開閉蓋を有するホッパーを設け、且つ、ウィンチ等の上下移動手段により上下移動を可能にし、焼却物投入時、外気との密閉状態を保ちながら自動投入可能にした焼却室自動投入口である。

【発明の実施の形態】
そこで、この発明の一実施例を図1から図4に従って詳述すると、燃焼室(1)の外周中央上部に焼却物投入口(1a)を設け、該燃焼室の焼却物投入口(1a)の下部には耐火煉瓦保護兼支持金具(5)を設け、且つ、該焼却物投入口(1a)を中心にして、左右対称に設けた自動回転式焼却物投入板密閉滑りガイド(2)と、該自動回転式焼却物投入板密閉滑りガイドに沿ってウィンチ等の上下移動手段(W)により上下移動可能な密閉式耐火扉(4)を燃焼室(1)とホッパー(3)間に上下に連結して設け、該ホッパーには、上面に開閉式焼却物受入蓋(3a)と下部投入口側に支持ローラ(3c)付自動回転式焼却物投入板(3b)を設け、焼却物(B)投入時、外気との密閉状態を保ちながら自動投入可能にする様構成されている。

そして、ウィンチ等の移動手段(W)のフック先端部(W’)と密閉式耐火扉(4)の固定部(4’)間を連結するチェーン(C)はウィンチ側が一本と密閉式耐火扉側が二本に連結されていて、定滑車(S1)と動滑車(S2)の中間部が連結金具(6)で固定されており、定滑車(S1)4個と動滑車(S2)1個とで構成されている。

次に、この発明の作動方法及び作業手順について説明すると、まず開閉式焼却物受入蓋(3a)を手で開き、焼却物(B)をホッパー内に投入後、受入蓋(3a)を閉める。

次に、上下に連結された密閉式耐火扉(4)とホッパー(3)をウィンチ等の上下移動手段(W)により所定方向に回転させて巻き上げると、密閉式耐火扉(4)の左右に固定された二本のチェーン(C)が定滑車(S1)と動滑車(S2)を介して引っ張られ上昇し、ホッパー(3)下部に取り付けた自動回転式焼却物投入板(3b)の先端部が支持金具(5)の位置に到達すると焼却室投入口(1a)内部へ傾斜し始め、更に最上部へ到達すると、図4の状態に成り、燃焼室(1)に焼却物(B)が完全投入される。

【発明の効果】
焼却物投入時、外気との密閉状態を保ちながら自動投入可能にし、炉内温度を高温に保つ事で、ダイオキシン等の有害物質の発生をくい止め、且つ、煙等が外部に漏れる等の問題が解消され、環境衛生的に見ても極めてその効果は大きい。
