Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a label sticking apparatus, and more particularly to a label sticking apparatus in which a label peeled from a band-shaped backing on which labels are temporarily attached at equal intervals is being conveyed by a conveyor. The present invention relates to a label sticking apparatus for automatically sticking a label to an object. 2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional label sticking apparatus, a band-shaped backing sheet on which labels are temporarily attached at equal intervals is rewound from a supply reel that winds and stores the band-shaped backing sheet and is supplied to a backing sheet conveyance path. Then, by folding and moving the band-shaped backing sheet at the leading end of the label peeling plate provided in the backing sheet conveyance path,
The label is peeled off from the band-shaped backing paper, and is fed to the article to be transported by the conveyor, and the fed label is pressed against the article by a pressing roller, thereby attaching the label to the article. In this case, the moving speed of the conveyor (the speed at which the object is transported) and the feeding speed of the label (the speed at which the band-shaped backing sheet is unwound from the supply reel) are required in order to accurately apply the label to the position where the object is to be affixed. It needs to be the same. As another label sticking apparatus, as shown in FIG. 5, a label 3 peeled off by a peeling plate 2 is provided near a leading end side of a peeling plate 2 provided on a conveyance path of the band-shaped backing paper 1. There has been proposed a label sticking apparatus having a structure in which a suction plate 4 for holding by suction is provided and a pressing roller 5 is provided on the opposite side of the suction plate 4 in the direction of the release plate 2. That is, in this state, the label 3 sucked and held by the suction plate 4 waits until the adhered object 7 is conveyed by the conveyor 6, and when the adhered object 7 is conveyed to the attaching position, the label 3 is pressed by the pressing roller 5. 3 is pressed against the adherend 7, and there is a feature that it is not necessary to make the moving speed of the conveyor 6 and the feeding speed of the label 3 the same. [0004] However, the above-mentioned conventional label sticking apparatus has the following disadvantages. (1) In the case of a conventional label sticking device without a suction disk,
It is necessary that the moving speed of the conveyor (conveying speed of the adhered object) and the feeding speed of the label (the speed of rewinding the band-shaped backing sheet from the supply reel) are the same. However, in general, when purchasing such a label sticking apparatus, a conveyor often used by a purchaser has been used in many cases, and the moving speed of the conveyor and the feeding speed of the label may not match. As a result, when a conveyor having a speed different from the label feeding speed is used, there is a drawback that accurate sticking cannot be performed. (2) In the conventional label sticking apparatus having a suction plate, a plurality of labels 3 having different lengths, that is, different lengths in a direction in which the label 3 is peeled off from the release plate 2 and fed out to the suction plate 4 (hereinafter referred to as pitch 8). When the labels 3 are properly used, there is a disadvantage that the suction cups 4 need to be replaced each time according to the pitch 8 of the labels 3. In other words, the suction holding position of the label 3 sucked and held by the suction board 4 is based on the positional relationship between the peeling plate 2 and the suction board 4, regardless of the pitch 8 of the label 3, and the label rear end 3 A (on the side of the peeling plate 2). Is always held at the same position. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, when the label 3 is longer than the length of the suction cup 4 (the length in the same direction as the pitch 8 of the label 3), the leading end 3B of the label 3 hangs down. Before the roller 5 performs the attaching operation, the label 3 adheres to the adherend 7, so that the label 3 cannot be accurately adhered to the adhered position of the adherend 7. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, in the case of a label 3 shorter than the length of the suction plate 4, since the leading end 3 B of the label 3 does not reach the pressing roller 5,
Even if the pressing roller 5 performs the attaching operation, the label 3 remains attached to the suction plate 4, and the label 3 cannot be attached to the object 7. The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and it is not necessary to make the conveying speed of the object to be adhered and the feeding speed of the label the same, and even if the pitch of the label changes, the suction disk can be used. It is an object of the present invention to provide a label attaching device that does not need to be replaced. According to the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, a plurality of labels on which a plurality of labels are temporarily attached at regular intervals are wound and stored, and the band is rewound. A supply reel to be supplied to the backing paper transport path, a peeling member provided on the backing paper transport path and peeling a label from the band-shaped backing paper, a suction holding unit for sucking and holding the label peeled by the peeling member, and the label Opposite to peeling direction
Transport means for transporting the object to be attached in the direction, swing means for swinging the suction holding means which has sucked and held the label toward the transport means before labeling, and peeling of the suction holding means A rotation that is provided slidably on the member side and is slid toward the object to be adhered on the transport means at the time of sticking the label, thereby pressing the object to be adhered via the label sucked and held by the suction holding means. A flexible pressing means, a detection sensor provided along the transporting means, for detecting an object to be adhered conveyed by the transporting means, and a label for the pressing means based on a detection signal of the detection sensor.
And control means for controlling the Le sticking timing consists, characterized in that the label is sucked and held before <br/> Symbol suction holding means will stuck to the sticking material from the peeling member. The operation sequence of the label sticking apparatus according to the present invention will be described. A band-shaped backing sheet on which a plurality of labels are temporarily attached at equal intervals is rewound from a supply reel that winds and stores the band-shaped backing sheet, and conveys the backing sheet. Supplied to the route. Next, the label temporarily attached to the band-shaped backing sheet is peeled off from the band-shaped backing sheet by the separating member provided in the mounting sheet conveyance path, and is suction-held by the suction holding unit. At this time, the suction holding position of the label sucked and held by the suction holding means is such that the rear end of the label (the peeling member side) is always at the same position regardless of the label pitch, due to the positional relationship between the peeling member and the suction holding means. It is held by suction.
Next, the peeling member side of the suction holding means is rocked toward the conveying means side by the rocking means, and in this state, the adherend is moved from the suction holding means side to the peeling member side by the conveying means, that is,
The substrate that is transported in the direction opposite to the
Wait for the patch . Next, when an object to be pasted carried by the carrying means is detected by the detection sensor provided in the carrying means, a detection signal is inputted to the control means. Next, the rotatable pressing means provided on the peeling member side of the suction holding means slides toward the adhered object conveyed based on the detection signal of the detection sensor, and is held by the suction holding means. Abuts the object to be attached via the provided label. Then, the label is attached to the object from the rear end side while the pressing means rotates with the movement of the object. As described above, according to the label sticking apparatus of the present invention, while the label is sucked and held by the suction holding means, the apparatus waits until the article is conveyed. And the feeding speed of the label need not be the same. In addition, since the pressing roller is provided on the peeling member side of the suction holding means, if the suction holding means having a length corresponding to the label with the longest pitch among the labels having different pitches is used, the label pitch can be reduced. Even if it changes, it is not necessary to replace the suction holding means with the label pitch each time. That is, as described above, even if the pitch of the label is changed, the rear end (the peeling member side) of the label sucked and held by the suction holding means is always at the same position. According to the method, the label can be surely stuck to the object to be stuck by the sticking operation of the pressing roller provided on the peeling member side of the suction holding means. Preferred embodiments of a label sticking apparatus according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram of a label sticking apparatus according to the present invention, and mainly supplies a band-shaped backing sheet 12 on which labels 10 are temporarily attached at regular intervals, and rewinds the band-shaped backing sheet 12 to supply it to a backing sheet conveyance path. A reel 14, a peeling plate 16 for peeling the label 10 from the band-shaped backing paper 12, and a label 1 peeled off by the peeling plate 16
An affixing mechanism, which is an improved part of the present invention, which affixes the label 10 to an object being conveyed while being conveyed by a separate conveyor 18, and a take-up reel 24 that winds the strip-shaped backing sheet 12 from which the label 10 has been peeled off; And a controller 26 for controlling the driving of the entire label sticking apparatus. Further, in the conveyance of the band-shaped backing sheet 12 in the conveyance path, the band-shaped backing sheet 12 is sandwiched between a driving roller 30 and a driven roller 32, and the driving roller 30 intermittently rotates to rotate the driven roller 32. This is done by: The rotation axis of the drive roller 30 is connected to the rotation axis of the take-up reel 24 via a belt.
There is rotated in synchronism with the rotation of the drive roller 30, backing strip 1
2 is wound up. Further, the timing of the rotational drive of the drive roller 30 is controlled via a wiring 25 connecting the controller 26 and the drive unit of the drive roller 30.
This is performed according to an instruction from the controller 26. That is, as the drive roller 30 rotates, the band-shaped backing paper 12 wound and stored on the supply reel 14 is rewound to the transport path and reaches the peeling plate 16 via the guide roller 28. Then, a peeling plate 1 having a tip portion formed in a knife edge shape.
The label 10 is peeled off from the band-shaped backing sheet 12 by being folded back at 6. The strip-shaped backing paper 12 from which the label 10 has been peeled off by the peeling plate 16 is driven by the driving roller 30 and the driven roller
After that, the paper is wound on the winding reel 24. Next, the details of the attaching mechanism, which is an improvement of the present invention, will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, a suction plate 34 is provided near the peeling plate 16, and a suction surface 34 </ b> A of the suction plate 34 is positioned substantially on the same plane as the upper surface 16 </ b> A of the peeling plate 16. Further, on the upper surface of the suction disk 34, a fan device 36 integrated with the suction disk 34 is provided.
The suction surface 34A has a negative pressure, and sucks and holds the label 10 peeled from the peeling plate 16. This suction mechanism is shown in FIG. 2 (members other than the suction mechanism are omitted).
According to the description, the suction surface 34A side of the suction board 34 is
The suction disk 3 is formed in an inverted concave shape, and
A suction path 34C is formed up to a suction port 34B formed on the upper surface of the four. Further, on the suction surface 34A side, the suction pad 3 is formed so as to form a space 34D with the inverted concave shape.
4E are adhered, and a number of small holes 34F are opened in the suction pad 34E. Also, on the upper surface of the suction disk 34,
A fan motor 36A is fixed, and a fan 36C is attached to a tip of a rotation shaft 36B of the fan motor 36A. A fan case 36 is provided on the upper surface of the suction board 34 so as to communicate with the suction port 34B and cover the fan 36C.
D is provided on the upper surface of the fan case 36D.
6E are formed. The fan motor 36A is connected to the controller 26 via a wiring 39 (see FIG. 1), and operates according to an instruction from the controller 26. Thus, when the fan 36C rotates, the air 35 is sucked from the small hole 34F of the suction pad 34E, and the suction path is drawn.
Since the air is exhausted from the exhaust port 36E of the fan case 36D through the outlet 34C, the suction surface 34A becomes negative pressure, and the fan 36
When the rotation of C stops, the negative pressure is released. As shown in FIG. 1, a first piston cylinder 38 is provided above a base end portion (opposite to the peeling plate 16) of the suction disk 34, and is supported by an apparatus body (not shown). The upper end of a link rod 40 is rotatably supported by a pin 38B at the distal end of a piston rod 38A of the first piston cylinder 38, and the link rod 4
0 is rotatably supported by a pin 42A of a projection plate 42 provided at the base end of the suction plate 34. A rotary shaft 44 is provided at the center of both sides of the suction disk 34, and is rotatably supported by a bearing provided in an apparatus main body (not shown). The first piston cylinder 38 is connected to the controller 26 via the wiring 27 and operates according to an instruction from the controller 26. Thus, when the piston rod 38A of the first piston cylinder 38 is contracted, the suction disk 34 swings by a predetermined angle about the rotation shaft 44 toward the conveyor 18 to extend the contracted piston rod 38A. Then, the suction disk 34 returns to the original position. An inclined surface is formed on the side of the peeling plate 16 of the suction plate 34, and a pressing roller device 46 is formed along the inclined surface.
Is provided. The structure of the pressing roller device 46 will be described with reference to FIG. 3. Both ends of a rotating shaft 46B of a pressing roller 46A made of an elastic member such as rubber are rotatably supported by a substantially U-shaped supporting plate 46C. Have been. A pair of slide bars 46D, 46D extending from both rear ends of the shaft support plate 46C are slidably supported by a slide support base 46E fixed to the upper end of the inclined surface.
Further, a second piston cylinder 46F is provided fixed to the upper surface of the slide support base 46E, and the tip of the piston rod 46G of the second piston cylinder 46F is attached to the rear center of the shaft support plate 46C. The second piston cylinder 46F is connected to the controller 26 via a wiring 47, and operates according to an instruction from the controller 26. Thus, when the piston rod 46G of the second piston cylinder 46F is extended, the pressing roller 46A
Slides obliquely downward along the inclined surface, and when the extended piston rod 46G is contracted, the pressing roller 46A returns to the original position. As shown in FIG. 1, a light emitting sensor 48 and a light receiving sensor 50 (on the back side of the drawing) are provided along the conveyor 18 and these sensors 48 and 50 are connected to the controller 26 by wires 52 and 54. It is connected to the.
When a power supply (not shown) provided in the controller 26 is ON, visible light or infrared light is constantly emitted from the light projecting sensor 48 and received by the light receiving sensor 50, and a light receiving signal is transmitted to the controller 26. Is input to When the light emitted from the light emitting sensor 48 is blocked, the light does not reach the light receiving sensor 50 and the light receiving signal to the controller 26 is stopped. After a predetermined time, the second
Of the piston cylinder 46F is operated to press the pressing roller 46A.
Is slid downward along the inclined surface of the suction plate 34. Next, the operation of the label sticking apparatus of the present invention configured as described above will be described with an example of sticking the label 10 to the cardboard box 20. It is assumed that the label 10 has already been subjected to the necessary printing by a separate printing machine. First, as shown in FIG. 1, a band-shaped backing sheet 12 on which a plurality of labels 10 are temporarily attached at equal intervals is rewound from a supply reel 14 and supplied to the backing sheet conveyance path. In the course of being conveyed along the mount conveyance path, the band-shaped mount 12 on which the label 10 is temporarily attached is folded at the leading end of the release plate 16 so that the label 10 temporarily attached to the band-form mount 12 is peeled off. That is, when the band-shaped backing sheet 12 is folded, the label 10 having a greater rigidity than the band-shaped backing sheet 12 is hard to be turned back, and thus is peeled off from the band-shaped backing sheet 12. Next, the fan 3 6 C is rotated by an instruction from the controller 26 in synchronism with the peeling of the label 10, the suction surface 34A of the suction cups 34 is under negative pressure, the one labeled 1
The zero non-adhesive surface is suction-held by the suction pad 34E. At this time, the suction holding position of the label 10 sucked and held by the suction board 34 is determined based on the positional relationship between the peeling plate 16 and the suction board 34.
Label rear end 10A irrespective of pitch 13 of label 10
Is always held at the same position. Next, as shown in FIG.
6, the first piston cylinder 38 is actuated, the piston rod 38A contracts, and the peeling plate 16 side of the suction disk 34 swings by a predetermined angle toward the conveyor 18;
In this state, the cardboard box 20 conveyed from the suction board 34 to the peeling plate 16 by the separate conveyor 18 is on standby. Next, when the leading end of the cardboard box 20 in the transport direction blocks the light from the light emitting sensor 48, the light receiving sensor 50
Detects this and inputs the signal to the controller 26. Then, after a predetermined period of time by a timer function built in the controller 26, that is, the label pasting where the pressing roller 46A comes into contact with the label pasting start position on the upper surface of the cardboard box 20.
At the attachment timing, the piston rod 46G of the second piston cylinder 46F extends. As a result, the pressing roller 46A abuts on the upper surface of the cardboard box 20 via the label rear end 10A sucked and held by the suction disk 34 while sliding along the inclined surface of the suction disk 34. Next, the pressing roller 46 </ b> A adheres the label 10 to the upper surface of the cardboard box 20 while being rotated by the movement of the cardboard box 20. Then, when the label 10 is pasted on the cardboard box 20, the piston rod 46G of the second piston cylinder 46F is contracted by the instruction of the controller 26 to return the pressing roller 46A to the original position, and the first piston cylinder 38 Of the piston rod 38A is extended to move the suction disc 34.
To its original position. By repeating the above operation, the labels 10 temporarily attached to the band-shaped backing paper 12 can be sequentially attached to the cardboard box 20. Thus, according to the label sticking apparatus of the present invention, the cardboard box 20 waits until the cardboard box 20 is conveyed in a state where the label 10 is suction-held on the suction board 34,
The pressing roller 46 </ b> A was slid toward the cardboard box 20 at the time of sticking. Thereby, unlike the conventional label sticking apparatus, it is not necessary to make the transport speed of the conveyor 18 on which the cardboard box 20 is transported the same as the feeding speed of the label 10 to be fed toward the cardboard box 20. Further, a pressing roller 46A is provided on the side of the peeling plate 16 of the suction disk 34. As a result, the pitch 10 of the label 10 can be reduced as in the conventional label sticking apparatus having the suction disk 34.
When the number 3 changes, the suction cup 34 is moved to the pitch 1 of the label 10.
It is not necessary to replace each time according to 3 and pitch 13
Of the labels 10 having different lengths, a suction disc 34 having a length (length in the same direction as the pitch 13 of the labels 10) corresponding to the label 10 having the longest pitch 13 may be used. That is, as described above, even if the pitch 13 of the label 10 changes,
Rear end 10A of label 10 sucked and held by suction board 34
(The peeling plate 16 side) is always at the same position.
The label 10 can be securely bonded to the cardboard box 20 by the bonding operation of the pressing roller 46A provided on the side of the peeling plate 16 of No. 4. Further, in order to stick the label 10 sucked and held on the suction disk 34 from the rear end portion 10A side, the peeling plate 16 side of the suction disk 34 is made to oscillate. When the label 10 is sucked and held by the suction board 34, the position of the label 10 on the cardboard box 20 is shifted even when the rear end portion 10A of the label is not completely separated from the band-shaped backing sheet 12, that is, in a so-called poor adhesive state. It can be accurately pasted. That is, when the label 10 is sucked and held by the suction board 34, the rear end portion 10A of the label is
Even if the glue is not completely removed from the label 2, the label trailing end portion 10 </ b> A
Can be completely separated from the band-shaped mount 12. In this embodiment, an example is described in which the label 10 is attached to the cardboard box 20, but the present invention is not limited to this. Further, in this embodiment, the label 10 is printed in advance by a separate printing machine. However, a thermal head and a flatten roller are provided between the guide roller 28 and the release plate 16 so that the belt-shaped backing sheet 12 is transported. May be printed. Further, although the suction mechanism of the suction disk 34 is performed by the fan device 36, a device such as a vacuum pump may be used. In this embodiment, the piston cylinder is used as the oscillating power of the suction disk 34 and the pressing power of the pressing roller 46A. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a solenoid, a motor, or the like may be used. As described above, according to the label sticking apparatus of the present invention, the suction holding means for sucking and holding the label peeled by the peeling member is provided, and the peeling member side of the suction holding means is swung. While being moved, the pressing means provided on the peeling member side of the suction holding means is slid toward the adherend. With this, it is possible to wait until the adhered object is conveyed while the label is being sucked and held by the suction holding unit, so that it is not necessary to make the conveying speed of the adhered object equal to the feeding speed of the label. Further, since the pressing roller is provided on the side of the peeling member of the suction holding unit, it is not necessary to replace the suction holding unit with the label pitch every time the pitch of the label changes. Further, when the label is sucked and held by the suction holding means, the peeling member side of the suction holding means swings even when the rear end of the label is not completely separated from the band-shaped backing sheet, that is, when the so-called glue is poor. Since the adhesive is cut off, the label can be accurately applied without shifting the position of application to the object.
