設置並びにアトマイズ用ノズルを備えた別置きアンモニ
ア水気化器の設置が必要となり、系統が複雑であるとい
う問題がある。本発明は上記技術水準に鑑み、従来技術
の問題点を解決できる脱硝用アンモニア水の気化装置を
提供しようとするものである。

酸化物をアンモニアガスを注入することによって、無害
な窒素と水に還元する態様のものである。前記熱交換器
11及び脱硝反応器1の上流に、蛇行したアンモニア水
気化用チューブ4を備え最終端部に多数のアンモニア注
入ノズル5を設けてある。この気化用チューブ4へはア
ンモニア水(又は、尿素水)を常温にて貯蔵したアンモ
ニア水タンク9より、アンモニア水ポンプ10で昇圧
し、流量を調整弁13にて調整しつつ、導入管14を介
して導入する。アンモニア水は常温のアンモニア水タン
ク9から、アンモニア水ポンプ10により昇圧され又、
流量調整弁13にて流量を調整しつつ排熱回収ボイラ1
2内に設置したアンモニア水気化用チューブ4へ流れ、
気化した後アンモニア注入ノズル5を通じて注入され
る。
