菌充填も広く行われるようになってきている。このため
下記のような問題が生じてきた。 1)段取替作業を行っている間充填装置を止め、その間
(補修時と同様)無菌室内を無菌状態に保っておくこと
は困難で、作業後に消毒時間をみる必要があり、装置の
稼働率が低下する欠点があった。 2)装置を2台並べた場合は、生産運転をしている装置
の側で別の装置の段取替作業を行うのは危険であった。
本発明は、以上のような従来の無菌充填システムにおけ
る諸課題を解決しようとするもので、ラインの稼働率を
低下させることなく、安全に部品を取り替えることがで
きる低コストの段取替容易型無菌充填システムを提供し
ようとするものである。
