2. Description of the Related Art In general, an all-around-wound label is provided with adhesiveness on the back surface of the label, affixed to the peripheral surface of the container in order from the starting end of the label, and affixing the end of the label to the starting end. Recently, recycling of used containers such as PET bottles has been proposed from the viewpoint of environmental problems. When recycling the container, it is necessary to peel off the label.

However, the above-described label sticking technique has the following problems. <A> Since the label is firmly adhered to the peripheral surface of the container via the adhesive, it is difficult to peel off and remove the label. Particularly when the label is made of paper, it is extremely difficult to peel the label easily and cleanly.

<B> In order to enhance the releasability of the label, it is conceivable to use an adhesive having a low adhesive strength. Although this method is useful for improving the releasability of the label, it has a problem that the overlapped portion of the label is inadvertently peeled off during the distribution process of the product. As described above, in the conventional sticking technique, the adhesiveness and the peelability of the label are in conflict with each other, and it is not possible to satisfy both properties at the same time.

<C> As a label that does not use an adhesive, a tubular label having a seamless structure to be packaged in a container is known. This type of tubular label is more expensive than a sheet label, and because there are no sticking points at both ends of the label, the label must be cut off and removed. In the case of a soft container, there is a risk of damaging the container body.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a label for all-around winding which can simultaneously satisfy the adhesiveness and peelability of the label. is there. Still another object of the present invention is to provide a full-wrap label which can be applied to all kinds of labeling machines.

That is, the invention according to claim 1 is a roll label obtained by winding a tape-shaped label material around a roll, and cutting the label material drawn from the roll into a sheet-shaped label material. After the back end of the sheet-like label is bonded to the peripheral surface of the container, the label is wound around the peripheral surface of the container, and the rear end of the label with the adhesive property is superimposed on the front surface of the label and attached. In the roll label for the entire circumference, on the back surface of the tape-shaped label material, over the entire length thereof, at a position excluding the back surface end of the label to be manufactured, it has adhesiveness to the adhesive before curing, and has the cured adhesive. forming a hard-to-bond layer having a release property to agent
In addition, the container adhesive layer is formed by previously laminating the container adhesive layer on the hard adhesive layer . The invention according to claim 2 is the claim

<A> Roll Label In FIG. 1, reference numeral 10 denotes a container made of a material such as paper, resin, glass, and pottery. Reference numeral 20 denotes a label for the entire circumference, which is manufactured by continuously pulling out a tape-shaped label material from a roll label mounted on a labeling machine and cutting it immediately before sticking. The label material is made of a known material such as paper and resin (including heat shrinkable resin). The sheet-like label 20 is set to have a slightly longer dimension than the outer periphery of the container 10 so that the start and end of the label can be overlapped and applied.

The container adhesive layer 23 is formed on the hard adhesive layer 22 by lamination. A label adhesive layer 24 is formed on the terminal edge of the back surface 21. Label adhesive layer 24 is difficult to install adhesive layer 2
When the label material is formed in advance in the same manner as in step 2, the difficult adhesive layer 22 and the label adhesive layer 24 are formed adjacent to the label material, and these two layers 22 and 24 are formed at the pitch at which the label 20 is formed. You.

On the other hand, according to the present invention, the overlapped portions at both ends of the label 20 are provided with high adhesiveness and adhered.
A suitable adhesiveness and releasability were combined between the beginning of the back surface 21 and the container 10.

As a means for making the adhesive property and the peeling property coexist at the beginning of the back surface 21 of the label 20, a laminated structure in which a container adhesive layer 23 is formed via a hard adhesive layer 22 is adopted. That is, while securing a proper adhesiveness based on the high adhesiveness of the container adhesive layer 23 itself, peeling between the two layers 22 and 23 after the container adhesive layer 23 is cured based on the poor adhesiveness of the hard adhesive layer 22. Property can be imparted.

It is apt to think that the use of an adhesive having a low adhesive performance will reduce the peeling force between the label and the container. However, this low adhesiveness is a performance before the adhesive is cured, and When the agent cures, the label is firmly adhered to the container, resulting in poor releasability of the label. In addition, when an adhesive having low adhesive performance is used, there is a problem in that a sufficient adhesive force cannot be secured when the label start end is attached to the container, and the label cannot be wound.

By forming a container adhesive layer 23 having high adhesiveness on the starting end of the label 20 via the hard adhesive layer 22, peeling after curing of the adhesive while securing appropriate adhesiveness at the starting end of the label 20. Nature can be secured. In other words, the adhesive force (temporary adhesive force) that does not allow the label 20 to slide between the start end of the label 20 and the container 10 only for a short time until the overlapping of the edges of the label 20 is completed.

<A> Attachment of label start end A tape-shaped label material is continuously pulled out from a roll label mounted on a labeling machine (not shown), and cut into a predetermined label size by a cutter (not shown). Each of the labels 20 cut and manufactured is transferred to the sticking stage in a state where the label 20 is suctioned negatively on the peripheral surface of the sticking drum. In the course of the transfer, adhesiveness is given to each of the adhesive layers 23 and 24 formed at the start and end of the back surface 21 of the label 20 in the width direction. The adhesiveness is provided by applying an adhesive, heating, or the like. The container 10 is transferred to a sticking stage by a screw conveyor or the like.

The container adhesive layer 23 adheres to the peripheral surface of the container 10 with a high adhesive force, and also maintains an adhesive state to the hardly adherent layer 22 with an appropriate adhesive force. Since the start end of the back surface 21 of the label 20 is temporarily bonded to the container, the label 10 after the start end winds around the peripheral surface of the body 11 of the container 10 which rotates sequentially.

According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. <B> By forming a hard-adhesive layer on the back of the label material that constitutes the roll label and laminating the container-adhesive layer on this hard-adhesive layer, it is possible to apply labels that have been considered difficult to achieve. Can be simultaneously provided with the properties of both the adhesiveness of the adhesive and the peelability between the label and the container after curing of the adhesive.
