2. Description of the Related Art In general, an all-around-wound label is provided with adhesiveness on the back surface of the label, affixed to the peripheral surface of the container in order from the starting end of the label, and affixing the end of the label to the starting end. Recently, recycling of used containers such as PET bottles has been proposed from the viewpoint of environmental problems. When recycling the container, it is necessary to peel off the label.

<A> Since the label is firmly adhered to the peripheral surface of the container via the adhesive, it is difficult to peel off the label and remove it. Particularly when the label is made of paper, it is extremely difficult to peel the label easily and cleanly.

<B> In order to enhance the releasability of the label, it is conceivable to use an adhesive having a low adhesive strength. Although this method is useful for improving the releasability of the label, it has a problem that the overlapped portion of the label is inadvertently peeled off during the distribution process of the product. As described above, in the conventional sticking technique, the adhesiveness and the peelability of the label are in conflict with each other, and it is not possible to satisfy both properties at the same time.

<C> Further, as a label that does not use an adhesive, a tubular label having a seamless structure that is mounted on a container is known. This type of tubular label is more expensive than a sheet label, and because there are no sticking points at both ends of the label, the label must be cut off and removed. In the case of a soft container, there is a risk of damaging the container body.

The invention according to claim 1 is
After adhering the back end of the sheet-shaped label to the peripheral surface of the container, wrap the label around the peripheral surface of the container, and superimpose the back end of the label with adhesive on the front surface of the label to attach the entire surface. In a sheet-fed label, at a position excluding the end of the back surface of the label material, a hard-adhesive layer having an adhesive property to the adhesive before curing and a peeling property to the cured adhesive is formed, This is a single-leaf label for all-around winding, which is formed by laminating a container adhesive layer on a layer.

On the other hand, according to the present invention, the overlapped portions at both ends of the label 20 are provided with high adhesiveness and adhered.
A suitable adhesiveness and releasability were combined between the beginning of the back surface 21 and the container 10.

As a means for making the adhesive property and the peeling property coexist at the beginning of the back surface 21 of the label 20, a laminated structure in which a container adhesive layer 23 is formed via a hard adhesive layer 22 is adopted. That is, while securing a proper adhesiveness based on the high adhesiveness of the container adhesive layer 23 itself, peeling between the two layers 22 and 23 after the container adhesive layer 23 is cured based on the poor adhesiveness of the hard adhesive layer 22. Property can be imparted.

It is apt to think that the use of an adhesive having a low adhesive performance will reduce the peeling force between the label and the container. However, this low adhesiveness is a performance before the adhesive is cured. When the agent cures, the label is firmly adhered to the container, resulting in poor releasability of the label. In addition, when an adhesive having low adhesive performance is used, there is a problem in that a sufficient adhesive force cannot be secured when the label start end is attached to the container, and the label cannot be wound.

By forming the container adhesive layer 23 having high adhesiveness at the start end of the label 20 via the hard adhesive layer 22 as in the present invention, it is possible to secure a proper adhesiveness at the start end of the label 20 and
Peelability after curing of the adhesive can be ensured. In other words, the adhesive force (temporary adhesive force) that does not allow the label 20 to slide between the start end of the label 20 and the container 10 only for a short time until the overlapping of the edges of the label 20 is completed.

The container adhesive layer 23 adheres to the peripheral surface of the container 10 with a high adhesive force, and also maintains an adhesive state to the hardly adherent layer 22 with an appropriate adhesive force. Since the start end of the back surface 21 of the label 20 is temporarily bonded to the container, the label 10 after the start end winds around the peripheral surface of the body 11 of the container 10 which rotates sequentially.

<C> Peeling of the Label As described above, both ends of the label 20 are securely adhered to each other through the label adhesive layer 24. However, between the start end of the label 20 and the peripheral surface of the container 10, the container adhesive layer 23 is formed. Therefore, for the purpose of recycling the container 10, the label 20 is removed from the container 10 by simply cutting off a part of the cylindrical label 20 or peeling off the overlapping portions at both ends of the label 20 to form a sheet. According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. <B> By laminating the container adhesive layer on the hard adhesive layer formed on the back surface of the label, it is possible to secure the appropriate adhesiveness between the container and the label and apply the label, and after the adhesive is cured. Can be easily peeled from the container with a small peeling force. For this reason, it is possible to simultaneously satisfy both the properties of adhesion at the time of sticking a label, which has been considered difficult to achieve, and the releasability between the label and the container after curing of the adhesive.
