2. Description of the Related Art Branch lines are provided to balance unbalanced loads applied to utility poles and prevent the poles from collapsing or tilting.
The branch line is divided into an upper branch line and a lower branch line. As the lower branch line, a plow anchor is generally used. However, a concrete anchor is used in a place where the underground anchor cannot be used, such as an underground buried object. In other words, as shown in FIG. 6, a branch rod (2) having a concrete shackle (3) fixed at the lower end is buried at a predetermined angle in a hole (4) excavated in the ground. Since concrete shackles (3) are 650 mm x 400 mm and weigh 67 kg in standard specifications,
The hole (4) for burying it is constructed by hand excavation with a rock drill.

[0007] In many cases, the facilities on the ground support line are on slopes and the like, and the geographical environment is poor, so that excavation machines such as Yumbo (registered trademark) cannot be used in many cases. In such cases, the burial holes in the concrete shackles must be dug by hand. 8 hours for drilling, depending on rock quality
It takes about 1 hour to bury and backfill the shackles.

Means for Solving the Problems To achieve the above object, a branch anchor used in the present invention comprises the following branch rod and an anchor head. The support rod has a hook at one end and a screw at the other end. The anchor head has an upper member having a through hole for penetrating the thread portion of the branch rod, a lower member having a screw hole to be screw-coupled to the thread portion of the branch rod, and a lower member rotating via a support shaft. It has a claw member freely attached, and a link connected to the upper member at one end and connected to the claw member at the other end. The rotational force of the support rod is changed to the upward movement of the lower member, and further the upward movement of the lower member allows the pair of claw members to rotate about the respective support shafts so that the expansion can be performed. It protrudes laterally from the lower member. The method of installing a branch line anchor according to the present invention includes the following steps (c), (d), (e), (f), and (g). (C) Drill a round hole. (D) Insert the branch rod with the anchor head into the round hole. (E) Turn the hook part of the branch rod at the specified depth , and
The claw member is expanded by the upward movement to make close contact with the rock wall. (F) Backfill. (G) Applying upward force to the branch rod to spread the claw member sufficiently

As in the first aspect of the invention, after the back-filling, the claw member can be sufficiently expanded by applying an upward force to the branch rod. So, for example,
A dedicated instrument may be used, or a predetermined tension may be applied to the entire branch line after connecting the upper branch line to the hook portion of the branch line rod protruding from the ground surface. Further, after an upward force is applied to the branch rod, the hook portion of the branch rod may be turned again to fix the branch member in a state where the claw member is expanded (claim 2 ).
Here, the upward force means a direction from the thread portion side of the branch rod to the hook portion side, and the application of the upward force includes a case where a component force or a resultant force acts in the direction.

A method for installing a branch line anchor according to the present invention is as follows.
The installation of the branch anchor is completed only by backfilling the excavated soil, the structure does not use the conventional shackles or injection material, and the tensile load capacity is given by the strength of the rock itself.

[0013] hole for inserting the branch anchor for may be of small diameter having a diameter of about 120 mm, it is possible to machine digging by Anaho Kenbashira vehicles equipped with percussion like. In the case of percussion excavation, the time required for soft rock is 15
It takes about 30 minutes for hard rock and the rock layer varies in the underground, but it can be applied to everything from soft rock to hard rock. Therefore, since it is possible to dig a machine using a digging column truck even in a place where a digging machine such as Yumbo (registered trademark) cannot be used, the burial time under the ground support line can be reduced by about 1 hour from the current 9 hours.
Time can be shortened.

Since the hole has a small diameter, the excavation area is small, and backfilling can be performed easily and quickly. In addition, the stepping roughening caused by the construction work is very small as compared with the case where the conventional concrete shackles are buried, so that the pavement can be easily repaired.

As shown in FIG. 2, the branch rod (20) has a hook portion (21) at one end for connecting to an upper branch line via a thimble, and a second end for attaching an anchor head (30). An external thread (22) is provided. In addition,
The branch rod (20) can be used as it is simply by threading the existing branch rod. Screw part (22)
A stopper (23) is fixed to the upper end of the. The stopper (23) is connected to the anchor head (3) as described later.
0) serves as a position restricting means or a positioning means for preventing the upper member (31) from moving toward the hook portion (21), and the case of a nut is illustrated in the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the nut, and may be replaced by welding a metal piece, for example.

The upper member (31) has a through hole (31a) for penetrating the branch rod (20). Lower member (3
2) is provided with a screw hole (32a) for screw connection with the screw portion (22) of the branch rod (20). FIG. 3 (A) illustrates a case where the nut (38) welded to the lower member (32) provides the screw hole (32a), but as shown in FIG. 3 (B), the nut (38) is directly connected to the lower member (32). It is also possible to machine the screw holes (32a).

Referring again to FIG. 1, the support rod (20) extends through the through hole (31a) of the upper member (31),
Further, the axial movement of the upper member (31) toward the hook (21) is restricted by the stopper (23). on the other hand,
The female thread (32a) of the lower member (32) is a branch rod (20).
(22). Therefore, when the branch rod (20) is rotated in the direction in which the screw is tightened, for example, clockwise in the case of a right-handed screw, the lower member (32) is turned into the upper member (3).
1) Move axially toward the side. Then, with the movement of the lower member (32) in the axial direction, the claw member (33) rotates about the support shaft (35) to protrude the tip outward in the radial direction. FIG. 1 shows a state in which the claw member (33) is protruded to the maximum.

In the actual construction, after the branch anchor (10) is installed, the hook (21) of the branch rod (20) protruding to the surface of the ground is connected to the lower end of the upper branch connected to the object to be supported such as a telephone pole. Are connected, and a branch line is stretched with a predetermined tension. At this time, the branch rod (20)
The upward force is applied to. Therefore, an upward force also acts on the lower member (32), but the back member (31) is stationary because the backfilled soil (60) is deposited above the upper member (31). . As a result, the lower member (32) moves to the stationary upper member (31) side, and the support shaft (35)
The claw member (33) is swiveled around the center to make its tip protrude radially outward. Thereby, the claw member (3

1. A branch rod having a hook at one end and a screw at the other end. (B) An upper member having a through hole for penetrating the thread portion of the branch rod, a lower member having a screw hole to be screw-coupled to the thread portion of the branch rod, and a lower member rotatable via a support shaft. An anchor head comprising: a claw member attached to the claw member; and a link connected to the upper member at one end and connected to the claw member at the other end. By providing the above (a) and (b), the rotational force of the branch rod is changed to the upward movement of the lower member, and the pair of claw members are rotated about their respective support shafts by the upward movement of the lower member. A method of installing a branch anchor that is expandable and projects laterally from a lower member after expansion, and includes the following steps (c), (d), (e), (f), and (g). How to install branch anchors.
