The diatomaceous earth is pulverized by a suitable pulverizer to 50 mesh or less. Since diatomaceous earth is soft, even if it is usually mined in blocks of about 10 cm or less, it can easily be decomposed into small blocks of about 2-3 cm or less if left for a long time or dried. It is preferred to grind this small mass. If it is not dried before the pulverization, it will stick to the pulverizer and cannot be pulverized. A molding aid, a thickener,
A pore-forming agent, a sintering aid and the like may be added. The present inventor has found that it is extremely difficult to granulate diatomaceous earth powder only with water, but as a result of much effort and various studies, it has been found that diatomaceous earth powder can be granulated only with water.

The diatomaceous earth powder is formed into a fireworks ball by using a pot mill-type or bread-type pelletizer for about 4 to 4 hours.
Primary granulation is performed with a target grain of 5 mm. The size of the seed can be changed according to the use of the product.

After the primary granulation, sieving is performed, and small grains smaller than the seed grains are returned to the primary granulation and re-granulated, whereby seed grains having a substantially uniform size are obtained. Primary granulation, unlike secondary granulation, cannot be granulated when the granulator is heated.

When the seed granules are subjected to secondary granulation, it is necessary to heat the granulator. The granulator heats the container to about 30 ° C. or more from the outer wall with an open flame so that it is slightly warm to the touch, but the upper limit is about 60 ° C. or less from the economic viewpoint such as heating cost. The preferred temperature is about 40-50 ° C.

In the secondary granulation, diatomaceous earth powder and water are supplied to the seed particles and the granulation is performed while heating the granulator while keeping the surface of the seed particles dry and uniform. Grains are obtained. If not heated, it takes a long time and particles having a uniform particle size cannot be obtained. Usually, granules with a diameter of about 18 mm are granulated for drinking water, granules with a diameter of about 10 mm for baths and pools, and granules with a diameter of about 40 mm for food.

The secondary firing is performed at 600 to 900 ° C. for 4 to 24 hours. Usually, drinking water and food water are baked at about 800-860 ° C for 20-24 hours so that sulfur content S, which contained about 1.1% before baking, is reduced to about 0.25% after baking. Since it is preferable to have an appropriate sulfur content S, it is fired for a short time of about 4 to 5 hours. Gas furnace and oil furnace are not good for firing, but electric furnace is good.

As is clear from Table 3, the conventional adsorbent has a small pore radius, so that it can adsorb only odor and cannot perform various kinds of ion exchange, but the diatomaceous earth used in the present invention has a large pore radius. Therefore, not only can the odor be absorbed, but also a large amount of ions can be exchanged.

In the present invention, the diatomaceous earth as exemplified in Tables 1 and 2 has been struggled to granulate and burn without destroying the large pores, and has finally succeeded. When granulated into a spherical shape, the porosity can be maintained and the handling is easy.
Easy to fill evenly. In addition, even if the surface becomes rough due to the sintered powder, the rough surface does not fall, so that the porosity can be maintained and the activity ability does not fall. The primary firing at low temperature does not hinder the formation of porosity between the diatomaceous earth particles due to gas release, and the secondary firing involves firing at a temperature at which the diatomaceous earth particles are not melted and vitrified, so the pores are not blocked. .

The water-activating agent of the present invention has a hexagonal diagonal structure and is porous, so that it adsorbs impurity rust and scale in water. In addition, since it contains abundant minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, etc., it makes water delicious, has a beautiful skin effect, and has an action of promoting animal and plant growth. Furthermore, water is activated as a small group (cluster) of 3 to 4 molecules of water molecules centering on mineral ions, and since it has a far-infrared radiation effect, the bad smell of water and dirt are reduced, and the water is boiled quickly. It is economical, has a mellow hot water, has a hot-spring effect, has the effect of making cooking, boiled food, tempura, pickles, etc. delicious and quick. Has the effect of improving the longevity. Furthermore, insoluble lime, heavy metals, pesticides and the like in the soil are also decomposed by ion exchange, suppressing the growth of various bacteria, actively activating useful microorganisms and plankton, and neutralizing acid rain.

The water-activating agent of the present invention contains a large amount of minerals such as Mg and Ca, and elutes an appropriate amount of long-term minerals in water. , Reducing the water molecule population. Normally, the reduced water molecule population also returns to the original large water molecule population over time. However, the water activating agent of the present invention emits far-infrared rays having a wavelength of 6 to 14 μm. The outer electrons of are excited from the ground state and activated, so that the water molecule population is small for a long time. For example, if the number of water molecules that gather around ions of minerals such as Ca is three molecules, for example, 12
Mineral components such as Ca work more easily than molecules. For this reason, the water activating agent of the present invention has high activity and is not a mere water purifying agent.

The water activating agent of the present invention has a large ion exchange capacity. Due to its high potency, it requires less usage. It can be used in the receiving tank by replacing it with a conventional water purifier. No filtering agent is required. In hot springs and pools, it can be used as it is for the filtering agent of the filter. When the treated water is used for agriculture, it becomes difficult to attach pests to the plants, so that pesticides can be reduced. It also has the effect of absorbing used pesticides and reducing phytotoxicity.

The water activating agent 200 of the present invention was added to the water 200 of a drum can.
When placed in liters for 24 hours, this water was sprayed daily on chrysanthemums and golf course turf for about two months, and it grew about three times better and grew greener than chrysanthemums and turf sprinkled with tap water ( Reference photos 1-2). Further, 10 water-activating agents of the present invention were put in 1 liter of water for 6 hours, and this water was sprinkled daily on Kalanchoe and Spati Hiram for 1 month and 5 months, respectively.
The growth was about 2 to 3 times better than the flowers sprinkled with tap water (see Reference Photos 3 to 4). In addition, Sakaki was inserted into a glass bottle filled with 200 cc of water, and two water-activating agents of the present invention were placed. When three months passed, the sakaki did not die, but new branches sprouted and grew vigorously. However, it is still growing (see Reference Photo 5).
