なお、電子線硬化型樹脂は、ダイセルユーシービー
(株)製:「エベクリル604」を44重量部、3官能
モノマーを10重量部、2官能モノマーを20重量部、
粒径20〜40μmのウレタン製の球状ビーズを25重
量部、スリップ剤を1重量部の配合のものを使用した。
得られた化粧シートは、熱変形することなく直線の明確
なストライプ状の柄を維持し、透明で艶消し状ではある
が、なめらかな指触感と風合いのある化粧シートであっ
た。

した。得られた化粧シートは、黒色のしっとりとした艶
消しの、なめらかな指触感と風合いのある化粧シートで
あった。また突起部分は指でこすっても光沢の上がらな
いものであった。

することがおこりにくい。また突起部分は弾性変形のす
る材質の球状ビーズであり、指でこすっても復元性があ
り、光沢は上がりにくく、傷もつきにくい。
