蒸し効果を得るようにするには、単に圧力を抜くだけで
はなく、内圧をある程度の高さに保つことが必要とな
る。そこで、例えば特開昭62−94117号公報や特
公昭62−54707号公報においては、非通気性の包
材の一部に小孔を設けて該小孔によって容器内を所定の
内圧に調整するようにしたものが提案されている。とこ
ろが、このような小孔を設けるという方法では、多種多
様な内容物に対応した自在な調節というのは実際上困難
である。
