Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cushioning material for forming a laminated board, and more particularly, to hot pressing of a multilayered circuit board, which is in contact with a hot platen of a press and an object to be pressed formed on the multilayered circuit board. It is used to equalize the pressure applied to the pressure-receiving body by being sandwiched between the mirror-surface plates.

Description of the Related Art In hot-press forming of a multilayer circuit board, a pressure applied to a pressure-receiving body is evenly sandwiched between a hot plate of a press and a mirror surface plate which is in contact with a pressure-receiving body formed in the multilayer circuit board. Kraft paper has been used as a cushioning material for forming a laminated board used for such a purpose, but has a problem that it has poor durability due to a small elastic restoring force and cannot withstand repeated use.

The glass cloth 1, which is composed of a fluororesin sheet 3 laminated on the substrate and a fluororesin release film 4 laminated on the fluororubber sheet 3, and impregnated with a cured fluororesin, is handled by a board-shaped cushioning material. The aramid fiber nonwoven fabric 2 provides elasticity for equalizing the molding pressure, and the fluororubber sheet 3 provides adhesion and heat resistance between the aramid fiber nonwoven fabric 2 and the release film 4. The fluororesin release film 4 imparts releasability to the hot platen and the mirror plate.

Therefore, even if there is pressure unevenness in the molding pressure received from the hot plate of the press, the pressure unevenness is absorbed by the elasticity and equalized. Therefore, the molding pressure applied to the pressure body molded into the multilayer circuit board is:
The entire surface becomes equal pressure, and as a result, the thickness accuracy of the multilayer circuit board increases.
