2. Description of the Related Art In screen printing, cream solder, ink, and the like are placed on a mask having a predetermined pattern formed by a large number of screen holes, and squeegees are slid into contact with each other to extrude cream solder, ink, etc. from the screen holes to form a mask. This is a printing method in which the image is transferred to a printing material fixed below.

In such a conventional method, for example, FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, an entire pattern C composed of a number of figures B, B, B,.
Also, when printing a group of line figures D that are parallel to each other and have a narrow interval, a screen hole in which a group of line figures are mixed in the whole pattern is formed as shown in FIG. Printing will be performed using a mask.

However, in the case of such a mask, since the squeegee slides uniformly on the entire surface of the entire pattern, the applied amount of cream solder, ink, or the like is too large in the portion of the group of line figures D. Will be. Further, because of this, cream solder, ink, and the like spread laterally on the back side of the mask, and since these line figures have extremely small intervals, adjacent lines may be connected to each other.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned problems, and a group of line figures and an entire pattern are separately printed before and after, and a cream solder is formed on the group of line figures. Screen printing that makes it possible to print the whole pattern including a group of line figures clearly without bleeding on one sheet of printing material, by making the application amount of ink or the like smaller than that of the whole pattern. It does not provide a law.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the gist of the present invention is that a group of line figures which are parallel and have a small mutual interval and a whole pattern including the same at a predetermined position are printed on one sheet. In a screen printing method for printing a group of line figures, a mask provided with the screen holes for printing the group of line figures separated from the screen holes for printing the whole pattern is used. Screen printing method, wherein the printing is performed with a small amount of coating, and then the entire pattern is printed so that cream solder, ink, etc. of a group of linear figures applied to the printing material do not adhere to the back surface of the mask. It is in.

Further, in carrying out the above printing method, a group of screen holes for printing a line figure which are parallel and at a small interval from each other, and a screen hole for printing the whole pattern are provided at required intervals. Further, the portion of the screen hole for printing of the group of line figures is made thin by shaving the surface side on which the cream solder, the ink, etc. are placed, while the group of line figures between the printing screen holes of the whole pattern is formed. It is preferable from the viewpoint of working efficiency to use a screen printing mask characterized in that the printing object surface side of the portion to be printed is cut deeper than the thickness of the portion of the screen hole for printing the group of line figures.

Further, in carrying out the printing method, a base, a transport belt disposed on the base,
A first mounting table and a second mounting table which are disposed at a predetermined distance below the conveyor belt and are respectively lifted and lowered at a predetermined timing by a lifting cylinder, and the first and second mounting tables are provided on the front surface of the base. The second mounting table includes a pair of holding members that are disposed before and after each of the printing materials in the conveyance direction of the printing material, and are moved up and down at a predetermined timing by an elevating cylinder, and hold the printing material conveyed by the conveyance belt from the front and rear directions. It is also preferable to use a printing-substrate mounting / fixing device for screen printing in terms of work efficiency.
