Description of the Related Art Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 7-217055 Bamboo material (constitution) A mixed material obtained by mixing an adhesive with a bamboo chip is press-molded at a high temperature and a high pressure. A bamboo material that is excellent in strength, durability, etc., easy to process, and lightweight and inexpensive can be obtained. 7-38347 bamboo pillar
The bamboo is cut in the length direction and the horizontal cross section is made into a rectangular shape with a horizontal width to form a thin and thin bamboo material that is slightly thinner upward, and the adjacent bamboo materials are attached upside down and glued in parallel. There is a bamboo pillar characterized in that a bamboo collecting pillar having the pillar is formed by bonding, and the outer surface is finish-cut to form a pillar surface.

The 7055 bamboo material was made by making bamboo into fine chips and press-molding with adhesive, and instead of utilizing the inherent strength of bamboo against bending, the conventional particle board material was replaced with bamboo chips However, it is difficult to use for structural columns, beams, girders, etc. in terms of strength. In addition, the bamboo pillars of Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-38347 also require a large amount of time for cutting bamboo and for forming and processing the bamboo into pillars.

The plates are bonded to each other to form a multi-layered outer plate. On this outer plate, a desired number of the bamboo halves and the remaining thin bamboo quarts used for the flat plate and the branches thereof are pressed together. And forming a thick plate, cutting the plate to a desired size, and bonding it around the steel pipe. The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that the building material is formed as a pillar, a through pillar, a beam, or the like. Further, the invention according to claim 3 is a method for manufacturing a building material using bamboo, wherein a plurality of Moso bamboo or bamboo bamboo fibers are formed in parallel and divided into four, and the surface of the bamboo is lowered. And pressing parallel to form a flat plate of a predetermined thickness, bonding the flat plates to each other to form a multilayer plate, and dividing the desired number of bamboo into half and the remaining bamboo used for the flat plate A step of forming a thick plate by pressing a thin portion of the thin portion into four pieces and branches thereof on the multilayer plate and pressing and bonding them so as to be integrated with the multilayer plate, and cutting the thick plate into a desired size to form a steel pipe. It is characterized by comprising a bonding step. As a result, the composite building material of the bamboo material and the steel pipe of the present invention is used for the entire bamboo,
Since the branches are used, there is no waste and the steel pipe is inserted into the core. Therefore, lightweight, inexpensive and highly durable columns, beams and girders can be manufactured. In addition, since long and thick bamboo is arranged on the surface, the bending strength is large, and through columns and long beams can be easily formed.

Use Yatake. (Fig. 1) At the periphery of the pillar shown in (Fig. 2), the basal part of the bamboo bamboo or bamboo bamboo is placed so that the front of the bamboo faces the surface of the pillar to resist bending. Similarly, the bamboo table is arranged at the lower end and the upper end so as to come to the outside (the lower end and the upper end) of the beam. (Fig. 1) and (2) in (Fig. 2) were compression-bonded to the upper thin part of bamboo and its branches, which were used from the root used earlier, and the branches and arrow bamboos that were strong in bending. Use things. Beams have similar specifications. At the upper and lower ends of each pillar, a steel pipe as a tenon extends from the 5 cm pillar. The production dimensions are 12cm × 12cm × 3

Create girder and girth. The tube column is (1) and (2) of (Fig. 1) glued with area resin adhesive, width 125cm
× Make a thick board with a length of 330cm and a thickness of 3.5cm, cut it into a 12cm and a 5cm width with a continuous saw and attach it to a steel pipe (commercially available) with an adhesive as shown in Fig. 1 Crimping using a press machine. Length of through pillar 660c
m and 900 cm are the same process as the tube post, but in the part (1), the bamboo is cut into four pieces, 200 cm and 100 cm, and the seams are shifted and arranged in a (plover) as shown in FIG. 4. At the upper and lower ends of the columns, steel pipes are extended by 5 cm each for placing in the base and beams. The same process is used for beams (Fig. 2)
The thickness of (1) + (2) on the lower and upper portions of the above is 10 cm to 15 cm in proportion to the length of the span. (1) + on both sides
For (2), a 3.5 cm thick board made with the above-mentioned pillars is used.
