2. Description of the Related Art A schematic structure of an electric dust collector will be described with reference to FIGS. An inlet flue 2 is connected to one end side of the casing 1 surrounding the entire apparatus, and an outlet flue 3 is connected to the other end side. The dust-containing gas supplied from the inlet flue 2 into the casing 1 is discharged to the outlet. It forms a gas flow towards the flue 3. In the casing 1, a plate-shaped dust collecting electrode plate 4 is vertically extended by about 300 mm in a direction orthogonal to the gas flow.
And a large number of these dust collecting electrode plates 4
The discharge electrode frame 5 is disposed between the electrodes. The discharge electrode frame 5 is suspended from an insulator 7 provided on the upper part of the casing and connected to a power supply 8. Then, a DC voltage is applied from the power supply 8 to the discharge electrode frame, and corona discharge is generated between the discharge electrode frame 5 and the dust collecting electrode plate 4. Thus, dust in the dust-containing gas flowing between the discharge electrode frame 5 and the dust collecting electrode plate 4 is collected on the dust collecting electrode plate 4. The dust collected by the dust collecting electrode plate 4 falls and accumulates on a hopper 6 provided at a lower portion of the casing 1 and is discharged out of the casing 1 as appropriate.

In the construction of the electric precipitator, enormous man-hours are required for assembling and installing the precipitating electrode plate 4 and the discharge electrode frame 5, which greatly affects the construction process. For example, in a large-sized electric dust collector for boiler exhaust gas of a 1,000,000 KW thermal power plant, the number of attached dust collecting electrode plates 4 reaches about 1,000. The size of one dust collecting electrode plate 4 is about 4.5 m in width and about 15 m in height, and the weight is several hundred kg.

Conventionally, in a large-sized electrostatic precipitator of this type, elements (for example, eight pieces), which are components of an electrode plate, are suspended in the casing 1 from an opening provided in the upper part of the casing 1 by a crane. In this case, a hanging installation method for assembling and installing the dust collecting electrode plate 4 has been performed. However, in this method, when the number of the dust collecting electrode plates 4 is 1,000, the element only needs to be suspended in the casing 1 and 8,000 times of suspending work is required. Further, the same number of discharge electrode frames 5 are not suspended. It required a lot of work days and labor. In addition, this method is susceptible to wind because the work is suspended from the ceiling opening of the casing 1,
There was a drawback that work was not possible on windy days.

However, the suspension installation method disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 39994/1990 uses the dust collecting electrode plate 4 because the bottom of the casing 1 is used for suspension work.
If the hanging installation work is not completed, there is a disadvantage that the hopper mounting work at the lower part of the casing 1 cannot be performed. In addition, since only the electrode plate of the bundled body hung by the crane on the electric hoist arranged at the installation height of the dust collecting electrode plate 4 is inherited and laterally fed, the number of work steps is increased and the work efficiency is satisfactory. I couldn't do it.

Accordingly, the hanging installation method disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 2-39942 cannot be said to be sufficient for further shortening the construction period of the electric precipitator. The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and minimizes the number of steps for suspending and installing an electrode plate, and enables another operation of constructing an electrostatic precipitator to be performed in parallel. An object of the present invention is to provide a suspended installation method of an electrode plate for an electrostatic precipitator, which can significantly shorten the construction period of the device.

According to the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, the dust contained in the dust-containing gas supplied into the casing from one end side of the casing is collected by an electrode plate and the other end of the casing is collected. An electric precipitator that exhausts from an end side surface and stores collected dust in a hopper provided at a lower part of a casing, wherein the electric precipitator is installed in a predetermined installation position by hanging a number of electrode plates in the casing. In the hanging installation method of the electrode plate, first, as a preparation, at least one of the side surfaces of the casing parallel to the flow of the dust-containing gas is opened, and the electrode plate is mounted on the ceiling of the casing. A rail for suspending / traversing means for suspending and laterally moving to an installation position is disposed such that one end of the rail extends out of the casing from the open portion. The above-mentioned electrode plate is assembled, and a binding body obtained by binding the assembly base and the electrode plate is moved to a position below the projecting portion of the rail, and then the binding body is movably supported by the rail. Hang-up to the upper end position of the open portion by the feed-in / horizontal-feeding means, and traverse to the installation position as it is, and then, after installing the electrode plate of the binding body at the installation position, Release the unity and suspend
The assembling stand is returned to the ground by moving and suspending the traversing means.

According to the present invention, at least one of the side surfaces of the casing parallel to the gas flow is opened without the necessity of mounting the hopper or engaging with the inlet or outlet flue, and providing the casing with a ceiling. A rail for suspending / traversing means for lifting the electrode plate and laterally moving it to the installation position is disposed so that one end of the rail extends from the opening to the outside of the casing. Then, in this state, a bound body is formed by binding the electrode plates assembled on the ground-based assembling base to the assembling base, and the bound body is moved to a position below the overhang of the rail, and is suspended and horizontally moved. The feeding means hangs the casing from the opening on the side surface of the casing into the casing and laterally feeds the casing. Thereby, even during the suspended installation work of the electrode plate, the work of attaching the hopper and the work of connecting the casing to the inlet or outlet flue can be performed in parallel.

[0010] Further, a notch is formed in a beam member forming an upper end of the open portion of the casing, and the rail is disposed so that the main body of the hanging / transporting means is accommodated in the notch. Thereby, the hanging margin (the distance from the upper edge of the binding body to the hanging position) of the binding body to be suspended by the suspending / lateral feeding means can be reduced. Can be performed in a stable state.

First, after assembling the electrode plate 36 on the assembling base 38, the electrode plate 36 is bound to the assembling base 38 with a binding member such as a bolt and a nut. I do. Next, the assembling pedestal 38 is run on the ground rail 34 by human power or a traction device, and
0 is moved to a position below the overhang portion 24A of the rail 24 overhanging from the open portion 20 of the casing 12. Then, the hook 26G of the electric chain block 26 is locked to the locking portion 38B of the assembling pedestal, and as shown in FIGS.
0, that is, just before the upper edge 38A (the same as the upper edge of the binding body 40) of the assembly base 38 hits the lower edge 22A (see FIG. 3) of the beam member 22. The reason for this is that, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, the height of the assembly stand 38 is substantially equal to the height of the casing 12 excluding the hopper 42, and the assembly stand 38 is not lifted to the upper end position of the opening 20. And the casing 1 with the binding body 40 in a vertical state.
This is because they cannot be carried inside. Therefore, the assembly base 38
4A, not the upper end of the assembling pedestal 38, the length of the wire 26E wound around the main body 26A of the electric chain block 26 as shown in the schematic view of FIG. In consideration of the above, the lifting margin (L), which is the distance required to lift the binding body 40 from the upper edge 38A of the assembly base 38 to the locking portion 38B to the upper end position of the opening 20.
It is necessary to provide. When the lifting allowance (L) increases, there is a problem that the lifting of the binding body 40 becomes unstable.

However, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), a notch 30 is formed in the beam member 22 so that the main body 26A of the electric chain block 26 fits in the notch 30. Therefore, the hanging allowance (L) can be reduced by the size of the main body 26A as compared with FIG. 4A.
