Particularly in a large-sized electrostatic precipitator, the dust collecting electrode plate 16 is not composed of a single flat plate. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, normally a plurality of strip-shaped elements 28 (eight in FIG. 7) are arranged, and the top and bottom of these elements are sandwiched by an upper edge member 30 and a lower edge member 32. This is assembled into one dust collection electrode plate 16. element 2
8 is usually formed by pressing or extruding a thin plate so that the cross section is alternately uneven. As shown in FIG. 5, this element 28 is sandwiched between a pair of lower edge members 32, 32, and a liner 34 is inserted into the uneven portion and fixed with bolts and nuts 36. The upper part of the element is similarly secured between the upper edge members 30,30.

By the way, when constructing an electrostatic precipitator,
Assembling and installing the dust collecting electrode plates requires a huge amount of man-hours and often has a great impact on the construction process. For example, in an electrostatic precipitator for boiler exhaust gas at a 1 million KW thermal power plant, the number of dust collecting electrodes that must be installed reaches approximately 1,000. In addition, the dimensions of each dust collection electrode plate are approximately 4.5 m in width and approximately 15 m in height. The construction work was difficult because these dust collecting electrode plates had to be arranged one after another at a pitch of approximately 300 mm as described above, and the discharge electrode frame was installed between these dust collecting electrode plates.
Normally, it takes several dozen days just for this installation work.

Conventionally, in this type of electrostatic precipitator, from various viewpoints, the dust collecting electrode plates were not assembled on the ground, but the elements were suspended one by one into the casing through an opening provided at the top of the casing. The method used was to assemble the dust collecting electrode plate inside the casing. Therefore, in the example of the 1 million KW thermal power plant mentioned above, assuming that the number of dust collecting electrode plates is 1000 and the number of elements per dust collecting electrode is 8, 1000
This requires the work of suspending a huge number of elements, x8=8000. For this reason, even if the crane used to lift the element is operated at full capacity, the assembly and installation work of the dust collecting electrode plate progresses slowly. When the wind is strong, the element suspended on the crane swings greatly due to the wind, making the lifting operation dangerous, and there is also the problem that the element is easily damaged by colliding with the casing. Furthermore, since assembly of the dust collecting electrode plate inside the casing requires work at a height, multiple considerations are required for work safety. For this reason, there was also the problem of poor work efficiency.

In view of these shortcomings of the conventional methods, the applicant has developed a method that allows the assembly and installation of dust collecting electrode plates to be carried out safely and efficiently, and has previously filed an application for the method. In this construction method, during the construction stage when at least a portion of the bottom of the casing of the electrostatic precipitator is opened, the dust collecting electrode plate assembled on the ground is lifted into the casing through the opening at the bottom of the casing, and placed at a predetermined position inside the casing. It was designed to be installed. According to this construction method, the dust collecting electrode plate can be assembled at a location on the ground with good workability, so the work can be performed safely and efficiently. Furthermore, the number of times the dust collection electrode plate is suspended into the casing can be significantly reduced compared to the number of times the element is directly suspended into the casing in the conventional method, and the amount of work inside the casing can also be significantly reduced.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. In the figure, 40 is a plate assembly stand, 50 is a plate transfer trolley, 60 is a crane which is a lifting means, and 70 is an electric hoist which is a plate traverse means. The electrode plate assembly table is fixedly arranged on the ground at a position away from the casing 10 of the electrostatic precipitator (a part of which is shown by a phantom line in the figure), and a group of rollers 42 is provided almost entirely on its upper surface. is provided. First, the dust collecting electrode plate 16 is assembled on this electrode plate assembly stand 40.
That is, after a predetermined number of elements 28 are arranged on the assembly table 40 by manual or mechanical power, the upper and lower parts of each element are fixed with the upper and lower edge members 30 and 32, and a single dust collection electrode plate is formed. 16. Next, the assembled dust collecting electrode plate 16 is transferred to an empty electrode plate transfer trolley 50 which is approached in series with the electrode plate assembly stand 40. In this case, a roller group 42 is provided on the top surface of the plate assembly table 40, and a plate transfer carriage 5
A roller group 52 is provided on the upper surface of the dust collecting electrode plate 1. Since the outer peripheral upper ends of these roller groups 42 and 52 are adjusted to be located on the same horizontal plane, the dust collecting electrode plate 1
6 is easy to move horizontally. For this reason, up to 15
The dust collecting electrode plate 16 weighing several hundred kilograms can be transferred from the assembly table 40 to the transfer trolley 50 by human power without requiring special mechanical power. After the dust collecting electrode plate 16 has been transferred, the assembly work of the next new dust collecting electrode plate is started on the electrode plate assembly table 40 which is now empty. On the other hand, a plate moving cart 50 on which the dust collecting plate 16 is placed
Now, move the dust collecting electrode plate 16 to the moving trolley 5 using the usual method.
After fixing it at 0, it is moved to a position directly below the bottom opening of the casing 10.

Repeat the same operation as above. On the other hand, dust collecting electrode plate 1
The electric hoist 70 suspending only the dust collecting electrode plate 16 moves along the monorail 72 provided at the top of the casing 10, transports the dust collecting electrode plate 16 sideways to a desired position inside the casing 80, and lifts the dust collecting electrode plate 16 at that position. 16 will be installed one after another.

In the above embodiment, the plate assembly stand is shown as being stationary on the ground, but it is not limited to this, and it would be more convenient if it had wheels and was movable. Further, the roller group provided on the top surface of the plate assembly table or the plate transfer carriage does not necessarily need to be provided on the entire surface, and may be provided only at important points. However, the element and the dust collecting electrode plate are easily bent by planar bending force, and even if both ends in the longitudinal direction are simply supported, a large bending stress is applied to the central part due to their own weight. Causes permanent deformation. Therefore, even in the process of assembling or transferring these elements and dust collecting electrode plates, at least the outer peripheral upper end of the roller group must always support the load of the element or dust collecting electrode plate at at least three points or more. It is preferable to do so.

Further, in the above embodiments, a crane is used as the lifting means, but the lifting means is not limited to this, and for example, a winch may be used.

The track 56 provided for the electrode plate transport cart is not necessarily required. Further, the electrode plate transfer cart may not be provided with wheels and may be moved, for example, on rollers or free rollers provided on a moving floor surface.

In addition, when using the device of the present invention, it is very important to place and fix not only the dust collecting electrode plate but also the discharge electrode frame assembled at a different location on the electrode plate transfer cart and to transfer them at the same time. preferable. That is, in the electrostatic precipitator, the discharge electrode frame is arranged alternately with the dust collecting electrode plates. Therefore, if the discharge electrode frame is also suspended in the casing together with the dust collecting electrode plate, the subsequent work of attaching the discharge electrode frame can be carried out efficiently.

As described above, the dust collecting electrode plate assembly and installation device according to the present invention efficiently assembles the dust collecting electrode plate, transfers it into the casing, and transports it horizontally to a predetermined position within the casing. It can be carried out safely. In particular, on the plate assembly table, after the assembled dust collecting plate is sent out, the next new dust collecting plate can be assembled before the empty plate transfer cart returns, resulting in good work efficiency. Moreover, since roller groups are provided on the upper surfaces of the electrode plate assembly table and the electrode plate transfer cart, respectively, the dust collecting electrode plates can be transferred smoothly.
