2. Description of the Related Art In recent automotive seats and the like, there is a tendency to use a skin adhesive sheet in which a skin such as a fabric base having long hair legs is integrally bonded to the surface of a cushion pad body due to a tendency toward higher quality. When manufacturing such a skin adhesive sheet, a skin material and a cushion pad body are set between an upper mold and a lower mold with an adhesive interposed therebetween, and pressure is integrated between both molds. However, there is a problem that the hair falls and the commercial value is impaired. As a method for preventing such hair falling, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No.
As described in JP-A-1-171212, a ground cloth is used instead of the surface of the skin material by the needle-shaped projections so that the hair tips are not pressed by using a molding die in which needle-shaped projections are densely planted on the mold surface facing the skin material. Attempts have been made to press, but the problem is that the skin material is damaged by the needle-like projections, or when the needle-like projections are inconvenient, such as being broken or deformed, replacement work is required. There is a problem that it is complicated and inferior in workability, and there is also a problem that it is difficult to cope with a complicated shape.

[0003] On the other hand, the bonding between the skin and the cushion pad body is usually performed by using a hot-melt type adhesive, which is an adhesive to which an adhesive ability is imparted by heating, and heating this with a hot fluid such as steam. It is necessary to heat the molding die body to a predetermined temperature of 120 to 150 ° C. so that the steam can be stably discharged, and for that purpose, the skin comes into contact with the high-temperature die, causing hair breakage and hair breakage. In addition, in order to avoid this, it is necessary to make the design forming surface of the mold a monotonous shape without unevenness, and there is a problem that a sheet having a complicated shape cannot be produced.

The hollow needle-like body 35 is for supplying a heat fluid such as steam to heat and melt the adhesive as described later, and has an outer diameter of about 1.0 to 1.5 mm. And has a structure in which steam is ejected from the tip portion thereof. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the steam can be ejected from the tip side portion more. A large amount of uniform heat fluid can be supplied.

Next, a process for producing a skin adhesive sheet using the above-described mold will be described. First, a skin material 21 having a breathable urethane laminate layer 21a on the back surface and a fabric material such as a breathable pile material with long hairs on the front surface is placed on the upper surface of a skin material set mold 31 of the lower mold 3. The skin material 21 is set by suction from the pressure reducing pipe 38 so as to be along the design forming surface of the skin material setting mold 31 of the lower mold 3. Next, the cushion pad body 20 is set on the skin material 21 via a hot melt type adhesive 22 which is an adhesive to which an adhesive ability is given by heating,
In this state, the upper mold 1 is lowered and pressed to the lower mold 3. The above steps are basically the same as the conventional sheet manufacturing method.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the elevating mold 32 on which a large number of hollow needles 35 are implanted is inserted, and the hollow needles 35 are inserted into the vicinity of the interface of the adhesive 22, as shown in FIG. In this state, if the adhesive 22 is heated and melted by supplying steam, which is a thermal fluid, to the adhesive 22 from the hollow needle-like body 35, the skin material 21 and the cushion pad body 20 are provided with an adhesive ability by heating. Subsequently, the adhesive 22 is temporarily bonded, and then the elevating mold 32 is lowered to pull out the hollow needle-like body 35, and the cooling air is supplied from the air supply pipe 39 to perform the cooling process. The solidification of the skin material 22 is promoted, and the skin material 21 and the cushion pad body 20 are completely bonded and integrated. In addition, as a cooling process, it is also possible to perform a decompression process other than cooling air.

According to such a method, unlike the conventional method in which the adhesive 22 is heated and melted by blowing hot air, steam, or the like toward the entire surface of the skin material, the adhesive 22 is applied near the interface. Since the heating is performed only by the thermal fluid that jets out reliably, the hair legs of the skin material 21 do not fall down or break. Further, the skin material set mold 31 of the lower mold 3 to which the skin material 21 is in direct contact is also difficult to be heated. In particular, when the cooling pipe 36 is piped to the lower surface of the top plate part of the skin material set mold 31, Since the temperature of the skin material set mold 31 of the lower mold 3 directly contacting can be maintained at a low temperature of 50 ° C. or less, damage to the skin does not occur. On the other hand, the temperature of the elevating mold 32 in which the hollow needle-shaped body 35 is implanted also rises and falls.
By arranging the heating pipe 36 on the lower surface of the top plate 2 at a constant temperature of 120 to 150 ° C., the hot fluid can be stably ejected from the hollow needle-shaped body 35.

As shown in FIG. 5, the hollow needle-like body 35 is inserted into the cushion pad body 20 and the skin material 21 is inserted.
The adhesive 22 may be heated and melted by ejecting a thermal fluid from the back side of the surface material. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the thermal fluid is ejected from the front side and the back side of the skin material 21 at the same time. In this case, the time required for the adhesive 22 to be heated and melted can be shortened, and more efficient sheet production can be performed.

As is clear from the above description, the present invention can produce a sheet having an excellent texture without problems such as hair falling or hair breakage, and providing needle-like projections on the surface of the mold. It is possible to stably produce even a sheet having a complicated shape without necessity, and it is also possible to easily and inexpensively and stably produce a molding die and perform maintenance work. Therefore, the present invention greatly contributes to the development of the industry as a method for producing a skin adhesive sheet which eliminates the conventional problems and a production type for carrying out this method.
