Description
The present invention relates to a road marking sheet that is installed on a road surface and displays by road marking, and a mounting structure of the road marking sheet.
Autonomous accidents on the road can be caused by various causes such as overspeed, drowsy driving, drunk driving and so on. Among them, a car accident caused by reverse running that runs in the direction opposite to the driving direction will not only become a serious accident once an accident occurs, but also cause serious damage to those who drive without any fault. is there.
Such reverse running is caused by oversight of road markings or being aware of road markings but not perceived as being unrelated to oneself. Therefore, when considering how to prevent reverse running, it is important to let the driver and passengers (hereinafter referred to as drivers, etc.) recognize road markings more directly.
Here, “road marking” refers to road traffic law and roads indicated by lines, symbols, characters, paint, etc. for the purpose of regulating road traffic and facilitating road traffic according to instructions. It means regulatory markings and instruction markings based on the law.
Looking at the number of car accidents due to reverse running by age group, about half of the drivers are over 65 years old. There is an urgent need to develop road markings that can be easily recognized.
Conventionally, there has been a method of providing a signboard or the like on the side of a road as a way of making a driver recognize a road marking.
However, since such a signboard or the like is provided on the side of the road, there is a problem that a driver or the like needs to keep his eyes away from the traveling direction in order to see the signboard or the like.
In order to solve such a problem, a technique has been developed that allows a driver or the like to recognize a road marking without having to keep his gaze away from the traveling direction.
As such a prior art, for example, there is
However, since
In addition, since the sign is provided horizontally with respect to the road surface, there is still a problem that it is difficult for the driver or the like to recognize the sign (particularly from a distance).
Furthermore, the above-mentioned
Conventionally, it was also common to draw a road sign directly on the road surface using paint, etc., but it is costly and takes time to form the road sign, so the road closure time is long, There was a problem of causing traffic congestion.
Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, allows a driver or the like to easily and directly recognize road markings with a simple configuration, and allows the driver or the like to recognize reverse running on the road. Moreover, by setting it as a structure provided with a metal support plate, the intensity | strength and durability of a road marking sheet can be improved effectively.
Further, according to the second feature of the present invention, in addition to the function and effect of the first feature of the present invention, the display area is visible from at least one direction of the traveling direction and has an angle with respect to the road surface. Since the road markings are formed integrally with the plurality of inclined surfaces, the driver can more easily and directly recognize the road markings.
According to the third feature of the present invention, in addition to the function and effect of the first feature of the present invention, the display area is visible only from the forward direction and has an angle with respect to the road surface. A plurality of running slopes and a plurality of running slopes that are visible only from the running direction and have an angle with respect to the road surface are alternately arranged in parallel.
According to the fourth feature of the present invention, in addition to the function and effect of the third feature of the present invention, the road marking formed on the forward running slope is an approachable sign and the backward running slope. Since the road marking formed in the above is an entry prohibition sign, it is possible to easily and directly recognize that it is possible for a driver traveling in the forward direction to enter the reverse direction. It can be easily and directly recognized that the driver or the like traveling on the road is prohibited from entering.
Therefore, reverse running that runs in the direction opposite to the running direction can be effectively prevented.
According to the fifth feature of the present invention, in addition to the function and effect of any one of the first to fourth features of the present invention, the road marking formed in the display area is extended in the traveling direction. Since it has an elongated shape, it is possible for the driver or the like to recognize the road marking in a more accurate shape. Therefore, it is possible to prevent misidentification of road markings.
Further, according to the sixth feature of the present invention, in addition to the function and effect of any one of the first to fifth features of the present invention, the metal support plate is provided with a heat transfer means. In use, when snow accumulates on the road marking sheet, or when the surface of the road marking sheet freezes, snow and ice can be melted effectively and quickly. Therefore, a road marking sheet that can be used in winter or snowy countries can be obtained.

In the present embodiment, the
More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a V-shape composed of an axisymmetric inclined surface over the entire length in the short direction of the
Here, “forward running direction” means a direction from bottom to top in FIG. 1, and “reverse running direction” means a direction from top to bottom in FIG. .
Moreover, in FIG.2 (b), the state before providing V-groove processing and the through-hole 12a for attachment to a rubber-made sheet shall be shown with a virtual line (two-dot chain line).
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, a plurality of forward running inclined surfaces 11 a and a plurality of reverse running
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3A, an arrow mark Y is integrally formed as an approachable mark on the plurality of forward inclined surfaces 11 a. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3B, a plurality of reverse running
By having such a configuration, only one
Therefore, reverse running that runs in the direction opposite to the running direction can be effectively prevented. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent a car accident due to reverse running.
In addition, the
In addition, the ability to install road markings on the road surface in the direction of travel makes it possible to make road markings easier and more straightforward, especially for older drivers whose field of view narrows with age. It is possible to effectively prevent automobile accidents.
Moreover, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, it is set as the expansion | extension shape formed by extending the road marking currently formed in the
By setting it as such a structure, a road marking can be shown more correctly with respect to a driver | operator. In other words, when the road sign is recognized as a contracted shape with respect to the traveling direction in the visual sense of the driver or the like who visually recognizes the road sign from within the accelerated vehicle, the extended shape obtained by extending the road sign in the traveling direction By doing so, it is possible to make the driver recognize the road marking in a more accurate shape. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent a road sign from being misidentified.
Moreover, in this embodiment, the road marking is formed by apply | coating a water-resistant fluorescent paint to several forward running inclined surfaces 11a and several backward running
More specifically, as shown to Fig.3 (a), the arrow marking Y as an approachable label | marker is white water-resistant fluorescent paint in the area | region R1 which shows the arrow marking Y in the some forward slope 11a. It is formed by applying. Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, the vehicle entry prohibition sign S as the entry prohibition sign includes a white fluorescent paint in a region R2 indicating a horizontal bar and an inner circular region R3 in a plurality of reverse running
By adopting such a configuration, even road markings composed of a plurality of parts can be easily formed, and it is possible to effectively prevent a decrease in visibility of road markings at night or in the rain. it can.
Of course, the method of forming road markings on the plurality of forward running inclined surfaces 11a and the plurality of backward running
For example, a road marking can be formed using colored rubber. By setting it as such a structure, it can be set as the

As shown in FIG. 1, the
In this embodiment, as shown to FIG. 1, FIG.2 (b), it is set as the structure which provides the installation area |
By setting it as such a structure, the installation operation | work for installing the
In addition, road closure time associated with the formation of road markings can be greatly shortened, and traffic congestion can be eliminated.
The diameter F of the mounting through-hole 12a is preferably about 3 mm to 25 mm.

The angle G of the ramp 13a with respect to the road surface is preferably about 5 to 20 degrees.

Next, with reference to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, a method for attaching the
First, referring to FIGS. 4A and 4B, a
More specifically, a
Then, referring to FIG. 4B and FIG. 4C, the hole-in
By using such a hole-in
Next, referring to FIG. 5A and FIG. 5B, the

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), in the state where the
As described above, as shown in FIG. 6B, the

The
With reference to FIG. 6, the

In the present embodiment, the
Moreover, the formation method of a road marking sheet is not restricted to the thing of this embodiment mentioned above, It can change suitably.
Further, the size of the road marking sheet can be appropriately changed depending on the content of the road marking shown in the display area. However, preferably, the length K in the longitudinal direction of the
Further, in the present embodiment, as the configuration of the display area, it is visible only from the forward running direction, and the forward running inclined surface having an angle with respect to the road surface, visible only from the reverse running direction, and on the road surface. A configuration in which a plurality of reverse running inclined surfaces having an angle with respect to each other are alternately arranged in parallel, and a plurality of forward running inclined surfaces and a plurality of reverse running inclined surfaces are formed integrally with different road markings, respectively. However, it is not necessarily limited to such a configuration.
For example, the display area is formed by arranging a plurality of inclined surfaces that are visible from at least one of the traveling directions and have an angle with respect to the road surface, and the road markings are integrally formed by the plurality of inclined surfaces. It can be configured. By setting it as such a structure, the road marking sheet |
In addition, a flat upper surface can be used as a display region without performing V-groove processing on the upper surface, and a road marking can be formed in the display region using a water-resistant fluorescent paint or the like. By setting it as such a structure, it can be set as the road marking sheet | seat which can be formed further easily and can be reduced in cost. Moreover, it can be set as the road marking sheet which can respond to various road markings (for example, speed display etc.).

The method of installing the road marking sheet on the road surface (installation method) is not limited to that of the present embodiment, and any installation is possible as long as the road marking sheet can be attached to the road surface with a certain strength. A method may be used.
For example, the road marking sheet can be attached to the road surface using concrete nails or plastic anchors. In particular, when a plastic anchor is used, rust and corrosion can be prevented, and a road marking sheet with higher installation strength can be obtained.
