【課題】工具が不要であり、外観を損ねず、脱落が抑制される背板結合締結具を提供する。【解決手段】背板結合締結具は、雄締結具１と雌締結具２を含む。雄締結具１は雌締結具２と係合するように設置される。雄締結具１の一端には複数の締結突起１１が設けられている。雄締結具１の他端には押圧面１２が設けられている。雌締結具２の外壁には複数の逆とげ状突起２３が設けられている。雌締結具２の一端には増大開口２２が設けられている。雌締結具２の内部には、締結突起１１に対応する凸部２１が設けられている。この背板結合締結具は、構造が簡単であり、釘又はねじが錆びるという問題が解決され、工具の使用が必要とされず、複数の締結突起１１を有しているので脱落が回避され、多種の厚さの部材及び箇所に適用可能である。【選択図】図３

Description

本考案は、締結具に関し、具体的には背板結合締結具に関する。
従来技術において、例えば戸棚等の家具の背板を固定するべく、背板とフレームを結合する場合に、一般には釘又はねじを用いて木製フレームに打ち付けていた。このような固定方式は、まず結合を完成するにはドライバー又はハンマーが必要とされることが不便であった。次に最も主な問題として、釘およびねじはいずれも錆びるという問題があるので、背板の外観が損なわれて見た目に美しくなくなる。更に釘およびねじを取り外すのは困難である。
従来から固定ファスナの方式で結合することもあったが、使用時にいくつかの問題が発生する。その問題とは、逆とげ付きの締結具を使用する場合に、部材が組み立てられた後は取り外し不可能になるという問題である。これに対して、取り外し可能にすれば、衝突が発生した時に（例えば、蹴られた時に）、部材が緩んで脱落することになる。
本考案は、工具が不要であり、外観を損ねず、脱落が抑制される背板結合締結具を提供することを目的とする。
上記目的を実現するために、本考案は以下のような技術的解決手段を提供する。
本考案による背板結合締結具は、雄締結具と雌締結具を含む。雄締結具は雌締結具と係合するように設置される。雄締結具の一端には複数の締結突起が設けられている。雄締結具の他端には押圧面が設けられている。雌締結具の外壁には複数の逆とげ状突起が設けられている。雌締結具の一端には増大開口が設けられている。雌締結具の内部には、締結突起に対応する凸部が設けられている。
本考案の更なる形態として、雄締結具の押圧面は凸曲面である。
従来技術と比べて、本考案の有用な効果としては、構造が簡単であること、釘又はねじが錆びるという問題が解決されること、工具の使用が必要とされないこと、複数の締結突起を有しているので脱落が回避されること、および、多種の厚さの部材及び箇所に適用可能であることが挙げられる。

図面を参照して本考案の一実施例の技術的解決手段を明らか且つ完全に説明する。以下で説明する一実施例は本考案の全部の実施例ではなく、本考案の一部の実施例に過ぎない。本考案は以下の実施例に限定されるものではなく、考案の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の形態で実施可能である。
図１〜４に示すように、本考案の一実施例において、背板結合締結具は、例えば戸棚等の家具のフレーム３と背板４とを組み立てるための締結具であり、雄締結具１および雌締結具２を含む。雄締結具１は、雌締結具２と係合するように設置される。雄締結具１は軸状に形成されている。雄締結具１の一端部には複数の締結突起１１が設けられている。締結突起１１は環状の突起であり、各締結突起１１は軸方向に並ぶように設けられている。雄締結具１の他端には押圧面１２が設けられている。押圧面１２は凸曲面である。背板４を組み立てる時に、直接手で押圧面１２を押して締結突起１１を背板４の穴の中に圧入することができる。雌締結具２は筒状に形成されている。雌締結具２の外壁には複数の逆とげ状突起２３が設けられている。逆とげ状突起２３は、環状の突起であり、フレーム３への挿入方向とは逆方向へ突き出すように形成されている。各逆とげ状突起２３は軸方向に並ぶように設けられている。フレーム３に固定された後、逆とげ状突起２３がフレーム３に引っかかることで雌締結具２の脱落防止に用いられる。雌締結具２の一端には増大開口２２が設けられている。増大開口２２が雄締結具１の雌締結具２内部への挿入を容易にする。雌締結具２の内部には、締結突起１１に対応する凸部２１が設置されている。この凸部２１は、雌締結具２内部へ挿入された後に雄締結具１の締結突起１１と係合することで、雄締結具１の脱落を防止するためのものである。雄締結具１および雌締結具２は、例えば、樹脂およびゴム等の非金属、または、アルミおよびステンレス等の非鉄金属からなる。
背板結合締結具の取付方法は、以下のステップ（ａ）、（ｂ）を含む。
（ａ）組み立てられる部材の一方（フレーム３）に雌締結具２を予め取り付ける。
（ｂ）組み立てられる部材の他方（背板４）に雄締結具１を通過させて雌締結具２に挿入する。
本実施例の背板結合締結具は、構造が簡単であり、釘又はねじが錆びるという問題が解決され、工具の使用が必要とされず、複数の締結突起１１を有しているので脱落が回避され、多種の厚さの部材及び箇所に適用可能である。
当業者にとって、本考案は上記例示的実施例の詳細に制限されるものではないことが明らかであり、また本考案の精神又は基本的な特徴から逸脱しない限り、他の具体的な形態で本考案を実現可能である。従って、どちらの方面から見ても、上述の実施例を制限的なものではなく、例示的なものと見なすべきであり、本考案の範囲は上記説明ではなく添付された実用新案登録請求の範囲によって限定されるため、実用新案登録請求の範囲の同等な要件の意味と範囲内に含まれる全ての変化を本考案内に含むものとする。図面の記載は実用新案登録請求の範囲を制限するものと見なすべきではない。

Claims (2)

  1. 雄締結具（１）および雌締結具（２）を含む背板結合締結具であって、
    前記雄締結具（１）は、前記雌締結具（２）と係合するように設置され、
    前記雄締結具（１）の一端には複数の締結突起（１１）が設けられ、
    前記雄締結具（１）の他端には押圧面（１２）が設けられ、
    前記雌締結具（２）の外壁には複数の逆とげ状突起（２３）が設けられ、
    前記雌締結具（２）の一端には増大開口（２２）が設けられ、
    前記雌締結具（２）の内部には、前記締結突起（１１）に対応する凸部（２１）が設けられていることを特徴とする背板結合締結具。
  2. 前記雄締結具（１）の前記押圧面（１２）は凸曲面であることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の背板結合締結具。
