Description

The present invention relates to an accessory case configured by appropriately folding a sheet material and fixing a predetermined portion with a metal fitting or the like.

Various patent applications, utility model registration applications, and design registration applications have been filed for accessory cases, banknote compartments, and wallets configured by folding a sheet material made of leather or the like (see Patent Documents 1 to 3).

Patent Document 1 discloses a banknote compartment that is assembled by folding a single sheet material with a cut at a predetermined location using the cut. Patent Document 2 discloses an accessory case configured by folding a sheet material cut out in a substantially cross shape toward the center. Patent Document 3 discloses a wallet unfolding sheet that is a single sheet with a cut at a predetermined location and can be folded by using the cut.

Design Registration No. 1519424

However, the banknote compartment, the accessory compartment, the wallet unfolded sheet and the like disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 3 all have a low yield because the sheet material before folding is cut into a predetermined shape. For example, when a rectangular material sheet is cut into a predetermined shape to produce a sheet material, the cut-out portion becomes a waste material that is not used as a product. Therefore, the ratio of the product yield to the material used, that is, the yield is unavoidable. In particular, when an expensive skin is used as the material, a deterioration in yield leads to an increase in the selling price of the product, and thus an improvement in yield is required.

Since the bill holders disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 3 are configured by folding a sheet material having a cut at a predetermined location, the sheet material is cut in accordance with use such as opening and closing the entrance portion of the bill. It is inevitable that stress concentrates on the heel part of the metal, and cracks may occur in the notched part due to aging. That is, there is room for improvement in terms of durability.

The bill holders disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 3 are configured by folding a sheet material (skin material), but a product (bank note holder or the like) configured by folding is one surface (surface) of the skin material. ) Is exposed, and the other surface (back surface) of the skin material is not exposed. There is room for improvement because the design is interesting because the back side of the product is exposed in addition to the surface of the skin.

The object of the present invention, which was created in view of the above circumstances, is an accessory case constructed by folding a single sheet material, which has a high yield, high durability, and an interesting design case. It is to provide.

According to the present invention devised to achieve the above object, it is an accessory case configured by folding a rectangular sheet material having a pair of short side portions and a long side portion and having no cuts, A pair of accommodating portions formed by folding each short side portion toward the center and the left and right edges of the accommodating portion are obliquely displaced inward from the long side portion of the sheet material and fixed to the sheet material. A fixing device that forms an opening of the housing portion, a folded portion formed by folding each long side portion of the sheet material in a direction opposite to the folding direction of the short side portion, and a pair of housing portions are back-to-back while hiding the fixing device Folding the center of the sheet material so that it can be placed in this state, and with the joint that joins the folded parts together in that state, the shape of the sheet material is folded without being sewn, and the shape is maintained by the fixture and the joint An accessory case characterized by It is.

In the accessory case according to the present invention, both ends of the belt may be detachably attached to the pair of storage portions, and the belt may be a cover that covers at least a part of the opening of the storage portion.

In the accessory case according to the present invention, the appearance of the sheet material is different between the front surface and the back surface, and the back surface is exposed above the opening of the housing portion by folding the sheet material so that the front surface is the front. May be.

According to the accessory case according to the present invention, the following effects can be exhibited.
(1) Since a rectangular sheet material without slits is used, the yield is improved, and the cost of the accessory case that is a product can be reduced.
(2) Since there is no notch in the sheet material, it is possible to avoid stress concentration occurring in the notched part with use, and the durability of the product (small box) is improved.
(3) Since the sheet material is devised and the back surface of the sheet material partially appears in the appearance of the product (accessory case), the design is interesting.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the present specification and drawings, elements having substantially the same functions and configurations are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted, and elements not directly related to the present invention are not shown. To do.

FIG. 1 shows an appearance of an accessory case 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As will be described below, the accessory case 1 is configured by folding a rectangular (rectangular) sheet material that is not cut, and contains writing instruments such as ballpoint pens and pencils, mobile phones, smartphones, notebooks, and the like. Is. Hereinafter, the manufacturing process of the accessory case 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIG. 2A, a rectangular sheet material 4 having a pair of short side portions 2 and long side portions 3 and having no cuts is prepared. As the material of the sheet material 4, a genuine leather, a synthetic leather, a fabric (woven fabric, knitted fabric, non-woven fabric, jeans fabric) or the like is used, and those having different appearances on the front surface 4a and the back surface 4b are preferable. As shown in FIG. 1, not only the front surface 4a of the sheet material 4 but also the back surface 4b is partially exposed in the finished product (accessory case 1), so that the design is interesting. In each figure, the back surface 4b of the sheet material 4 is represented by dots, and the front surface 4a of the sheet material 4 is represented by white lines.

The shape of the sheet material 4 is not limited to the rectangle shown in FIG. 2A, and if the sheet material 4 has a pair of the short side part 2 and the long side part 3, the short side part 2 and the long side part 3 Either one may be a trapezoid that is parallel, or the short side 2 and the long side 3 may be squares that are not parallel. A belt metal fitting 5 is attached to the surface 4 a of the sheet material 4 so as to be located near the center of each short side portion 2.

The sheet material 4 is valley-folded along a broken line 6 in FIG. 2A with the back surface 4b facing up. That is, by folding each short side portion 2 of the sheet material 4 symmetrically toward the center, a pair of accommodating portions 7 is formed as shown in FIG. At this time, the surface 4a of the sheet material 4 is exposed at the portions of the storage portions 7, and the back surface 4b of the sheet material 4 is exposed at the portion between the storage portions 7. The bottom inside the accommodating portion 7 is strong because the sheet material 4 is folded back.

As shown in FIG. 3 (c), the left and right edge portions 8 of the accommodating portion 7 are fixed to the sheet material 4 by the fixture 9 in a state where the left and right edges 8 are obliquely displaced inward from the long side portion 3 of the sheet material 4. . Thereby, the short side part 2 of the accommodating part 7 floats to the paper front side in FIG.3 (c), and the opening 10 of the accommodating part 7 is formed. For example, a resin rivet is used as the fixture 9, but is not limited thereto.

As shown in FIG. 3 (d), the connectors 11 are respectively attached to the left and right of the bottom of each housing portion 7. The joining tool 11 is joined when the center of the workpiece (sheet material 4) is mountain-folded along the alternate long and short dash line 12 in the steps of FIG. 4 (f) and FIG. 4 (g), which will be described later. Hold. For example, a spring hook or the like is used as the connector 11, but is not limited thereto.

As shown in FIG. 3 (d), each long side portion 3 of the workpiece (sheet material 4) is mountain-folded along a one-dot chain line 13, thereby folding the short side portion 2 in a folding direction (dashed line 6 in FIG. 2 (a)). Fold it in the opposite direction. Thereby, as shown in FIG.3 (e), the folding | turning part 14 is formed, respectively. In addition, in each figure, a mountain fold line is represented with a dashed-dotted line, and a valley fold line is represented with a broken line.

As shown in FIG. 4 (f), the center of the workpiece (sheet material 4) is mountain-folded along the alternate long and short dash line 12, and the folded portions 14 are overlapped with each other as shown in FIG. 4 (g). 11 (for example, spring hooks) are joined together. In other words, the center of the workpiece (sheet material 4) is folded so that the fixture 9 is hidden and the pair of accommodating portions 7 are arranged back to back, and the folded portions 14 are overlapped with each other and joined with the joint 11. To do.

As shown in FIG. 4 (h), both ends of the belt 15 are detachably attached to the belt metal fitting 5 attached to each storage section 7. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 1, the accessory case 1 is completed. For example, an insertion buckle or the like is used for the belt metal fitting 5. The belt 15 also functions as a cover that covers at least a part of the opening 10 of the storage unit 7, and may have a wide lid shape that completely covers the opening 10. Further, a name may be put on the outer surface of the belt 15.

As described above, the accessory case 1 according to the present embodiment is an accessory case 1 configured by folding a rectangular sheet material 4 having a pair of short side portions 2 and long side portions 3 and having no cuts. The pair of accommodating portions 7 formed by folding each short side portion 2 of the sheet material 4 toward the center, and the left and right edge portions 8 of the accommodating portion 7 are inward from the long side portion 3 of the sheet material 4. A fixture 9 that forms an opening 10 of the housing portion 7 by being obliquely displaced and fixed to the sheet material 4, and folding each long side portion 3 of the sheet material 4 in a direction opposite to the folding direction of the short side portion 2. The formed folded portion 14 and the joint 11 that hides the fixture 9 and folds the center of the sheet material 4 so that the pair of accommodating portions 7 are arranged back to back, and joins the folded portions 14 together in this state. Prepared, in a state where the sheet material 4 is folded without being sewn, It is constituted by shape-retaining by fine connectors 11.

The effects of the accessory case 1 according to this embodiment will be described.

As shown in FIG. 2A, since the rectangular sheet material 4 having no cut is used in the material, the yield is improved, and the cost of the accessory case 1 as a product can be reduced. If a sheet material obtained by cutting out a rectangular material sheet into a predetermined shape is used, the cut-out portion becomes a waste material that is not used as a product, and thus the ratio of the product yield to the material used, that is, the yield is unavoidable. In particular, when an expensive skin is used as the material, a deterioration in yield leads to an increase in the selling price of the product. According to the accessory case 1 according to the present embodiment, since the rectangular sheet material 4 having no notch in the material is used, the yield is improved and the cost of the accessory case 1 that is a product can be reduced.

As shown in FIG. 2 (a), since the folded sheet material 4 is not cut, it is possible to avoid stress concentration occurring in the cut portion due to the use of the accessory case 1 which is a product, and durability of the product (accessory case 1). Improves. If a sheet material with a cut at a predetermined location is folded to produce a product using the cut, it is inevitable that stress will concentrate on the wrinkled part of the sheet material with use. Use may cause cracks in the cuts. According to the accessory case 1 according to the present embodiment, since the folded sheet material 4 is not cut, it is possible to avoid stress concentration occurring at the cut portion with use, and the durability of the product (the accessory case 1) is improved.

As shown in FIG. 1, the sheet material 4 is devised in how to fold, and as shown in FIG. 1, part of the back surface of the sheet material 4 appears in the appearance of the product (accessory case 1). That is, the sheet material 4 is made of a leather, synthetic leather, fabric (woven fabric, knitted fabric, nonwoven fabric, jeans fabric) having different appearances on the front surface 4a and the back surface 4b. Since the back surface 4b is exposed above the opening 10 of the accommodating part 7 by folding so that 4a becomes a table | surface, a design is interesting and a commercial value increases.

Since the sheet material 4 is folded without sewing and the shape is held by fixing the predetermined portion with the fixing device 9 and the connecting device 11, the sheet material 4 can be easily manufactured at a low cost in a short time. For example, if a plurality of sheets 4 and belts 15 having different shapes, colors, materials, sizes, etc. are prepared, when a custom combination of a predetermined combination is received from a purchaser at an exhibition spot sale, etc. It can be manufactured easily corresponding to various combinations. Therefore, the accessory case 1 according to this embodiment is easy to customize and has a structure suitable for demonstration sales.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings.
