Abstract
【課題】ハンカチやティッシュペーパー等をより多く収納できる小物入れで、容易に製作でき、バック等にいれ携帯し易く、小物も簡単に取り出し易くできる携帯用小物入れを提供する。
【解決手段】長方形に成形された一枚の基材１を長手方向における両端部を合わせる様に二つに折り畳み、さらに二枚になっている端部をもう一方の端部付近まで合わせる様に折り畳む。そして折り畳んだ面の両側で４枚重ねになっている端部を接合して一体化する。次に形成された二つの袋のうち長い周辺端部を有する袋をめくるようにして内側を外側に反転し、三つの袋を形成する。片側６に開口部が二つの収納部があり、反対側にもう一つの収納部が形成される。さらに、外側に形成された収納部の一部に切り込み８を設け、開口部を形成する。

図３において、１は本考案の基材全体を表しており、布地や皮革地等の柔軟性のある素材で長方形に裁断されて形成される。２は基材を折り畳む際の折り曲げ部を表している。図４にある３は図１で折り畳んだ基材をさらに折り畳む際の折り曲げ部を表しており、寸法的には中心部から左へ僅かにずらした位置を表している。
図５の４は折り畳んだ基材の先端部を表しており、下の基材より、少し短めにしてあり、二つの収納部を仕切る基材を表している。５の点線は袋を形成する為に縫合した箇所を表している。図６は図５で表した長い先端を持った収納部の内側を外側にひっくり返して反転した図である。６は二つの収納部が形成された開口部のある側を表している。７は収納部が一つ形成された開口部の側を表している。図７の８は収納部の側面に形成した切り込み部を表している。この切り込みの開口部は収納部の端から端まで出来るだけ長く形成する。また切り込み部の形成は図３の過程で形成しておく。図５で縫合した際には二つの収納部が形成されている。図６で二つの収納部のうち開口部の端部が長い方の袋の内側をひっくり返して外側に出すことにより、三つの収納部を形成する事ができる。収納部の開口部は片側に二つあり、反対側にもう一つあるという状態になる。一つの袋をひっくり返して反転することにより、縫合部を内側に隠すことになるため見栄えが良くなるという利点もある。
この実施例では単純化するために単独の基材で製作プロセスを示してあるが、他の基材を当接して縫合、あるいは複合させて利用することも可能である。
