2. Description of the Related Art Steel tanks are used for storage tanks of liquefied propane gas carriers. When completed, these tanks are subjected to a hydraulic test or a water load test to inspect the structure, foundation, balance and the like. Many tanks for storing liquefied propane gas are enormous, and when a hydraulic test or a water load test is performed, an amount of water ranging from thousands to tens of thousands of tons may be used. Therefore, the time during which water is in contact with steel, including the time to inject and drain water into the steel tank, may be long, requiring several weeks.

When tap water or industrial water is used as it is for various tests on steel tanks, the entire surface of the tank is corroded and red rust is generated. In particular, corrosion near the water line and the weld line becomes severe. The degree of these corrosions varies depending on water quality, contact time with water, water temperature, and the like. However, when eroded by local corrosion or the like, it has a significant structural effect and is important from the viewpoint of quality control. Also, in the tank where liquefied propane gas is stored, the iron hydroxide generated by the corrosion may fall off, causing serious obstacles such as clogging of the filter for transferring the liquefied gas and burning of the pump. It is pointed out. In large-capacity tanks, repairing and cleaning the tank after draining water used for water pressure or water load tests requires enormous equipment and man-hours,
It is said that it is almost impossible, and anticorrosion measures in this process are an important problem from the viewpoint of cleaning the inside of the tank.

Conventionally, an aqueous solution containing trisodium phosphate, 15% polyphosphoric acid and phosphoric acid, and various other water-soluble rust inhibitors mainly composed of polymerized phosphate have been used for rust prevention in a steel tank which comes into contact with water. However, any of them has a drawback that when they are in contact with water for 30 days or more, the rust preventive liquid becomes turbid and deposits, so that cleaning after discharging is required.

The compounding ratio of the anticorrosive is as follows: trisodium phosphate (anhydrous): 10 to 20 w / v%, polymerized phosphate: 5 to 15 w / v
v% and 1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid: Phosphoric acid is added to an aqueous solution blended in the range of 10 to 15 w / v% to make a pH of 5 to 7. The rust preventive solution thus formulated and prepared is regarded as a 100% solution, and 200 to 500 mg /
It is added at a concentration of 1 liter to prevent corrosion. Addition concentration is 20
If the amount is less than 0 mg / liter, the anticorrosive solution becomes turbid during long-term rust prevention, so that no effect can be expected. If it exceeds 500 mg / liter, there is no waste but no adverse effect.

When the rust inhibitor of the present invention is added to an aqueous solution that comes into contact with a metal surface, a stable passivated phosphoric acid film is formed on the metal surface, and the film prevents and suppresses corrosion of the metal surface. In addition, trisodium phosphate, polymerized phosphate, 1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid, and phosphoric acid alone can hardly be expected to have a rust preventive function, but trisodium phosphate,
By adjusting the pH by adding phosphoric acid to an aqueous solution in which an appropriate amount of the polymerized phosphate and 1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-phosphonic acid are blended, the optimum free phosphoric acid necessary for forming the phosphoric acid film is maintained and the formation of the phosphoric acid film is promoted. ,Facilitate. In addition, the synergistic effect of polymerized phosphate and 1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid, an organic chelating compound, is effective for chelating eluting metal ions, preventing precipitation during film formation, dispersing fine powder, and effecting many cations. As a result, a stable film having a dense and rich anticorrosion property is formed on the metal surface, and not only rust generation is suppressed for a long period of time, but also turbidity of the rust preventive liquid is suppressed.

EXAMPLE To 500 ml of tap water, phosphoric acid was added to an aqueous solution of trisodium phosphate, polymerized phosphate and 1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid shown in Table 1 below to obtain a pH.
A test piece (Material: SS41 steel plate, dimensions: 100 × 50 × 1 mm) to which the adjusted rust inhibitor was added and the surface was polished
After immersion and opening, standing at room temperature for 30 days, rust generation, surface condition and turbidity of the rust preventive liquid were visually judged.
The following results were obtained. (The results of a test performed under the same conditions without the addition of a rust inhibitor are also shown.)
