Claims (15)
- 表示パネルと、
前記表示パネルの上方に配置され、タッチ感知領域及び非タッチ感知領域を含む第1の基板と、
前記第1の基板の上方に配置された第1のタッチ感知層と、
を含み、
前記第1のタッチ感知層は、第1のトレースを含み、前記第1のトレースの少なくとも一部は、前記非タッチ感知領域の上方に配置され、メッシュパターンは、前記第1のトレースの表面上に形成される、
タッチ表示装置。 - 前記第1の基板は、高分子薄膜を含む、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 前記第1のタッチ感知層は、前記タッチ感知領域の上方に配置された感知電極を更に含み、前記感知電極は、前記第1のトレースに電気的に接続される、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 前記メッシュパターンは、少なくとも1つの突出部と、少なくとも2つの陥凹部とを含み、前記突出部は、前記陥凹部の間に配置される、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 前記陥凹部は、円形、楕円形、または多角形の形状を有する、請求項4に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 前記メッシュパターンは、複数の突出部と、複数の陥凹部とを含み、前記陥凹部の総面積は、前記突出部の総面積より大きい、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 前記メッシュパターンは、入射光に対応する反射パターンを有し、前記反射パターンは、少なくとも1つの明領域と、少なくとも2つの暗領域とを含み、前記明領域は、前記暗領域の間に配置される、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 前記メッシュパターンは、入射光に対応する反射パターンを有し、前記反射パターンは、複数の明領域と、複数の暗領域とを含み、前記暗領域の総面積は、前記明領域の総面積より大きい、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 前記第1のトレースは、前記第1のトレースの長さ方向に沿って延伸する本体部と、前記感知電極の一部と重複する接続部と、前記本体部及び前記接続部を接続するネック部とを含み、前記接続部は、前記第1のトレースの前記長さ方向に平行する第1の幅を有し、前記ネック部は、前記第1のトレースの前記長さ方向に平行する第2の幅を有し、前記第1の幅は、前記第2の幅より大きい、請求項3に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 前記接続部のエッジ粗さは、前記感知電極のエッジ粗さより大きい、請求項9に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 前記本体部のエッジ粗さは、前記接続部のエッジ粗さより大きい、請求項9に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 前記第1のトレースの前記メッシュパターンは、複数の突出部を含み、前記突出部の配向は、前記第1のトレースの長さ方向と異なる、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 前記タッチ表示装置の上方に配置されたカバーを更に含み、前記カバーは、前記第1のトレースに対応するブラックマトリクスを含む、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 第2の基板と、第2のタッチ感知層とを更に含み、前記第2の基板及び前記第2のタッチ感知層は、前記第1のタッチ感知層の上方に順次に配置され、かつ、前記第1のタッチ感知層と前記カバーとの間に配置される、請求項13に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 前記第1の基板と前記表示パネルとの間に配置された第2のタッチ感知層を更に含む、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。
