2. Description of the Related Art Two conventional examples will be described below with reference to FIGS. These conventional examples are devices that convey adjacent ones at intervals equal to or more than a fixed value so that coins sent in a line without overlapping are accurately counted, and before the coins are dispensed. Will be installed.
FIG. 4 is a side view of one conventional example, and FIG. 5 is a plan view thereof. In these figures, coin 9 is replaced by belt conveyor 6
And transported upward. Belt conveyor
The coins 9 stacked and conveyed are separated one by one by a reversing roller 8 provided at a position before the upper end of the coin 6. That is, the distance between the outer peripheral surface of the reversing roller 8 and the surface of the belt conveyor 6 is set to be greater than the thickness of one coin 9 and less than the thickness of two coins 9, and the outer periphery of the portion opposed to the belt conveyor 6 is set. It is rotated so that the speed is opposite to the conveying direction of the belt conveyor 6. Therefore, coins 9 which are sent in a line in a partially overlapping manner at various intervals from a coin storage location (not shown) located on the lower left side of the belt conveyor 6 lose the overlap at the location of the reverse rotation roller 8. Being done one by one.

Are connected. Two round belts 13 are wound around the drive side pulley 11 and the driven side pulley 12 which are horizontally arranged (see FIG. 5), and the lower part thereof is close to the surface of the transport plate 1. Is positioned. In addition, the moving speed of the round belt 13 is set to a value much faster than that of the belt conveyor 6. For example, the speed of belt conveyor 6 is 130 m

Therefore, the belt conveyor 6
The coins 9 sent in a row at various intervals are
And the lower part of the round belt 13 is conveyed, and the moving speed of the round belt 13 is much faster than that of the belt conveyor 6, so that the succeeding coins are The distance between the objects widens. In this case, the transport plate 1 is designed to have an interval of 20 mm or more near the right end. The reason why the distance between the preceding coin and the following coin is 20 mm or more is to accurately count the passing coins. Here, the number of coins passing through is not shown, but is measured by a transmission type optical sensor provided near the right end of the transport plate 1. Therefore, when each of the preceding and succeeding coins is conveyed in the adjacent state, the count value is apparently one. Although not so extreme, if the preceding and succeeding coins are too close, there is a risk of erroneous counting, so the interval is set to a certain value, for example, 20 mm or more. When the number of passing coins reaches the specified number based on the count, the round belt 13 is stopped, and the specified number of coins 9 is shot.
2 and slips off, and is paid out as a change or a change coin to a payout port (not shown) located at the lower right.

FIG. 6 is a plan view of another conventional example. The difference between this conventional example and the prior art is that one V belt is used instead of the two round belts 13 in the conventional example. A belt 16 is used. In one conventional example, coins are sent at two locations with relatively weak pressing / transporting force, whereas in another conventional example, coins are sent at one location with relatively strong pressing / transporting force, and there is a difference in design. The functions are the same.

In the above-mentioned conventional example and another conventional example, the coins 9 sent in a line without overlapping by the belt conveyor 6 are transported by the transport plate 1 and the transport plate 1.
The sheet is sandwiched between the round belt 13 and the V-belt 16 and the transfer is inherited. As is often the case, coins 9
If there is oil or condensation on the paper, the coins will mainly be found at the seam between the belt conveyor 6 and the transport plate 1.
9 is not conveyed by sliding between the conveyance plate 1 and the belt 13 or the V-belt 16, and there is a risk of causing a jam.

According to the present invention, the sent coins are conveyed on the conveying road surface by the belt while being pressed against the conveying road surface and hooked on the convex portion of the belt surface. In addition, since the speed of the belt exceeds the speed of the coins before reaching the transport road surface, the interval between the coin that has arrived at the transport road surface and the following coin is widened, and after a certain stroke by selecting the speed difference The interval can be longer than a certain value. In particular, by forming the convex portion of the belt into a rectangular parallelepiped shape in which the width of the flat plate-shaped base is set to one side and arranged side by side at a constant pitch in the longitudinal direction of the belt, the upright surface on the traveling direction side of the rectangular parallelepiped becomes a hook surface for coins. .

Further, according to the present invention, the sent coins are conveyed on the conveying path surface by the belt while being wrapped by the flexible belt surface layer which is elastically deformable while being pressed on the conveying path surface. The interval between the coin that has reached the transport path surface and the following coin is as described above. Further, in the present invention, coins are conveyed by a belt conveyor that moves obliquely upward to the conveying road surface, and are inherited by a conveying road surface that is horizontally installed in a form close to an upper end portion of the belt conveyor. At this time, coins that have been conveyed diagonally upward are likely to be hooked by the convex portion of the horizontally moving belt or easily wrapped up by the horizontally moving belt surface portion at this transfer point, so that the transfer transfer is ensured. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of a coin transfer position according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view of the first embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of the first embodiment. The first embodiment differs from the prior art and the other prior art in that a belt 4 is used instead of the round belt 13 or the V belt 16 that moves along the surface of the transport plate 1. . The belt 4 includes a driving pulley 3A and a driven pulley 3B.
On the surface of the V-belt base wound around it, a rectangular parallelepiped convex part whose width is one side is arranged side by side at a constant pitch in the longitudinal direction. By using the belt 4, the upright surface of each convex portion on the traveling direction side is moved to the belt conveyor 6.
Thus, the coin 9 conveyed diagonally upward can be hooked and conveyed while reliably pressing it along the surface of the conveying plate 1. The members other than the belt 4 and the pulleys 3A and 3B are the same as those in the conventional example, and are denoted by the same reference numerals in the drawings.

According to the present invention, the following excellent effects can be expected. (1) The coins are conveyed on the conveying path surface by the belt at the transfer point, while being pressed against the conveying path surface and being hooked on the convex portion of the belt surface. Alternatively, the sheet is conveyed on the conveying path surface while being wrapped by a flexible belt surface layer that is elastically deformable while being pressed against the conveying path surface. Therefore, it is possible to reliably carry out the transfer and to prevent the coin from slipping between the belt and the jam even if oil or dew is attached to the coin and causing trouble. (2) In particular, by forming the convex portion of the belt into a rectangular parallelepiped shape in which the width of the flat plate-shaped base is set to one side and arranged side by side at a constant pitch in the longitudinal direction of the belt, the upright surface on the traveling direction side of the rectangular parallelepiped is used for coins. It becomes a hooking surface. Therefore, the production becomes easy and the cost can be reduced. (3) In particular, when coins are transported by a belt conveyor that moves diagonally upward to a horizontal transport path,
Coins conveyed diagonally upward are likely to be hooked by the convex portion of the horizontally moving belt at this transfer point, or easily wrapped by the surface layer portion of the horizontally moving belt, so that the transfer of the transfer is ensured, 1)
The effect of preventing the jamming of coins as described in the section is further supported.
