図1から図3は本考案に係る一実施例を示し、本実施例では、海面上の浮動体12と陸地側のラック支持体1をワイヤー17で釣合を取り、波の振動に合わせて可動に連結するとともに、陸地側のワイヤー17を回転方向に互いに逆向にして取り付けたラチエット内蔵の2組のピニオン4、5の回転をチェーン8介して出力回転軸に連結されたフライフォイル10を回転させる波力を連続回転運動に変換する装置で、具体的には、海底の基部14にワイヤー17を接続し、海面上の浮動体12に取り付けた滑車(水中用)13を経て、再び、基部14のワイヤガイド15を通し、陸上の滑車16を経て、ラック支持体1を釣り上げた。このラック支持体1には、浮動体12と釣り合わせるため釣合い錘11を内蔵させた。ラック支持体1が上昇時にピニオン右側5が駆動し、下降時に左側ピニオン4が駆動する。左側ラック2、右側ラック3が上止点、下止点時に回転が途切れないようにフライホイール10を組み込み回転を滑らかにする、このフライホイール10より発電機に繋げる。浮動体12に滑車(水中用)13をつけることで浮動体12の上下運動を陸側のワイヤー17を2倍の上下(往復)運動へ増幅させることができ効率よく左側ピニオン4、右側ピニオン5を回転させることができる。左側ピニオン4、右側ピニオン5を同軸にする左側大ギヤ6、右側大ギャ7が1回転するとフリーハブ9は左側大ギヤ6、右側大ギャ7の歯数が3分の1であれば3倍の回転数となる。又左側ピニオン4、右側ピニオン5の歯数が少ない(左側ピニオン4、右側ピニオン5の径が少ない)物を組み込むと回転数を増すことができる。巨大なうねりや波に晒される海岸では図4に図示すように浮動体12に取り付けた滑車(水中用)13を除き、直接、浮動体12にワイヤー17を接続し基部14のワイヤガイド15を通すことで陸上のラック(ラック支持体)の上下運動を半分にでき荒天に対応できる。FIGS. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of the present invention.
