Abstract

【課題】自転車の前照灯を自転車の前かご前方部に取付けることができる自転車用ライト固定クランプ部品を提供する。
【解決手段】２つのパーツからなる細径部取付用のアタッチメント６Ａ、６Ｂを固定クランプ部品５の挿通孔に、自転車かごの縁部を挟持するように挿入して、さらにこのアタッチメント６Ａ、６Ｂを固定クランプ部品５でクランプすることにより、ハンドルの外径よりもはるかに細い自転車かごの縁部のような箇所にもクランプ部品５を固定することができる。このため、自転車かごの前部に取り付けられたクランプ部品５を介してＬＥＤライト４を固定することができるので、ライトをハンドルに取り付けた際に起きるかごによるライト光の遮断を防止することができる。

Description

本考案は、自転車のハンドルに取り付けるタイプのライト（ＬＥＤライト等）の固定具において、常にライトの効率的な照射を確保するようにしたライト取付具に関する。
従来の自転車用後付ライトは、主にハンドル部に取り付けられるようなものが主流である。
例えば、特許文献１はライト等を自転車のハンドルに取り付けるための器具に関するものであり、特許文献２は自転車のハンドルに取り付ける固定式ライトに関するものである。

本考案の課題としては、従来の前かご付自転車において、ハンドルへ固定式のライトを取り付けた場合、夜間走行時にライトを点灯すると、自転車のかごが障害物となって前方へのライトの照射が大幅に遮断されるため、前方の安全を十分に確保できないという問題があった。
上記課題を解決するために、本考案の自転車用ライト固定クランプ部品は、前照灯を自転車のハンドルバーへ取り付けるために、ハンドルバーが挿通される挿通孔と、該挿通孔の径の大きさを調節する調節ネジとを備えた自転車用ライト固定クランプ部品において、２分割された細径部取付用アタッチメントを前記挿通孔に挿入し、該細径部取付用アタッチメントで細径部を挟持可能としたことを特徴とする。
上記手段によれば、前かご付自転車のかご前方部にアタッチメントを介して、自転車用ライト固定クランプ部品を取り付けることができるので、ライトをハンドルに取り付けた際に起きるかごによるライト光の遮断を防止することができ、夜間走行の安全性を高める効果が得られる。
本考案の自転車用ライト固定クランプ部品を使用して、ライトを自転車かごの前方に取り付けた状態を示す図である。 本考案の自転車用ライト固定クランプ部品に使用される細径部取付用のアタッチメント部を示す図である。
以下、本考案の実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図１は、本考案の自転車用ライト固定クランプ部品を使用して、ライトを自転車かごの前方に取り付けた状態を示す図であり、図２は、本考案の自転車用ライト固定クランプ部品に使用される細径部取付用のアタッチメント部を示す図である。
図１において、自転車１のハンドル２の前方に取り付けられた自転車かご３の前部に、ＬＥＤライト４がライト固定クランプ部品５により取り付けられている。このライト固定クランプ部品５は単体ではハンドル２にしか取り付けできない構造であるが、図２に示すように、２つのパーツからなる細径部取付用のアタッチメント６Ａ、６Ｂを固定クランプ部品５の挿通孔に、自転車かご３の縁部を挟持するように挿入して、さらにこのアタッチメント６Ａ、６Ｂを固定クランプ部品５でクランプすることにより、ハンドル２の外径よりもはるかに細い自転車かご３の縁部のような箇所にもクランプ部品５を固定することができる。
このため、自転車かご３の前部に取り付けられたクランプ部品５を介してＬＥＤライト４を固定することができるので、ライトをハンドルに取り付けた際に起きるかごによるライト光の遮断を防止することができる。
後付の自転車用ライトに関して、取付場所の自由度が上がるため、後付の自転車用ライトの更なる普及が期待できる。

Claims (1)

  1. 前照灯を自転車のハンドルバーへ取り付けるために、ハンドルバーが挿通される挿通孔と、該挿通孔の径の大きさを調節する調節ネジとを備えた自転車用ライト固定クランプ部品において、２分割された細径部取付用アタッチメントを前記挿通孔に挿入し、該細径部取付用アタッチメントで細径部を挟持可能としたことを特徴とする自転車用ライト固定クランプ部品。
