Description

The present invention relates to a technique for preventing a snowfall caused by a parapet of a building, and more particularly, to a structure of a snowfall prevention panel using a light metal such as aluminum.

As shown in Fig. 4, when a parapet 1 is provided on the edge of the rooftop, such as a low-rise building or a snow-free house, or on a flat roof (flat roof; flat roof) Snow fence S is formed at the edge. Snow plow S grows with snowfall, becomes a large snow lump, protrudes outward from the edge of the roof, and falls when the weight exceeds the limit. There is a lot of damage caused by snow leopard S. This may cause damage to humans while walking, and damage the roof and window glass of adjacent houses.

Techniques for preventing the snow leopard S have been conventionally proposed. For example, a heating wire (heating element) is arranged on the edge of the parapet 1 (Patent Document 1), a wire provided on the parapet 1 is driven up and down by a timer (Patent Document 2), and the like. However, the electrically driven snow skein prevention device is prone to failure and requires maintenance, and thus has various problems in practical use. For this reason, a snowfall prevention structure that does not perform electrical drive has been proposed. For example, it is patent document 3. FIG. This is to provide a wire netting material (net) at the edge of a roof (a wooden flat roof). The wire mesh material cuts the lump of snow and prevents growth, so it can not be made.

特開平11−159088号JP-A-11-159088 特開2002−206354号JP 2002-206354 A 特開2003−161053号JP 2003-161053 A

The problem is the balance between snowfall prevention function, economy and durability.

For example, even if the technique of Patent Document 1 in which a heating wire is arranged on a parapet is effective at the beginning of installation, there is a possibility that the heating element may be damaged, such as circuit disconnection, if heat generation is repeated under severe cold conditions. Moreover, since a lot of electric power is required, there is a problem in economical efficiency.

Patent Document 2 that drives the wire provided on the parapet up and down is effective if the device operates stably, but if the maintenance is not performed frequently in snowy and cold regions, the drive system of the wire may be damaged. high. There is also the possibility of an accident when the wire breaks.

As long as the wire mesh material is strong, the wire mesh material (Patent Document 3) has no problem. However, when the metal wire used for the wire mesh is fragile, deterioration over time is likely to occur due to snowfall, ultraviolet rays, and severe temperature differences, and the wire mesh may be damaged.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a well-balanced snow-cage prevention product that is excellent in snow-cutter prevention function, economy, and durability.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the snow scum prevention panel according to the present invention comprises a panel body portion having a substantially trapezoidal cross section formed by using a light metal having difficulty rust, and a connection reinforcing portion provided inside the panel body portion, The panel body includes an outer plate that is long in the vertical direction, an inner plate that is short in the vertical direction, and an upper inclined plate and a lower inclined plate that connect the upper and lower edges of the outer plate and the inner plate, The connection reinforcing portion is constituted by a nut storage portion having a substantially U-shaped cross section disposed on the back surface of the inner plate material, and a horizontal flange material connected from the back plate of the nut storage portion to the outer plate material. 1).

This snow leopard prevention panel is provided with a connection reinforcement inside the panel main body with a substantially trapezoidal cross section that is molded using a light metal that is hard to rust. There is no damage caused by it, and rusting due to wind and snow hardly occurs. For this reason, it is possible to minimize the maintenance cost, and it is economical because no electric actuator is used.

The snow scum prevention panel can be arranged in a plurality of stages up and down via a support column standing on the parapet.

The upper inclined plate may be provided with an extended inclined plate that protrudes outward from the outer plate (claim 2).

Snow plows are generated by the accumulation of snow around the building parapets. The snowfall prevention panel according to claim 1 becomes a wall surface when arranged on the parapet, and prevents the formation of snowdrift. However, if an extended inclined plate is provided on the uppermost snowfall prevention panel, The wind rises and flows along the extended inclined plate and blows snow off the building. For this reason, snowdrift (snow trap) is less likely to occur.

The extended inclined plate may be integrally formed with the upper inclined plate (claim 3).

The extended inclined plate may be screwed and fixed to the upper surface of the upper inclined plate. However, if the extended inclined plate is integrally formed with the upper inclined plate, the possibility of rattling or breakage due to loosening of the screw can be reduced. The inclined angle of the extended inclined plate is preferably the same as the inclined angle of the upper inclined plate, but may be arranged with an inclination angle different from the inclined angle of the upper inclined plate. This is because the extended inclined plate functions to blow snowfall to the outside of the building by the flow of wind, and therefore the inclination angle does not have to be the same as the inclination angle of the upper inclined plate.

According to the snowfall prevention panel according to the present invention, it is possible to provide the market with snowfall prevention equipment with excellent product balance that is excellent in snowfall prevention function, economy and durability.

It is a perspective view which illustrates the snow pail prevention panel which concerns on embodiment. It is sectional drawing which shows the example of arrangement | positioning of the snowfall prevention panel which concerns on embodiment. It is sectional drawing which shows the example of arrangement | positioning of the snowfall prevention panel which concerns on 2nd embodiment. It is a figure which illustrates a snow leopard.

FIG. 1 shows a snowfall prevention panel according to the present invention. The snow pail prevention panel P includes a panel main body portion 10 having a substantially trapezoidal cross section formed by using a light metal having low rust, such as an aluminum metal, and a connection reinforcing portion 20 provided inside the panel main body portion 10. These are desirably integrally formed by extrusion. When extrusion molding is performed, the surface of each part (10, 20) of the plate material is substantially smooth. Reference numeral 18 denotes a bolt hole through which the through bolt is inserted.

The panel body 10 includes an outer plate 11 that is long in the vertical direction, an inner plate 12 that is short in the vertical direction, an upper inclined plate 14 and a lower inclined plate that connect the upper and lower edges of the outer plate 11 and the inner plate 12. 15.

The inclination angle of the upper inclined plate 14 and the lower inclined plate 15 can be set to 30 to 50 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane, for example. More preferably, it is set to 40 to 50 degrees, and further preferably 45 degrees. When the inclination angle is set to 30 to 50 degrees, snow can be efficiently blown off by the wind blowing upward from the bottom.

The connection reinforcing portion 20 includes a nut storage portion 21 having a substantially U-shaped cross section disposed on the back surface of the inner plate member 12 and a horizontal flange member 24 connected to the outer plate member 11 from the back plate 22 of the nut storage portion 21. To do.

In the case of extrusion molding, the connection reinforcing portion 20 is extended along the longitudinal direction of the panel main body portion 10.

The nut storage portion 21 is formed into an approximately U-shaped cross section by an upper plate material, a lower plate material, and a back plate, and the opening side thereof is arranged toward the inner plate material 12. The vertical dimension (separation dimension) of the upper plate material and the lower plate material is made to correspond to the vertical dimension of a nut (for example, a hexagon nut). This is to prevent the nut from rotating when the through bolt is fastened and fixed.

The horizontal flange member 24 extends from the outside of the back plate 22 of the nut storage portion 21 and is connected to the inside of the outer plate member 11. In the case of extrusion molding, the back plate 22, the horizontal flange 24, and the outer plate member 11 are integrally formed.

The bolt hole 18 provided in the inner plate 12 is formed at an appropriate position while being positioned at the substantially central portion of the opening of the nut storage portion 21.

On both left and right ends of the panel main body 10, lids 19 that close the openings are disposed.

The snow pail prevention panel P is erected on the outer peripheral portion of the building roof, for example, on the parapet 30 of the building as shown in FIG. FIG. 2 shows an example in which a snowfall prevention panel is arranged in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction, for example, in two stages.

Reference numeral 31 denotes a support column for attaching the snow pail prevention panel P, and reference numeral 32 denotes a base post for fixing the support column 31. Reference numeral 34 denotes a waterproof packing, and reference numeral 35 denotes a waterproof presser appropriately formed of a material such as an aluminum metal. The base post 32 can be formed of an appropriate material such as an aluminum-based metal, and can be fixed on the parapet 30 via an appropriate material such as a resin-based anchor material (not shown).

It is preferable to use a square pipe material formed of an appropriate material, for example, an aluminum-based metal, for the support 31. This is because long-term equipment life can be guaranteed by suppressing deterioration caused by ultraviolet rays and rusting caused by wind and snow.

Reference numeral 37 denotes a nut (for example, a hexagonal nut) disposed in the nut storage portion 21, 38 denotes a through-bolt that penetrates the support post 31 and is screwed to the nut 37, and 39 denotes a base end of the through-bolt 38. It is a nut that tightens the part.

According to such a configuration, an arbitrary number of snow leopard prevention panels P can be mounted on the parapet 30 via the support 31. Since the snow plow prevention panel P is formed into a substantially trapezoidal cross section using a light metal that is hard to rust, deterioration due to ultraviolet rays, deterioration due to temperature difference or wind and snow compared to the case of using a resin material or a metal wire. It is hard to occur and has rigidity enough to withstand snow pressure.

In addition, since the upper inclined plate 14 having an inclination angle is provided, the flow of the wind that blows from the bottom to the top is smoothed to reliably prevent the generation of a snowfall. The lower inclined plate 15 creates a wind escape.

Since the connection reinforcement part 20 is provided inside the panel body part 10, even if the thickness of the plate material to be used is reduced, the panel body part 10 is excellent in functionality against external forces due to the weight of snow, and the product cost can be reduced. As described above, this snow pail prevention panel P having a good balance of functionality, economy and durability has excellent practical value.

FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. In this configuration, an extended inclined plate 40 that protrudes outward from the outer plate 11 is provided on the upper inclined plate 14. The extended inclined plate 40 is desirably provided continuously along the longitudinal direction of the upper surface of the upper inclined plate 14.

The extended inclined plate 40 is desirably formed integrally with the upper inclined plate 14. Of course, the extended inclined plate 40 and the upper inclined plate 14 may be attached by screwing or the like.

The inclination angle θ of the extended inclined plate 40 can be set to, for example, 30 to 50 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane, similarly to the upper inclined plate 14. More preferably, it is set to 40 to 50 degrees, and further preferably 45 degrees.

The extended inclined plate 40 is preferably a flat plate using a rust-resistant light metal such as an aluminum light metal. This is because it is not easily affected by temperature differences, rain and snow, and ultraviolet rays, and because it is lightweight, the load applied to the building can be reduced.

The width of the extended inclined plate 40 is preferably about 80 to 120 mm, for example.

In the case where the plate material constituting the panel body 10 is thin, it is desirable to design the plate material thickness of the extended inclined plate 40 to be slightly larger. This is because it is desirable to increase the strength because snow may accumulate when there is no wind. For example, when the thickness of the plate material constituting the panel body 10 is 2 mm, the thickness of the extended inclined plate 40 is 3 mm. If the thickness of the plate material of the panel body 10 is about 3 mm, the extended inclined plate 40 may be formed with the same thickness.

If the extended inclined plate 40 is provided along the upper surface of the upper inclined plate 14, the wind around the parapet can be raised along the extended inclined plate 40, and snowfall can be efficiently blown off the outside of the building. .

Note that when the panel body 10 is fixed to the column 31, an appropriate spacer may be interposed between the panel body 10 and the column 31.
