The present invention has been made in view of the above background, and an object of the present invention is to provide a garment that promotes ventilation and has an excellent effect of reducing temperature and humidity inside the garment.

As a result of intensive studies to achieve the above object, the present inventor has formed two or more ventilation parts in the clothes and arranged a cloth having a space in the cloth width between the ventilation parts. We found that clothes that can promote ventilation and effectively reduce the temperature and humidity inside the clothes can be obtained by the movement of the clothes, and the present invention has been conceived by further study.

Thus, according to the present invention, “a garment having two or more ventilation portions having an air permeability greater than 50 cc / cm 2 / sec, and a portion located between any two ventilation portions has a clearance. Clothing characterized by that. "
In that case, in the said ventilation | gas_flowing part, it is preferable that the length of the width direction is in the range of 5-50 cm. Moreover, it is preferable that two ventilation parts are formed in the mutually different position in the length direction, and the space | interval of these ventilation parts is 15 cm or more. Moreover, it is preferable that air permeability is smaller than the said ventilation | gas_flowing part in the site | parts other than the said ventilation | gas_flowing part, and exists in the range of 20-350 cc / cm < 2 > / sec. Moreover, it is preferable that the maximum value of the clearance amount is 1.1 times or more in the width direction or the length direction in a portion having a space. Moreover, it is preferable that the fabric weight is 250 g / m < 2 > or less in the cloth A constituting the part having a space. Further, in the fabric A constituting the part having a space, it is preferable that the bending resistance measured by the JIS L1018 45 degree cantilever method is 10 mm or more in terms of the background average value. Further, a fabric B having a basis weight of 1.1 times or more of the fabric A constituting the portion having a space and having an area of 4 cm 2 or more is disposed adjacent to the vent or the portion having a space. Preferably it is.
In the garment of the present invention, the garment is preferably a garment that covers at least a part of the upper body.

According to the present invention, a garment capable of promoting ventilation and effectively reducing the temperature and humidity inside the garment can be obtained.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
First, the clothes of the present invention have two or more ventilation portions. Here, it is important that the number of ventilation portions is two or more (more preferably two). When the number of places is 1 or less, there is a possibility that sufficient ventilation is not performed inside the clothes, which is not preferable. In particular, when the ventilation portion is formed at two positions different from each other in the length direction, and the interval between the ventilation portions is 15 cm or more (more preferably 20 to 40 cm), when the garment is worn, It is preferable that the ventilation portion positioned as an intake port and the ventilation portion positioned above as an exhaust port provide sufficient ventilation within the garment due to the chimney effect. If the distance is smaller than 15 cm, the chimney effect is reduced, and not only sufficient heat dissipation is not performed, but also the convection space is reduced. In addition, the space | interval of ventilation parts shall measure the linear distance from the center point of one ventilation part to the center point of the other ventilation part.

As the size of the ventilation portion, in order to promote ventilation inside the clothes, the length in the width direction is preferably in the range of 5 to 50 cm, and the length in the length direction is 0.5 to 25 cm ( More preferably, it is 1-15 cm). When the length in the width direction is less than 5 cm or the length in the length direction is less than 1 cm, there is a possibility that ventilation inside the garment is not sufficiently performed. On the contrary, when the length in the width direction is larger than 50 cm or the length in the length direction is larger than 25 cm, the wearer moved because ventilation inside the clothes is sufficiently performed even when the wearer is stationary. There is a risk that it will be difficult to experience the refreshing feeling.
Here, the length in the length direction and the width direction means a length that can be measured when the clothes are spread on a flat surface and left unloaded.

In the ventilation part, it is important that the air permeability is larger than 50 cc / cm 2 / sec. More preferably, it is 260-500 cc / cm < 2 > / sec. When the air permeability is 50 cc / cm 2 / sec or less, there is a possibility that sufficient ventilation is not performed inside the clothes, which is not preferable. On the other hand, in a portion other than the ventilation portion, it is preferable that the air permeability is smaller than that of the ventilation portion and is in a range of 20 to 350 cc / cm 2 / sec.
The ventilation portion may be an opening (through hole) or may be made of a fabric (ventilation fabric for ventilation) having an air permeability greater than 50 cc / cm 2 / sec.
The shape of the vent is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a rectangle, an ellipse, a triangle, a rhombus, a circle, a trapezoid, or a curve.

In the garment of the present invention, it is important that a portion located between any two ventilation portions selected from two or more ventilation portions has a clearance. By arranging the fabric A between the two ventilation portions, the fabric A vibrates when the wearer moves, and the skin surface from one ventilation portion to the other ventilation portion due to a bellows action. Convection (ventilation) is promoted, and as a result, the temperature and humidity inside the clothes can be effectively reduced.

Here, “clearance” means “relaxation for momentum” as described in “Apparel Encyclopedia” (issued on May 20, 1971, published by the same documentary institution), and tack and gather Etc. are exemplified. For example, when attaching a fabric to the opening after pattern design or forming an opening in clothing, the length direction or width direction of the fabric, or both, by making the length greater than the length of the opening A space can be provided.

At that time, in the width direction or the length direction, the maximum value of the clearance amount (expansion dimension of a part having a clearance / mounting dimension of a part having a clearance) is 1.1 times or more (more preferably 1.2 to 1.5). If the wearer moves, the part having a space vibrates and the convection (ventilation) of the skin surface is promoted by the action of the bellows. As a result, the temperature and humidity inside the clothes are effectively reduced. Is possible and preferable. In addition, when there is no space, the amount of space (expansion dimension of a part having a space / mounting dimension of a part having a space) becomes 1 time.

Further, in the fabric A constituting the part having a space, when the basis weight is made of a fabric having a basis weight of 250 g / m 2 or less (more preferably 150 g / m 2 or less, particularly preferably 50 to 120 g / m 2 ), the fabric This is preferable because it is easy to vibrate and ventilation by the action of bellows is accelerated. When the basis weight is larger than 250 g / m 2, the followability of the portion (fabric A) having a space when the wearer moves is deteriorated, and convection (ventilation) on the skin surface due to the action of the belly may be lowered. is there.

Further, in the fabric A, when the bending resistance measured by the JIS L1018 45 degree cantilever method is 10 mm or more (more preferably 15 mm or more, particularly preferably 20 to 40 mm) in terms of the background average value, It is preferable because convection (ventilation) is easily generated. When the bending resistance is less than 10 mm in terms of the mean value, there is a possibility that the air in the convection space cannot be pushed out because the fabric A is too soft.

In the garment of the present invention, adjacent to the portion having the ventilation portion or the space, the fabric A having a space has a basis weight of 1.1 times or more (more preferably 1.5 to 5.0 times), and when 4 cm 2 or more (more preferably 4~100cm 2) are arranged the fabric B having an area of, and acts as a weight such fabric B when moving the wearer, to promote oscillation of the workpiece a It is preferable because the temperature and humidity inside the clothes can be effectively reduced.

In the garment of the present invention, there are no particular limitations on the fibers constituting the fabric for ventilation when the ventilation portion is made of fabric, the fabric A, the fabric B, or the fabric used for other parts, cotton, wool Examples include natural fibers such as cellulose fibers, acrylic fibers, polyolefin fibers, polyvinyl chloride fibers, and polyester synthetic fibers. Polyester fibers include polyethylene terephthalate, polytrimethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyhexamethylene terephthalate, polytetramethylene terephthalate, poly-1,4-dimethylcyclohexane terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, polypivalolactone, polylactic acid ( PLA), stereocomplex polylactic acid and copolymers thereof. Such polyester may be material recycled or chemically recycled polyester. Furthermore, the polyester obtained using the catalyst containing the specific phosphorus compound and titanium compound which are described in Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2004-270097 and 2004-21268 may be sufficient. In the fiber, a fine pore forming agent, a cationic dye dyeing agent, a coloring inhibitor, a thermal stabilizer, a fluorescent brightening agent, a matting agent, and a coloring agent may be used as long as the purpose of the present invention is not impaired. In addition, one or more hygroscopic agents and inorganic fine particles may be contained.

The form of the fiber is not particularly limited, and may be a long fiber (multifilament) or a short fiber. In that case, the said fiber may be used independently and may be mixed using several fibers, for example.

In addition, the fabric structure of the fabric is not particularly limited, and may be a knitted fabric, a woven fabric, a non-woven fabric, or the like. Among them, a knitted fabric or a woven fabric is preferable for obtaining the above-mentioned air permeability. A knitted fabric is particularly preferable. Examples of the weft knitting structure include flat knitting, rubber knitting, double-sided knitting, pearl knitting, tuck knitting, float knitting, one-sided knitting, lace knitting, and bristle knitting. Knitting, single atlas knitting, double cord knitting, half knitting, half base knitting, satin knitting, half tricot knitting, fleece knitting, jacquard knitting, etc. Examples thereof include, but are not limited to, a tissue, a changed tissue, a single double structure such as a vertical double weave, a horizontal double weave, and a vertical velvet. The number of layers may be a single layer or a multilayer of two or more layers. In addition, these woven fabrics and knitted fabrics can be manufactured by a conventional method.

In addition, post-processing agents such as normal dyeing processing, weight reduction processing, brushing processing, water repellent processing, calendar processing, embossing processing, heat storage processing, sweat absorption processing, negative ion processing, etc., are lost to the fabric. You may give suitably within the range which is not.

The garment of the present invention is provided with two or more ventilation portions having a ventilation rate larger than 50 cc / cm 2 / sec, and a portion located between any two ventilation portions has a clearance, so that it is worn When the person moves, the fabric A vibrates, and the action of the bellows promotes the convection (ventilation) of the skin surface from one ventilation part to the other ventilation part. As a result, the temperature and humidity inside the clothes are increased. It can be effectively reduced.

In addition, although the clothes of the present invention include clothes and accessories (hats, supporters, gloves, etc.) worn on the body, It is preferable because the wearer can feel an excellent refreshing feeling. In that case, it is preferable that the ventilation part, the cloth A, the cloth B, and the like are arranged on the back part.

In addition, the short-sleeved round-necked shirt has a rectangular ventilation 1cm in the length direction and 15cm in the width direction as the exhaust (uses the same fabric as the air vent for the intake). It was placed at a position of 17 cm from the second cervical vertebra. The distance between the intake port and the exhaust port was 27 cm in the length direction.
On the other hand, a knitted fabric made of a polyethylene terephthalate multifilament total fineness of 110 dtex / 48 filament 100% having a basis weight of 110 g / m 2 and a bending resistance of 24 mm was prepared as the fabric A constituting a part having a space.

Next, an opening was formed between the air inlet and the air outlet, and then the cloth A was attached to the opening by sewing so as to have a space in the cloth width as schematically shown in FIG. At that time, sewing was performed with a pattern design so that the clearance in the width direction became the maximum (1.25 times) at the midpoint between the intake port and the exhaust port.
Next, as schematically shown in FIG. 2, a knitted fabric (fabric B) composed of 100% polyethylene terephthalate multifilament fineness of 157 dtex / 72 filaments having a basis weight of 200 g / m 2 so as to be adjacent to the fabric A is 5 cm × 5 cm. Clothes were obtained by sewing with a size of (area 25 cm 2 ).
The garment was worn on a mannequin, and the pants were 100% polyester fiber commercial trousers. As a result, the amount of heat released from the back at rest was 85.4 W / m 2 , the amount of heat released from the back during walking was 101.0 W / m 2 , and the convective heat release effect was 15.6 W / m 2 , which has excellent heat dissipation It was.

[Example 2]
In Example 1, it carried out similarly to Example 1 except not attaching the cloth | dough B. FIG. As a result, the back heat radiation amount at rest was 85.2 W / m 2 , the back heat radiation amount at walking was 99.0 W / m 2 , and the convective heat radiation effect was 13.8 W / m 2 , which was obtained in Example 1. Although it was slightly inferior to clothes, it had excellent heat dissipation.

[Comparative Example 1]
Evaluation was carried out by causing the mannequin to wear the commercially available short-sleeved round-necked shirt used in Example 1 (the shirt without the ventilation part and the fabric A arranged). Result, the back heat radiation amount of the at rest 80.6W / m 2, the back heat radiation amount during walking is 87.2W / m 2, convection heat dissipation effect showed low heat dissipation and 6.6 W / m 2.

[Comparative Example 2]
In the wear used in Example 2, clothes were obtained in the same manner as in Example 2 except that no space was provided in the fabric A arranged between the intake port and the exhaust port (that is, the amount of space was 1 time). As a result, the back heat radiation amount at rest was 81.2 W / m 2 , the back heat radiation amount during walking was 88.2 W / m 2 , and the convective heat radiation effect was 7.0 W / m 2 , indicating low heat dissipation.
