2. Description of the Related Art In order to simplify the work and ensure safety when constructing a framework of an arch dome type roof, in recent years, firstly, a framework is firstly assembled on the ground, and then this framework is assembled into a building shed. After arranging the frames at a predetermined position such as above, a frame is formed by an appropriate method, and the frame is formed in an arch shape along the roof surface of a desired arch dome type roof.

However, in the case of the frame structure in which the cladding members are rotatably connected to each other, since the cladding members are assembled in a state of being stretched straight on the ground, when they are formed in an arch shape after construction, Extra space is required when assembling on the ground as compared to the state described above. For this reason, there is a problem that it is difficult to perform the assembling work in a narrow site or underground. In addition, at the time of start-up, it is necessary to draw both ends of the frame structure toward the center side, and there is a problem that the work is difficult. Further, in the frame structure in which each of the cladding members can be extended and contracted in the longitudinal direction, a mechanism for expanding and contracting the cladding members becomes complicated, and there is a problem that the cost is increased.

In order to achieve the above object, the arched roof frame structure of the present invention is arranged in the longitudinal direction and arranged in an arch shape along the roof surface of the archdome roof. A plurality of tubular stuffing materials to be made, arranged between the respective stuffing materials with their axes oriented in a direction orthogonal to the stuffing material, and the lower end of the end surface of the stuffing material adjacent to the roof center side. A cylindrical rotating member hingedly connected to an upper end portion of an end surface of a cladding member adjacent to the outside of the roof, and penetrated in a longitudinal direction of the cladding member and a radial direction of the rotating member so that tension can be applied. A configuration including a wire was adopted. Further, in the construction method of the arch-dome-type roof frame structure of the present invention, after arranging the arch-dome-type roof frame structure of the above configuration at a predetermined position in a state where the wire is relaxed, the tension is applied to the wire. By stretching the wire, the lumber and the rotating material are raised in an arch shape along the roof surface, and the tension applied state of the wire is fixed.

According to the arch dome type roof frame structure and the method of construction according to the present invention, the wires are relaxed at the time of assembling on the ground and arranging them at a predetermined position on the site.
Then, by a simple operation of setting up the skeleton by applying tension to the wire and stretching the wire, an arch-shaped skeleton along the roof surface of a desired arch-dome type roof can be constructed. In the state where the wire is relaxed, the adjacent cladding material, the rotating material, and the cladding material are continuously connected in a substantially Z-shaped bent state in a state where a part of the cladding material is vertically overlapped with each other,
Further, in a state where the wire is tensioned and stretched, the adjacent cladding material, the rotating material, and the cladding material form an arch shape in a state where the bent portions are stretched and arranged in a line on the wire. In any state, the horizontal area of the skeleton is kept equal.

The wire 3 is inserted through the longitudinal direction of the holding member 1 and the radial direction of the rotating member 2. One end of the wire 3 is fixed to the gripping material 1 at one end, and the other end is pulled out from the side of the gripping material 1. By pulling this end, tension can be applied to the wire 3. It is a configuration that can be done.

First, on the ground, as shown in FIG. 3, a frame structure of the arch-dome type roof having the above-described structure is assembled.
It is fixed on the beam 4. At this time, the wire 3 is in a relaxed state. In this state, the cladding 1, the rotating member 2, and the cladding 1 adjacent to each other are shown in FIG.
As shown in (b), the parts are connected in a substantially Z-shaped bent state in a state where a part thereof is overlapped with each other in the vertical direction.

[0015] The frame structure is carried into the site, and the beam 4 is installed on a hut of a building or the like, and then tension is applied to the wire 3. That is, one of the methods such as pulling one end of the wire 3, lifting the holding member 1 located at the center of the roof with a crane, or filling the inside of the bag 7 arranged inside the framework structure with air or the like. By employing one or several, the wire 3 is tensioned and stretched. FIG. 4 shows an example in which the method of pulling the wire 3 while lifting the material 1 with a crane is used. As the wire 3 is stretched, the rotating member 2 rotates around the hinge joint 5 while rotating. It rises, and along with that, the material 1 is also pulled up. At this time, of the gripping material 1, the rotating material 2 and the gripping material 1 which are adjacent to each other and which are in the process of being lifted, the rotating material 2 rotates as shown in FIGS. The character-shaped bent portion has begun to elongate, and the upper and lower overlap has begun to unravel.

When the wire 3 is completely stretched, as shown in FIG. 5, the holding member 1 and the rotating member 2 are arranged in a line on the wire 3 to form an arch. In this state, the cladding member 1, the rotating member 2, and the cladding member 1
As shown in FIGS. 8 (a) and 8 (b), they are connected in a substantially rectangular shape in a state where the upper and lower overlaps are completely released, and are in a stabilized state. Then, the end of the wire 3 is fixed with the stopper 8 in order to fix the tension applied state of the wire 3.

As described above, according to the frame structure of the arch-dome type roof of this embodiment and the construction method thereof, the wire 3 is relaxed at the time of assembling on the ground and arranging the wire 3 at a predetermined position on the site. With a simple operation of setting up a skeleton by applying tension to the 3 and stretching it, an arch-shaped skeleton along the roof surface of a desired arch-dome type roof can be constructed. Therefore, while simplifying the construction work at the site, the work at high places can be reduced and the safety can be improved.

In the state where the wire 3 is relaxed,
The adjacent cladding member 1, the rotating member 2, and the cladding member 1 are continuously provided in a substantially Z-shaped bent state in a state where a part thereof is vertically overlapped with each other,
Further, in a state where the wire 3 is stretched by applying tension, the adjacent cladding material 1, the rotating material 2, and the cladding material 1 are arched in a state where the bent portions are stretched and aligned on the wire 3. Since the shape is formed, the horizontal area of the skeleton is kept equal in any state. Therefore, no extra space is required for assembling on the ground, and the assembling can be performed smoothly even in a small site or underground.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the structure in which the gripping members 1 are arranged one by one at both ends in the radial direction of the rotating member 2 is shown. It is also possible to adopt a structure in which two pieces of stuffing materials 1 and 1 are arranged, or a structure in which more stuffing materials are arranged. Even in the case of employing a structure in which a large number of cladding members 1 and 1 are arranged as described above, all the cladding members 1 and 1 connected to the rotating member 2 rise with the same behavior as the rotating member 2 rotates. Therefore, the same functions and effects as those of the above embodiment can be obtained.

Further, in the above embodiment, tension is applied to the wire 3 by a method of pulling the wire 3 while lifting the cladding 1 located at the center of the roof with a crane, but if the tension can be applied to the wire 3, other than this, for example, Alternatively, the wire 3 may be simply pulled, or a method of pulling the wire 3 while injecting air or the like into the bag 7 made of a flexible material disposed inside the framework structure may be adopted. When the bag 7 is not used, the bag 7 may be omitted.
