【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、コンバインにおけ
る操縦部の日除けに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、コンバインにおける操縦部の日除
けは、実開平４‐６２０２６号公報に示されるように、
日除けの支柱を伸縮自在、また、実開平４‐５９５１４
号公報に示されるように、日除けの支柱を伸縮並びに倒
伏回動可能に構成して高さ調節自在に構成してある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記構造は、引起し装
置の先端を見て条合わせを行なう為に立って操縦を行な
う場合、日除けが頭に当たらないように日除けの高さを
高くし、機体をガレージに格納する場合に、日除けの高
さを低くして格納し得るように構成したものであるが、
日除けの支柱を伸縮自在に構成するものでは、日除けを
支柱の半分位しか下降させることができず、機体をガレ
ージにコンパクトに格納することができない。他方、日
除けの支柱を伸縮並びに倒伏回動可能に構成するもので
は、構造が複雑になる不都合がある。
【０００４】本発明は、簡単な構造で大きく下降できる
ようにすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】請求項１に記載の本発明
は、運転シートの上方を覆う日除けの支柱を、操縦部後
方のグレンタンク内に収納可能に構成してある。 〔作用〕立って操縦する場合には、グレンタンクから日
除けの支柱を引き出して使用し、ガレージに格納する場
合には、日除けの支柱をグレンタンク内に収納する。機
体をガレージに格納する場合には、タンク内の穀粒は既
に排出された後であるから、日除けの支柱をタンク内に
収納する場合に問題になることはない。そして、グレン
タンクは上下方向が長いものであるから、日除けの支柱
を全て格納することができる。 〔効果〕このように、空のタンク内に日除けの支柱を収
納可能に構成したから、日除けを大きく下降させること
ができる。

【発明の実施の形態】図１は、自脱型コンバインの全体
を示し、このコンバインは、左右一対のクローラ走行装
置１を備えた走行機体Ａの右前部に操縦部２を備え、左
前部に刈取部３を装備し、前記刈取部３の後方に、前記
刈取部３にて刈り取られた穀稈を脱穀して穀粒を選別回
収する脱穀装置４、その脱穀装置４の右横側部で、且
つ、前記操縦部２の後方に、前記脱穀装置４にて選別回
収された穀粒を貯留するグレンタンク５を装備し、前記
グレンタンク５は後部に、タンクに貯留された穀粒を機
外に排出する穀粒排出装置６を備えている。
【０００７】前記操縦部２は、操縦ボックス７と運転シ
ート８とからなり、運転シート８の上方に、高さ調節自
在な日除け９が設けられている。前記日除け９は、幌１
０と支柱１１とからなり、前記支柱１１は角パイプから
なり前記グレンタンク５内に収納可能に構成されてい
る。前記日除け９の出退構造は、支柱１１の側面に設け
られたラック板１２とガイド筒１５側に設けられたピニ
オン１３とからなり、ピニオン軸に固定のハンドル１４
を回転させることによって出退可能に構成され、ハンド
ル１４をガイド筒１５に出退自在なピン１６を介して固
定することで、任意の高さ調節位置で位置保持可能に構
成されている。
【０００８】〔別実施の形態〕日除け支柱の出退構造は
いかなる構造のものであって良い。
【０００９】また、タンク内において、日除け支柱が出
退するスペースを仕切り壁で区画して、穀粒が入ってい
ても出退させることができるようにしても良い。
【００１０】尚、特許請求の範囲の項に図面との対照を
便利にするために符号を記すが、該記入により本発明は
添付図面の構成に限定されるものではない。

  1. 【請求項１】 コンバインにおける操縦部の日除けであ
    って、運転シート（８）の上方を覆う日除け（９）の支
    柱（１１）を、操縦部（１）後方のグレンタンク（５）
    内に収納可能に構成してあるコンバインにおける操縦部
    の日除け。
