Abstract
【解決手段】ラックキャビネット10は、複数のラック単位に分割される。複数のラック単位は、互いに平行するように、垂直に配列される。電源供給モジュール12とデータ交換機14は、少なくとも1つのラック単位に集中的に設けられる。電源供給モジュールは、ラックキャビネットの後側に近隣する。データ交換機は、ラックキャビネットの前側に近隣する。サーバ16のそれぞれは、他のラック単位のいずれか1つに設けられ、電源供給モジュールとデータ交換機に別々に電気的に接続される。

Claims (9)
- 互いに平行するように、垂直に配列される複数のラック単位に分割されるラックキャビネットと、
少なくとも1つの前記ラック単位に集中的に設けられ、前記ラックキャビネットの後側に近隣する電源供給モジュール及び前記ラックキャビネットの前側に近隣するデータ交換機と、
それぞれが他の前記ラック単位のいずれか1つに設けられ、前記電源供給モジュールと前記データ交換機に別々に電気的に接続される複数のサーバと、
を備えるサーバシステム。 - 前記電源供給モジュール及び前記データ交換機は、前記ラックキャビネットの中央に近隣する少なくとも1つの前記ラック単位に集中的に設けられる請求項1に記載のサーバシステム。
- 前記ラックキャビネットに設けられ、前記電源供給モジュールと前記データ交換機をそれに抜き挿し可能に電気的に接続することに適し、外部電力を前記電源供給モジュールと前記データ交換機に提供するための電力配分装置(Power Distribution Unit;PDU)を更に備える請求項1に記載のサーバシステム。
- 前記データ交換機は、電源コードによって前記電力配分装置に抜き挿し可能に接続され、前記サーバシステムは、前記データ交換機の後方に置かれ、前記ラックキャビネットに設けられ、前記電源コードが架けられるように配置される配分架を更に備える請求項3に記載のサーバシステム。
- 前記配分架は、一端が前記ラックキャビネットの内壁に枢接され、前記データ交換機を前記ラックキャビネットの前側から取り出す場合、前記電源コードに引っ張られて回転する請求項4に記載のサーバシステム。
- 前記電源コードを前記配分架に連結するための少なくとも1つの束線帯を更に備える請求項4に記載のサーバシステム。
- 前記電力配分装置と前記電源供給モジュールに別々に電気的に接続される非遮断性電源システムを更に備える請求項3に記載のサーバシステム。
- 前記ラックキャビネットの後側に設けられ、前記電源供給モジュール、前記データ交換機及び前記サーバに対して放熱を行うための複数のファンモジュールを更に備える請求項1に記載のサーバシステム。
- 前記電源供給モジュールは、バスバーの形式で前記サーバのそれぞれに電気的に接続される請求項1に記載のサーバシステム。
