Description

機櫃電源裝置
本發明涉及一種電源裝置,尤其涉及一種用於伺服器機櫃的電源裝置。
伺服器機櫃的電源裝置通常包括電源分配單元(Power Distribution Unit,PDU)即電源插座以及用以對機櫃中各台伺服器供電的電源供應單元(Power Supply Unit,PSU),所述每個PSU均連接至PDU,以從PDU處獲取電能而向對應的伺服器供電。然,習知技術中所述PDU以及若干個PSU需要相互獨立設置,佔用空間較大。特別是當所述PDU內的插座數量有限,一個PDU無法接入所有PSU時,需要設置複數PDU才可對所有PSU同時進行供電時,該PDU與PSU佔用機櫃內的空間更大。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種佔用機櫃內部空間較小的機櫃電源裝置。
一種機櫃電源裝置,用以對裝設於機櫃內的若干台伺服器供電,該機櫃電源裝置包括電壓分配單元(Power Distribution Unit,PDU)以及分別對應一伺服器設置的若干個電源供應單元(Power Supply Unit,PSU),所述PDU包括配線板、插接板以及底板,所述配線板連接至插接板,用以將從外界接入的三相交流電經分配 成若干路單相交流電,所述若干PSU並聯於插接板與底板之間,且每一PSU從所述插接板上獲取一路單相交流電,並將該交流電轉換成伺服器所需的電壓後傳送至底板,該底板將若干PSU傳送的電壓重新分配給各台伺服器。
所述機櫃電源裝置不僅將所述PSU整合至PDU內,而且可根據所述伺服器的數量對應設置所述PDU,使得藉由單個PDU即可將電源分配至每一PSU,而無需設置複數PDU,佔用所述機櫃內部空間較小。

圖1為本發明實施方式提供的機櫃電源裝置的原理框圖。
圖2為圖1所示機櫃電源裝置的供電示意圖。
請參閱圖1及圖2,本發明較佳實施方式的機櫃電源裝置100可同時對裝設於一機櫃(圖未示)內的多台伺服器200供電。該機櫃電源裝置100包括電源分配單元(Power Distribution Unit,PDU)10以及若干電源供應單元(Power Supply Unit,PSU)30,所述若干PSU30整合於該PDU10內,並與該PDU10電性連接。所述PDU10連接至外界的三相交流電,並將該三相交流電分配成多路單相交流電後供應至每一個PSU30,以藉由該PSU30將接入的電源轉換成伺服器200的額定電壓後,再藉由該PDU10供應至每一伺服器200。
所述PDU10包括接入端11、配線板13、插接板15以及底板17。所述接入端11、配線板13、插接板15依次電性連接,所述若干PSU30的相對兩端分別連接至所述插接板15以及底板17,並藉由 底板17連接至各伺服器200。
所述接入端11的一端連接至外界的三相交流電,另一端連接至所述配線板13,用以控制該機櫃電源裝置100與外界電源的連接。於本實施方式中,所述接入端11為一斷路器。
所述配線板13用以將接入的一組三相交流電轉換成三組單相交流電,然後再將每組單相交流電根據需要分割成多路的單相交流電。在本實施例中,每組單相交流電所分割的路數均相等,從而使該配線板輸出的單相交流電總路數為三的整倍數。具體的,該配線板13輸出的單相交流電的路數以所述PSU30的數量決定,使所述每一PSU30對應設置一路單相交流電。
所述插接板15上對應所述PSU30設置有若干插口151。所述每一插口151均從配線板13處獲得一路單相交流電,並連接至一PSU30,以供應一路單相交流電至所述PSU30。
所述若干PSU30並連於插接板15與底板17之間,用以將插接板15處接入的電能轉換成伺服器200所需的電壓,再傳送至所述底板17。
所述底板17用以將各PSU30輸出的電壓並聯後再重新分配至各伺服器200。藉此,當所述某一PSU30無法正常工作時,可由其他PSU30正常傳輸電能至該底板17實現對該伺服器200的供電,同時替換該發生故障的PSU30,而無需關閉該機櫃電源裝置100,以免影響該伺服器200的正常工作。
得理解,該機櫃電源裝置100還包括一控制板50,其連接至所述底板17,並設置一介面51,用以連接至一主機等習知資料處理裝 置(圖未示),以實現對該機櫃電源裝置100的供電狀態的監控。
請參閱圖2,以下以藉由該機櫃電源裝置100對具有6台伺服器200的機櫃供電為例進行說明:三相的交流電從接入端11進入配線板13,以藉由配線板13分配成6路單相交流電,且每路單相交流電傳送至所述插接板15內的一插口151處。插接到每一插口151處的PSU30將該單相交流電轉換成伺服器200的額定電壓後,再傳送至所述底板17。所述底板17將各PSU30傳送的電壓相並聯後,再藉由供電路徑供應至每一台伺服器200。
可見,本發明的機櫃電源裝置100不僅將所述PSU30整合至PDU10內,而且可根據所述伺服器200的數量對應設置所述PDU10,使得藉由單個PDU10即可實現將電源分配至每一PSU30,而無需設置複數PDU10,佔用所述機櫃內部空間較小。
最後所應說明的是,以上實施例僅用以說明本發明的技術方案而非限制,儘管參照以上較佳實施例對本發明進行了詳細說明,本領域的普通技術人員應當理解,可以對本發明的技術方案進行修改或等同替換,而不脫離本發明技術方案的精神和範圍。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種機櫃電源裝置,用以對裝設於機櫃內的若干台伺服器供電,該機櫃電源裝置包括電壓分配單元(Power Distribution Unit,PDU)以及分別對應一伺服器設置的若干個電源供應單元(Power Supply Unit,PSU),其改良在於:所述PDU包括配線板、插接板以及底板,所述配線板連接至所述插接板,用以將從外界接入的三相交流電經分配成若干路單相交流電,所述若干PSU並聯於所述插接板與所述底板之間,且每一PSU從所述插接板上獲取一路單相交流電,並將該交流電轉換成伺服器所需的電壓後傳送至所述底板,該底板將若干PSU傳送的電壓重新分配給各台伺服器。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之機櫃電源裝置,其中所述PDU還包括一接入端,並藉由該接入端連接至外界的三相交流電。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之機櫃電源裝置,其中所述接入端為一斷路器。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之機櫃電源裝置,其中所述配線板將接入的三相交流電分配成多路單相交流電,且單相交流電的總路數為三的整倍數。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之機櫃電源裝置,其中所述插接板上對應PSU設置有若干插口,所述每一插口連接一PSU。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之機櫃電源裝置,其中所述機櫃電源裝置還包括一連接至所述底板的控制板,所述控制板連接至一主機,以實現對該機櫃電源裝置的供電狀態的監控。
