Abstract
【解決手段】木ねじは頭部、胴部および第一かみ合いねじ山を含む。頭部は締結具を受ける。胴部は頭部から伸び、平行胴部を有し、平行胴部の先端で形成されるテーパ部およびテーパ部の先端で形成される先端を有する。第一かみ合いねじ山は平行胴部で形成されて先端へ達して、先端の近くに形成される第一かみ合いねじ山の一部は反転のねじ山である。反転のねじ山は平行胴部で第一かみ合いねじ山のリード角よりも小さいリード角を有する。

Description
本出願は参照によって本明細書に組み込まれる完全な開示である、2011年1月25日に出願された台湾特許出願シリアル番号100201639の優先権の利益を主張する。
本発明はねじ、およびさらにとりわけ、木ねじに関する。
図1を参照すると、従来の木ねじ100は頭部110および胴部120を有する。前記頭部110は締結具を受ける構成である。前記胴部120は前記頭部110から伸びて平行胴部124および前記平行胴部の先端で形成されるテーパ部122を含む。さらに、らせん状のねじ山130は前記テーパ部122および前記平行胴部124で形成される。
Claims (8)
- 木ねじであって、
締結具を受ける構成である頭部と、
前記頭部から伸びる胴部、平行胴部を有する前記胴部、前記平行胴部の先端で形成されるテーパ部および前記テーパ部の先端で形成される先端と、
前記平行胴部で形成されて前記先端へ達する第一かみ合いねじ山であって、前記先端の近くに形成される前記第一かみ合いねじ山の一部は反転のねじ山で、前記反転のねじ山は前記平行胴部で前記第一かみ合いねじ山のリード角よりも小さいリード角を有している第一かみ合いねじ山と、
から成る木ねじ。 - 前記平行胴部で形成されて前記先端へ達する第二かみ合いねじ山であって、前記第一および第二かみ合いねじ山は交互に配置される第二かみ合いねじ山からさらに成る、請求項1に記載の木ねじ。
- 前記かみ合いねじ山は前記先端へ達する、請求項2に記載の木ねじ。
- 前記先端の近くに形成される前記第二のかみ合いねじ山の一部は反転のねじ山であり、前記第二のかみ合いねじ山の前記反転のねじ山は前記平行腹部で第二のかみ合いねじ山のリード角よりも小さいリード角を有している、請求項3に記載の木ねじ。
- 木ねじであって、
締結具を受ける構成である頭部と、
前記頭部から伸びる胴部、平行胴部を有する前記胴部、前記平行胴部の先端で形成されるテーパ部および前記テーパ部の先端で形成される先端と、
前記平行胴部で形成されるかみ合いねじ山と、
前記テーパ部で形成されて前記先端から伸びる第一ねじ切りであり、前記第一ねじ切りは前記かみ合いねじ切りと繋がらず、前記先端の近くに形成される前記第一ねじ切りの一部は反転のねじ山であって、
前記かみ合いねじ山は前記反転のねじ山のリード角よりも大きいリード角を有して前記平行胴部に近い前記第一ねじ切りのリード角よりも小さい第一ねじ切りと、
から成る木ねじ。 - 前記テーパ部で形成されて前記先端から伸びる少なくとも1つの第二ねじ切りであって、前記第二のねじ切りは前記かみ合いねじ山に繋がらない第二ねじ切りからさらに成る、請求項5に記載の木ねじ。
- 前記先端の近くに形成される前記第二ねじ切りの一部は反転のねじ山であり、前記かみ合いの前記リード角は前記第二ねじ切りの前記反転のねじ山のリード角よりも大きくて前記平行胴部の近くの前記第二ねじ切りのリード角よりも小さい、請求項6に記載の木ねじ。
- 前記木ねじは2つの第二ねじ切りを有する、請求項6に記載の木ねじ。
