転でロ−ル表面へ造粒品が付着し、装置自体が過負荷で
運転不能になるといった問題があった。本発明は上記の
問題に鑑みてなされたもので金属屑の予備圧縮及び加圧
成形時に発生する熱による温度上昇を抑えて長時間運転
ができる金属屑のブリケッティングマシンを提供するこ
とを目的とする。2. には軸受6によって回転可能に主軸7が取り付けられて
おり、回転軸8は該主軸7に対して垂直の位置関係で軸
受9によって回転可能に取り付けられていて、主軸7と
回転軸8とはベベルギア10を介して連結されている。
該回転軸8の下端には先端部に送り羽根11を巻装した
スクリュ−フィ−ダ12が取外し可能に取り付けられて
いる。該回転軸8及びスクリュ−フィ−ダ12には上端
から内部を通って下端側面に連通開口する冷却水用通路
16,16が穿設されている。前記回転軸8の上端には
ロ−タリ−ジョイント13が取り付けられ該ロ−タリ−
ジョイント13の上端には配管治具14を介して冷却水
供給用のフレキシブルホ−ス15が連通されている。ま
た、加圧ロ−ル1,1の外側位置には冷却水を噴霧させ

れ、金属屑に注がれる。これによって金属屑は前記スク
リュ−フィ−ダ12による予備圧縮にもかかわらずこの
ときに発生する熱による温度上昇を抑えることができ、
さらに加圧ロ−ラ11も冷却水の噴霧により加圧成形時
に発生する熱による温度上昇を抑えることができるので
長時間連続運転してもロ−ル1表面に造粒物が付着する

却水を噴霧させる噴霧ノズル20,20をのぞませて設
