また、上記実施の形態においてはワイヤー53が柄30の上部近傍に形成した第二開口56において外部に露出するものとしたがこれに限らず、柄30の内部を通って捕獲部20内を左右に分岐し、捕獲部20の前端近傍で外部に露出する構造であってもよい。
